Abstract
本发明公开了一种隔音覆膜棉,包括玻璃棉,玻璃棉沿其长度方向上的顶面和两侧面上覆有上塑料膜并向底面延伸,玻璃棉沿其长度方向上的底面上覆有下塑料膜,下塑料膜覆盖并连接在上塑料膜上;上塑料膜和下塑料膜沿其长度方向的两端上通过热熔机封口。本发明的玻璃棉的六面上上覆有一层塑料膜,起到一定的防潮作用,并且可以防止使用时产生大量的棉絮和棉屑飞扬,污染环境,并且利用塑料膜上的孔吸收噪音。

技术领域
本发明涉及吸音材料领域,尤其涉及一种隔音覆膜棉。
背景技术
噪声直接影响人们的身心健康和生活质量的提高,长期处于噪声环境中,会引起听力损失甚至可能诱发一些疾病,要远离噪声,我们能做到的就是吸音和隔音。玻璃棉具有达到吸音降噪的功能,但是普通的玻璃棉在使用时经常会出现许多飞毛,污染环境。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种隔音覆膜棉,解决玻璃棉在使用时会产生棉絮和棉屑飞扬,污染环境的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
本发明一种隔音覆膜棉,包括玻璃棉,所述玻璃棉沿其长度方向上的顶面和两侧面上覆有上塑料膜并向底面延伸,所述玻璃棉沿其长度方向上的底面上覆有下塑料膜,所述下塑料膜覆盖并连接在所述上塑料膜上;所述上塑料膜和所述下塑料膜沿其长度方向的两端上通过热熔机封口。
进一步的,所述上塑料膜上设有透孔。
进一步的,所述下塑料膜通过热熔胶粘黏在所述上塑料膜上。
进一步的,一种隔音覆膜棉的生产工艺,其特征在于:其具体步骤如下:
A、将废玻璃放入窑炉,并在窑炉内加入纯碱等助剂,将废玻璃熔制成熔融状态的玻璃液;
B、将玻璃液放入离心机中,在离心机的作用下,被从高速旋转的离心头甩出,经过燃烧混合气体的拉伸,成为玻璃纤维,沉降在集棉链板上;
C、由胶黏剂、水、表面柔软剂和憎水剂形成的混合液均匀地喷射在玻璃棉纤维表面,经高温固化得到玻璃棉;
所述混合液包括:
60-75质量份的胶黏剂;0.3-1.5质量份的表面柔软剂;0.4-4质量份的憎水剂;25-35质量份的水;
D、将玻璃棉进行纵切修边,横切切长;
E、修编完毕后,将玻璃棉放在覆膜机上进行覆膜,并用热熔胶粘黏;
F、对玻璃棉覆盖的塑料膜上扎孔;
G、对玻璃棉上的塑料膜进行热熔封口。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益技术效果:
本发明的玻璃棉的六面上包裹有一层塑料膜,可以防止使用时产生棉絮和棉屑飞扬的现象,污染环境,还可以防止棉絮和棉屑接触到人体皮肤,保护人体健康;利用塑料膜上的孔吸收噪音,利用覆膜玻璃棉应用在墙体、屋顶天花板等领域,既能起到保温作用,又能降低噪音;并且包装好的隔音覆膜棉可以直接使用,无需现场裁切,施工更加便捷,节省人工及成本。

具体实施方式
如图1-2所示,一种隔音覆膜棉,包括玻璃棉1,所述玻璃棉1沿其长度方向上的顶面和两侧面上覆有上塑料膜2并向底面延伸,所述上塑料膜2上设有透孔4,利用所述透孔使所述玻璃棉可以吸音。所述玻璃棉2沿其长度方向上的底面上覆有下塑料膜3,所述下塑料膜3覆盖并通过热熔胶连接在所述上塑料膜2上。所述上塑料膜2和所述下塑料膜3沿其长度方向的两端上通过热熔机封口。利用封闭的所述上塑料膜2和所述下塑料膜3阻挡玻璃棉在搬运或者使用时产生的飞毛,保护环境。
一种隔音覆膜棉的生产工艺,其特征在于:其具体步骤如下:
A、将废玻璃放入窑炉,并在窑炉内加入纯碱等助剂,将废玻璃熔制成熔融状态的玻璃液;
B、将玻璃液放入离心机中,在离心机的作用下,被从高速旋转的离心头甩出,经过燃烧混合气体的拉伸,成为玻璃纤维,沉降在集棉链板上;
C、由胶黏剂、水、表面柔软剂和憎水剂形成的混合液均匀地喷射在玻璃棉纤维表面,经高温固化得到玻璃棉;
所述混合液包括:
60-75质量份的胶黏剂;0.3-1.5质量份的表面柔软剂;0.4-4质量份的憎水剂;25-35质量份的水;
D、将玻璃棉进行纵切修边,横切切长;。
E、修编完毕后,将玻璃棉放在覆膜机上进行覆膜,并用热熔胶粘黏;
F、对玻璃棉覆盖的塑料膜上扎孔;
G、对玻璃棉上的塑料膜进行热熔封口。

1.一种隔音覆膜棉,其特征在于:包括玻璃棉(1),所述玻璃棉(1)沿其长度方向上的顶面和两侧面上覆有上塑料膜(2)并向底面延伸,所述玻璃棉(1)沿其长度方向上的底面上覆有下塑料膜(3),所述下塑料膜(3)覆盖并连接在所述上塑料膜(2)上;所述上塑料膜(2)和所述下塑料膜(3)沿其长度方向的两端上通过热熔机封口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的隔音覆膜棉,其特征在于:所述上塑料膜(2)上设有透孔(4)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的隔音覆膜棉,其特征在于:所述下塑料膜(3)通过热熔胶粘黏在所述上塑料膜(2)上。
4.一种隔音覆膜棉的生产工艺,其特征在于:其具体步骤如下:
A、将废玻璃放入窑炉,并在窑炉内加入纯碱等助剂,将废玻璃熔制成熔融状态的玻璃液;
