Description

本发明涉及一种密封装置，特别是应用于塑料袋的密封装置。
塑料袋经常被用于贮存物品，而且往往需要防水。然而，密封这样的袋子往往不是在袋子颈部系成一个结，就是用根绳子在袋子颈部绕一圈，如果足够的塑料材料是适用的话。在这两种情况下，袋子打开是不方便的，而且袋子打开容易被撕破，因而也不能再使用。此外，这样密封的袋子会造成密封不严，水有可能进入袋子中，造成袋子中的物品受损或腐蚀。
使用塑料袋贮存物品的另一个问题是，由于密封袋子时，空气留在了袋中，所以使得袋子的体积要比物品的体积大得多，这样，占据了许多空间，而且，这样的袋子很容易被另一物品所碰破。
本发明的目的是提供一密封塑料袋的装置。
本发明提供的密封塑料袋装置，由第一和第二部分组成，它们的相互作用使得它们之间的塑料袋颈部被封闭并且提供了塑料袋的密封。
最好本发明的装置的第一部分有一个环或环状件，袋子颈部通过它并被嵌入，第二部分最好包括一密封件，它配置到袋子中进入第一部分，袋子颈部在二者之间被封闭，第二部分在第一部分中可以是公盈或摩擦装配，或它们有一相互啮合的结构。
第二部分最好包括一单向阀装置，因此，袋中的空气可以经过第二部分排出而不能返回袋中。阀的装置可以是任何一种适用的形式。一种是在第二部分上开有一个或若干个小孔并由一个或若干个挡板将其盖住，移动挡板因而空气可以从孔中排出，而后挡板又封住小孔。
第二部分提供了一中空部件，该部件具有所述的在一壁有一个或若干个小通孔和在另一壁上有一开口，吸气装置利用这个开口通过单向阀装置抽出袋中的空气。
第一部分提供的仅仅是一环形部件，但可替换地，所述环可以扩展到为放置塑料袋的尾端而在第二部分上提供一个空间，所述的空间可以是闭合的。
与塑料袋容易接触的第一和第二部分的边缘最好做成圆形以免损伤袋子。本发明的密封装置还可提供一悬挂装置，如钩或类似物，最好用以连接装置的第一或第二部分，或与第一或第二部分成为一体。
本发明的密封装置有各种用途，特别是由于塑料袋中的空气用此装置抽出而减少了总体尺寸，因而节省了贮藏空间。除了节省了空间外，袋中的物品，如食品，还可达到防腐。此外，由此装置密封的袋子还可防水，例如，在船上使用。
下面将结合附图进一步描述本发明：
图1是本发明的一个密封装置的剖面图;
图2是本发明的另一个密封装置的剖面图。
参照图1，为密封塑料袋12的装置10包含有一环绕在袋子12颈部的环14，和一个配置于袋子颈部内并在环14内的密封件16。环14有一侧壁18和一内端面板20，在内端面板20上有一环状、扁平橡胶密封垫22。
密封件16包含有一普通的中空圆柱体24，圆柱体24由下壁26，上壁28和侧壁30组成，下壁26上有许多小孔32，一个橡胶盘34位于筒体24的内中部，橡胶盘34在孔32下面延伸。
上壁28有一单独的开口36，相互配合的肋40、42被依附到竖直的侧壁38上，帽44连接于吸气装置（图中未画出）。
密封件16的侧壁30上有一环状凹座46，它支承一密封圈48，应注意，密封件16的外部边缘是圆形的以防止损伤塑料袋12，环14的边缘也应如此。
工作时，当塑料袋12被进给后，袋子的颈部穿过环14，然后，部件16被嵌入到袋子颈部，并推进到环14以封闭在环14间的袋子的颈部，袋子中的空气可以通过部件16压缩排除，也可用吸气装置通过帽来完成排气。盖34和孔32起到一个单向阀的作用，因而空气可通过部件16排出，却不能返回袋中。袋子和袋内的物品可以减少到所希望的体积，需要时袋子颈部可以用传统的方法系紧。
塑料袋使用上述的密封装置有许多优点，袋中的物品可以减少自身的尺寸，如衣物或睡袋，通过空气的排出，可节省贮藏空间。除了节省要花费资金的位置的空间外，它还可以减少运输费用，如用船泊运输。第二，由于选择的塑料是不透水的，并且袋是整体的，所以物品可以在防水条件下进行贮藏。第三，在空气中易于变质的食品类的东西由于使用了本装置密封的塑料袋，贮藏期比用传统容器贮藏的时间大大加长了。
从图2可以看出，密封装置60和图1中的密封装置类似，各部件与图1有相同的标号，所以不再做详细的描述。下面只把它们之间的不同点做进一步的描述。首先，密封装置60有一展延到密封件16上方形成一空间64的环62，塑料袋的尾端可折叠放入此空间，铰接于环62的罩66提供了一个封闭的空间64，该特征的主要优点是整洁。
第二点，密封件16没有为密封环设置一个环形凹槽，而是环绕了一个密封带68。
密封装置60与密封装置10在使用上是一样的，对于两个实施例来说，密封件16可以容易地向上或向下移动，以便检查袋中的物品。
很明显，图中给出的实施例，在不超出本发明的主题范围时，可以进行变化。

Claims (11)

1、密封塑料袋的装置由第一部分和第二部分组成，它们的相互作用使得它们之间的塑料袋颈部被封闭并且提供了塑料袋的密封。
2、根据权利要求1所述的装置，其中装置的第一部分有一个环或环状件，袋子颈部通过它并被嵌入。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的装置，其中装置的第二部分包括一密封件，它配置到袋子中进入装置的第一部分，袋子颈部在二者之间被封闭。
4、根据权利要求3所述的装置，其中第二部分在第一部分中可以是公盈或摩擦装配。
5、根据权利要求3所述的装置，其中第一部分和第二部分有一相互啮合的结构。
6、根据权利要求1至5中的任一项所述的装置，其中第二部分包括一单向阀装置，因而，袋中的空气可以排出却不能返回。
7、根据权利要求6所述的装置，其中阀装置是在装置的第二部分上开有一个或若干个小孔并由可换置的挡板盖住一个或若干个小孔。
8、根据权利要求6或7所述的装置，其中第二部分是一中空部件，该部件在其一壁上有一阀装置和在另一壁上有一开口，吸气装置利用这个开口通过阀装置抽出袋中的空气。
9、根据权利要求1至8中的任一项所述的装置，其中第一部分为塑料袋的尾端进一步提供一个罩。
10、根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的装置，其中与塑料袋接触的第一部分和第二部分的边缘做成圆形。
11、根据权利要求1至10中任一项所述的装置，进一步提供一悬挂装置。
