Abstract
The present invention provides an article management apparatus for managing a plurality of RFID-tagged articles, comprising: an article reading mechanism for reading an RFID tag of an article to obtain article information, comprising a support, a drive assembly, and a tag reader; and the management host is used for controlling the article reading mechanism and managing article information of the articles. Wherein, the support contains many spinal branchs poles, installation pole, bottom plate and roof. The mounting bar is mounted with a tag reading head movable in a vertical direction. The top plate is mounted with a rotation shaft so that the tag reading head can rotate around the rotation shaft in the horizontal circumferential direction. A plurality of layer identification sensors are mounted on the mounting bar in the vertical direction for identifying positional information of the tag reading head in the vertical direction. A plurality of column identification sensors are mounted on the top plate or the bottom plate in the horizontal circumferential direction for identifying positional information of the tag reading head in the horizontal circumferential direction.

Technical Field
The present invention relates to an article management device.
Background
The goods shelf is a shelf structure which can fully utilize the space of the warehouse, improve the utilization rate of the volume of the warehouse and enlarge the storage capacity of the warehouse, can avoid the mutual extrusion among goods stored in the goods shelf, reduce the loss of the goods, completely preserve the functions of the goods and be beneficial to classifying the goods, and is widely applied to various places and fields such as goods storage of the goods market, medicine storage of the pharmacy, book storage of the library and the like.
The conventional goods shelves can only play a role in placing goods in essence, when workers perform data acquisition, classification, inquiry, inventory and statistics on the goods, the workers generally rely on a non-automatic mode based on paper files to record or track and manage, so that a large amount of manpower and material resources and time cost are required to be consumed, and as the quantity and the variety of the goods are increased, the workload of the workers is heavier and heavier, the problem of missing or repeated goods management is easy to occur, the goods assets and data are updated inaccurately, and the efficiency of goods storage management is severely limited.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the present invention provides an article management apparatus for managing a plurality of RFID-tagged articles placed on a multi-layered article rack that is placed in a cylindrical shape, comprising: an article reading mechanism for reading the RFID tag of each article to obtain article information, comprising a bracket, a driving assembly and a tag reading head; and the management host is used for controlling the article reading mechanism and managing article information of the articles. The device comprises a mounting rod, a plurality of layer identification sensors, a management host and a label reading head, wherein the layer identification sensors respectively correspond to each layer of the article rack are uniformly distributed on the mounting rod along the vertical direction and are used for identifying position information of the label reading head in the vertical direction and transmitting the position information to the management host. A plurality of column identification sensors which respectively correspond to each column of the object placement are uniformly distributed on the top plate or the bottom plate along the horizontal circumferential direction and are used for identifying the position information of the tag reading head in the horizontal circumferential direction and transmitting the position information to the management host.
The present invention provides an article management device, which may further have a feature in that the rack includes a plurality of vertically disposed poles, vertically disposed mounting bars, a bottom plate installed at bottom ends of the poles and the mounting bars, and a top plate installed at top ends of the poles and the mounting bars.
The present invention provides an article management device, which may also have a feature in which the mounting lever is provided with a slide groove provided in a vertical direction for mounting the tag reading head so that the tag reading head can be moved in the vertical direction.
The present invention provides an article management device, which may also have a feature in which the top plate is mounted with a rotation shaft so that the holder can rotate around the rotation shaft in a horizontal circumferential direction, and further so that the tag reading head can rotate around the rotation shaft in the horizontal circumferential direction.
The present invention provides an article management device, which may further have a feature in that the driving assembly includes a first driving motor mounted on the mounting bar for driving the tag recognition module so that the tag recognition module can move in a vertical direction.
The present invention provides an article management device, which may also have a feature in that the driving assembly includes a second driving motor mounted on the top plate for driving the article reading mechanism so that the article reading mechanism can rotate in a horizontal circumferential direction, and further so that the tag reading head can rotate in the horizontal circumferential direction.
The present invention provides an article management apparatus characterized by comprising: the article management device and the article placing part comprise a plurality of cylindrical multi-layer article racks.
The actions and effects of the invention
According to the article management device provided by the invention, since each article is attached with the RFID tag, the tag reading head is movably arranged on the mounting rod along the vertical direction through the sliding groove, and the rotating shaft which enables the tag reading head to rotate along the horizontal circumferential direction is arranged on the top plate, so that the tag reading head can move along the vertical direction and the horizontal circumferential direction to read the RFID tag of each article, and further the article information of each article is obtained. Since the plurality of layer recognition sensors are mounted on the mounting bar and the plurality of column recognition sensors are mounted on the top plate or the bottom plate, the position information of the tag reading head can be recognized by the layer recognition sensors and the column recognition sensors and transmitted to the management host, and at the same time, since the layer recognition sensors and the column recognition sensors cover all running paths of the tag reading head in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction, the recognition accuracy and the recognition efficiency of the position information of the tag reading head are very high.

Detailed Description
In order to make the technical means, creation features, achievement of objects and effects achieved by the present invention easy to understand, the article management device of the present invention is specifically described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Example 1 ]
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the article management device 100 in this embodiment 1 includes an article reading mechanism 10 and a management host.
The item reading mechanism 10 is for reading the RFID tag 20 of each item to obtain item information, and includes a holder 101, a drive assembly, and a tag reader head 102.
The rack comprises 2 vertically arranged struts 101a, vertically arranged mounting bars 101b, a bottom plate 101c and a top plate 101d.
The mounting lever 101b is provided with a slide groove provided in the vertical direction, and the tag reading head 102 has a slider structure so as to be mounted on the mounting lever 101b in cooperation with the slide groove, thereby enabling the tag reading head 102 to move in the vertical direction.
A plurality of layer identification sensors 103 respectively corresponding to each layer of the article rack are mounted on the mounting bar 101b uniformly distributed in the vertical direction for identifying positional information of the tag reading head 102 in the vertical direction and transmitting to the management host.
The bottom plate 101c is mounted at the bottom ends of the support rods 101a and the mounting rods 101 b.
Top plate 101d is mounted on top of struts 101a and mounting bars 101 b.
The top plate 101c is mounted with a rotation shaft so that the carriage can rotate around the rotation shaft in the horizontal circumferential direction, and so that the tag reading head can rotate around the rotation shaft in the horizontal circumferential direction.
A plurality of column identification sensors 104, which respectively correspond to each column in which the article is placed, are mounted on the top plate 101c or the bottom plate 101d uniformly distributed in the horizontal circumferential direction, for identifying positional information of the tag reading head 102 in the horizontal circumferential direction and transmitting to the management host.
The drive assembly includes a first drive motor 105 and a second drive motor 106.
A first driving motor 105 is mounted on the mounting bar for driving the tag reading head 102 so that the tag reading head 102 can move in the vertical direction.
A second drive motor 106 is mounted on the top plate for driving the article reading mechanism 10 so that the article reading mechanism 10 can rotate in the horizontal circumferential direction, and so that the tag reading head 102 can rotate in the horizontal circumferential direction.
The management host is used for controlling the article reading mechanism 10 and managing article information of the articles.
The following describes the use procedure of the article management device 100 of the present embodiment 1 with reference to the drawings, including the steps of:
the first driving motor 105 and the second driving motor 106 enable the tag reading head 102 to move in the vertical direction and the horizontal circumferential direction, the moving path of the tag reading head 102 is in a snake shape so as to sequentially pass through each article, the RFID tag 20 of each article is sequentially read in the moving process of the tag reading head 102 so as to obtain article information of each article, meanwhile, the layer identification sensor 103 and the column identification sensor 104 can identify each position information corresponding to the reading of the RFID tag 20 by the tag reading head 102, and finally the management host is used for storing and managing the article information and the position information in a one-to-one correspondence mode.
Example 2 ]
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the article management device 300 in this embodiment 2 includes the article management apparatus 100 and the article placing section 200 in embodiment 1.
In embodiment 2, the article placing section 200 includes 20 4-tier article racks 201 placed in a cylindrical shape.
The articles are uniformly placed on each layer of the article rack 201 in the circumferential direction of the article placing portion 200.
Example operation and Effect
According to the article management device provided in embodiment 1, since the plurality of layer identification sensors are mounted on the mounting bar and the plurality of column identification sensors are mounted on the top plate or the bottom plate, the tag reading head position information can be identified by the layer identification sensors and the column identification sensors and transmitted to the management host, and at the same time, since the layer identification sensors and the column identification sensors cover all the running paths of the tag reading head in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction, the identification accuracy and the efficiency of the position information of the tag reading head are very high. Because each article is attached with an RFID tag, the tag reading head can be movably arranged on the mounting rod along the vertical direction through the sliding groove, and meanwhile, the top plate is provided with the rotating shaft which enables the tag reading head to rotate along the horizontal circumferential direction, so that the tag reading head can move along the vertical direction and the horizontal circumferential direction to read the RFID tag of each article, further, the article information of each article is obtained, and the tag reading method can read the RFID tags on all the articles only by one tag reading head, so that the structure is simple and the management cost is greatly saved.
Since the driving assembly includes the first driving motor mounted on the mounting bar, the tag reading head can be driven by the first driving motor so that the tag reading head can be moved in the vertical direction.
Since the driving assembly includes the second driving motor mounted on the top plate, the article reading mechanism can be driven by the second driving motor so that the article reading mechanism can rotate in the horizontal circumferential direction around the rotation shaft, and further the tag reading head can rotate in the horizontal circumferential direction.
The foregoing describes in detail preferred embodiments of the present invention. It should be understood that numerous modifications and variations can be made in accordance with the concepts of the invention without requiring creative effort by one of ordinary skill in the art. Therefore, all technical solutions which can be obtained by logic analysis, reasoning or limited experiments based on the prior art by the person skilled in the art according to the inventive concept shall be within the scope of protection defined by the claims.
Claims (7)
1. An article management apparatus for managing a plurality of RFID-tagged articles placed on a multi-layered article rack disposed in a cylindrical shape, comprising:
an article reading mechanism for reading an RFID tag of each article to obtain article information, comprising a tag reading head, a bracket for mounting the tag reading head, and a driving component for driving the tag reading head to move on the bracket; and
a management host for controlling the article reading mechanism and managing the article information of the article,
wherein a plurality of layer identification sensors which respectively correspond to each layer of the article rack are uniformly distributed on the bracket along the vertical direction and are used for identifying the position information of the tag reading head in the vertical direction and transmitting the position information to the management host,
and a plurality of column identification sensors which respectively correspond to each column of the article placement are uniformly distributed on the support along the horizontal circumferential direction and are used for identifying the position information of the tag reading head in the horizontal circumferential direction and transmitting the position information to the management host.
2. The article management device according to claim 1, wherein:
wherein the bracket comprises a plurality of vertically arranged supporting rods, vertically arranged mounting rods, bottom plates arranged at the bottom ends of the supporting rods and the mounting rods and top plates arranged at the top ends of the supporting rods and the mounting rods,
the layer recognition sensors are uniformly distributed and mounted on the mounting rod in the vertical direction,
the column identification sensors are mounted on the top plate or the bottom plate in a uniformly distributed manner along the horizontal circumferential direction.
3. The article management device according to claim 2, wherein:
wherein the mounting bar is provided with a chute in a vertical direction for mounting the tag reading head so that the tag reading head can be moved in the vertical direction.
4. The article management device according to claim 2, wherein:
wherein the top plate is mounted with a rotation shaft so that the bracket can rotate around the rotation shaft in a horizontal circumferential direction, and further so that the tag reading head can rotate around the rotation shaft in the horizontal circumferential direction.
5. The article management device according to claim 2, wherein:
wherein the drive assembly includes a first drive motor mounted on the mounting bar for driving the tag reading head such that the tag reading head is movable in a vertical direction.
6. The article management device according to claim 2, wherein:
wherein, the drive assembly includes a second driving motor mounted on the top plate for driving the article reading mechanism so that the article reading mechanism can rotate around the rotation shaft in a horizontal circumferential direction, and further so that the tag reading head can rotate in the horizontal circumferential direction.
7. An article management apparatus, comprising:
the article management apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 6; and
the article placing part comprises a plurality of multi-layer article racks which are placed in a cylindrical shape.
