the peeling device (3) comprises a second frame body (301), a jacking mechanism (303) and a clamping and tensioning mechanism (304) are arranged at the side end of the second frame body (301), the jacking mechanism (303) comprises a first air cylinder (3031) arranged at the inner side of the upper end of the side plate, and the telescopic end of the first air cylinder (3031) is connected with a jacking plate (3032); a cutter assembly (302) is movably arranged between the upper ends of the jacking mechanism (303) and the clamping and tensioning mechanism (304), a first movable plate (306) is arranged at the bottom end of the second frame body (301), and a first hydraulic cylinder (305) is arranged at the lower end of the first movable plate (306); the drying device (6) comprises a drying chamber (601), a movable door (615) and a heating device (616) are arranged at the side end of the drying chamber (601), a drying box (609) is arranged in the drying chamber (601), the drying box (609) is arranged on a second movable plate (610) through a second spring component (611), a stirring component (300) is movably arranged on the drying box (609), the stirring component (300) comprises a second motor (602), a rotary disc (603) is arranged at the output shaft end of the second motor (602), a first connecting rod (604) is arranged at the lower end of the rotary disc (603), a movable disc (605) is arranged at the other end of the first connecting rod (604), a second connecting rod (606) is arranged at the lower end of the movable disc (605), a stirring disc (607) is arranged at the other end of the second connecting rod (606), and stirring blades (608) are arranged at the lower end of the stirring disc (607);
the cutter assembly (302) comprises a stand column (3021), a third guide rail (3025) is arranged at the lower end of the stand column (3021), a ball screw (3024) is arranged in the stand column (3021), the bottom end of the ball screw (3024) is connected with an output shaft of a first motor (3022), a ball nut (3023) on the ball screw (3024) is connected with a fourth sliding block (3026), the lower end of the fourth sliding block (3026) is fixedly connected with a connecting seat (3028), and the connecting seat (3028) is movably connected with a first cutter (3027);
the cleaning device (1) comprises a first frame body (101), wherein a plurality of roller assemblies (104) are arranged at the two sides and the bottom end of the first frame body (101), the roller assemblies (104) are connected through a transmission device, and cleaning brushes (109) are arranged on the roller assemblies (104); one end of one roller assembly (104) is connected with a driving mechanism (103), the driving mechanism (103) is arranged on a first fixing plate (102), and the first frame body (101) is communicated with the water circulation system (100);
the water circulation system (100) comprises a filter (108), and the filter (108) is respectively communicated with the first frame body (101), the water storage chamber (107) and the water pump (105) through a circulating water pipe (106);
the clamping and tensioning mechanism (304) comprises a pneumatic finger (3041) arranged on a second fixed plate (3042), the second fixed plate (3042) is connected with a side plate of the second frame body (301) through a telescopic rod (3048), a first sliding block (3047) is arranged at the lower end of the second fixed plate (3042), a second sliding block (3046) is arranged at the rear end interval of the second fixed plate (3042), a spring (3043) is arranged between the second fixed plate (3042) and the second sliding block (3046), and the first sliding block (3047) and the second sliding block (3046) are both arranged on the first guide rail (3049); the rear end of the second sliding block (3046) is connected with the telescopic end of the second air cylinder (3044), and the second air cylinder (3044) is arranged on the first supporting plate (3045).
