Abstract

装配混合动力变速器的方法
技术领域
本公开涉及混合动力电动车辆的领域。更具体地,本公开涉及装配具有马达和单向离合器的变速器的方法。
背景技术
很多车辆在宽广的车速范围内(包括前进运动和倒车运动二者)使用。然而,一些类型的发动机仅能在狭窄的转速范围内高效地操作。因此,频繁地使用在各种传动比下都能够高效传递功率的变速器。当车辆处于低速时,变速器通常在高传动比下运转,以使发动机扭矩成倍增加从而提高加速性。在高车速时,在低传动比下操作变速器允许与安静、有燃料效率的巡航相关联的发动机转速。
为了降低燃料消耗,一些车辆包括混合动力动力传动系统,其利用能量储存来补充内燃发动机产生的动力。这些动力传动系统允许车辆在发动机关闭的情况下运行一段时间,并且以发动机更高效的扭矩水平运行剩余的时间。混合动力动力传动系统还能够捕获并随后使用原本会被制动系统消散的能量。
发明内容
一种装配混合动力变速器的方法:将叠片堆滑动安装到轴上,将磁体插入叠片堆内,将轴插入单向离合器凹腔板内,以及将螺母拧紧到轴上。所述方法还可包括在将叠片堆滑动安装到轴上之前,将端盖滑动安装到轴上,以轴向地约束端盖在轴上进一步的滑动。所述叠片和凹腔板各自具有凸舌,所述凸舌接合轴中的槽,以阻止相对旋转。所述螺母将凹腔板和叠片堆固定到轴。多个棘爪可被插入凹腔板内。所述装配方法包括将凹腔板、轴和叠片插入变速器壳体内,使得所述棘爪与单向离合器内圈相邻。所述单向离合器内圈具有电线圈,所述电线圈被配置为产生磁场,以吸引棘爪与单向离合器内圈接合。在一些实施例中,所述凹腔板被形成为单个压铸件。在一些其它实施例中,通过将平坦部分激光焊接到环形部分而形成凹腔板。所述平坦部分和环形部分可均具有与焊接部邻近的倒角表面。
一种混合动力变速器包括端板、叠片堆、开槽的转子轴、单向离合器凹腔板以及螺母。叠片堆包含永磁体。开槽的转子轴延伸穿过叠片堆和端板,并且轴向地约束端板。叠片和凹腔板均具有凸舌,所述凸舌接合轴中的槽,以阻止相对旋转。螺母将凹腔板和叠片堆固定为轴向地抵靠端板。所述混合动力变速器还可包括变速器壳体、多个棘爪和单向离合器内圈。多个棘爪被保持在凹腔板内。单向离合器内圈靠近凹腔板。所述内圈包括电线圈,所述电线圈被配置为产生磁场,以吸引棘爪与内圈接合。所述混合动力变速器还可包括简单行星齿轮组和第二转子。简单行星齿轮组包括固定到转子轴的中心齿轮、可驱动地连接到输出轴的环形齿轮以及固定到输入轴的齿轮架。第二转子可驱动地连接到输出轴。
一种单向离合器凹腔板包括平坦部分、环形部分和多个棘爪。平坦部分限定孔,并且限定延伸进入所述孔的至少一个凸舌。所述至少一个凸舌被构造为接合转子轴的槽,以阻止相对旋转。环形部分刚性固定到平坦部分并与所述孔同心。环形部分限定保持多个棘爪的多个凹腔。多个凹腔可被形成在环形部分的径向内表面上。

具体实施方式
根据需要,在此公开本发明的详细实施例;然而,应当理解的是,所公开的实施例仅为本发明的示例,本发明可采用各种形式和替代形式。附图不必按比例绘制;可夸大或最小化一些特征以示出特定部件的细节。因此,在此公开的具体结构和功能细节不应被解释为限制,而仅仅作为用于教导本领域技术人员以多种形式利用本发明的代表性基础。
图1示意性地示出了功率分流式混合动力动力传动系统。实线指示机械功率流连接。粗虚线指示电力连接。细虚线指示信息信号流。由驱动输入轴12的内燃发动机10提供主要的驱动功率。输入轴12固定地连接到行星架14。若干行星齿轮16被支撑为相对于行星架14旋转。每个行星齿轮与中心齿轮18上的外齿啮合,并且与环形齿轮20的内齿啮合。环形齿轮20固定地连接到输出轴22,所述输出轴22驱动车辆车轮(未示出)。
第一电机的转子24固定地连接到输出轴22。在替代实施例中,转子24可经由机械功率流路径可驱动地连接到输出轴22。中心齿轮18固定地连接到发电机轴26。第二电机的转子28固定地连接到发电机轴26。第一电机和第二电机都是能够将电力转换为机械功率并且还能够将机械功率转换为电力的可逆电机。方便起见,第一电机被称为牵引马达,并且第二电机被称为发电机。发电机轴26还通过可选的单向离合器(SOWC)30沿一个方向选择性地保持不旋转。SOWC 30是两状态装置。在分离状态中,SOWC不约束发电机轴26沿任意方向的旋转。在接合状态,SOWC约束发电机轴26在发动机旋转的相反方向上旋转但允许沿发动机旋转方向的旋转。
控制器32发送信号来控制动力传动系统的各种部件。这些信号基于来自若干传感器的输入。这些传感器包括换挡杆位置传感器34、制动踏板位置传感器36以及加速踏板位置传感器38。控制器32向发动机10发送命令以起动和停止发动机,并且调节发动机运行时产生的扭矩水平。控制器32向SOWC 30发送命令以在接合状态和分离状态之间切换。控制器32通过向逆变器40和42发送命令来调节由电机产生的扭矩。逆变器40和42分别调节定子44和46的绕组中的交流电流,以在对应转子28和24上产生命令的扭矩。当沿转子旋转的相反方向施加扭矩时,逆变器产生直流电力,所述直流电力被输送到DC总线48。相反,当沿与转子旋转的相同方向施加扭矩时,逆变器从DC总线48汲取电力。电能的任何净盈余被存储在电池50中以供以后在净不足时使用。
当利用发动机功率以低车速推进车辆时,行星齿轮组将来自发动机的功率分为机械功率流路径和电功率流路径。在环形齿轮20的低速到中速期间,中心齿轮18沿与行星架14相同的方向旋转。为了提供反作用扭矩,发电机被操作为沿相反方向产生扭矩。机械功率流路径将功率从行星架14传输到环形齿轮20进而到输出轴。当中心齿轮正向旋转时,发电机产生电功率。该电功率经由电功率流路径从发电机传输到DC总线进而到马达,马达在输出轴处将所述功率转换回机械功率。当车速相对于发动机转速较高时,中心齿轮18沿相反方向旋转。在这种状况下,功率在动力传动系统内循环。通过机械功率流路径传递的功率多于传递到输出轴的功率。一些机械功率由牵引马达提取并传递到发电机,使得发电机可提供扭矩反作用。
再循环功率流状况通常比直接功率流状况效率低。为了避免使用再循环功率流,SOWC 30可被命令为接合状态。在这种状态下,SOWC在中心齿轮18处提供扭矩反作用。因此,流过电功率流路径的功率等于在输出轴处传递的功率。
图2是图1的动力传动系统的一部分的截面示意图,示出了SOWC 30的结构。单向离合器凹腔板52固定到发电机转子28。多个棘爪54被支撑在凹腔板52内的围绕内周边的位置处。凹腔板是SOWC 30的外圈。SOWC 30的内圈56固定到变速器壳体,以使其静止。内圈的外周边58包括齿。在分离状态下,棘爪54通过弹簧或其它装置与齿保持脱离啮合。在接合状态下,电流被供应到内圈中的圆周绕组60,以建立磁场。磁力将棘爪54拉向齿,并与齿啮合。齿是倾斜的,使得凹腔板在接合状态下可相对于内圈沿一个方向旋转。但是,棘爪和齿啮合,以防止沿另一方向旋转。
图3示出了永磁马达。一个或更多个钢叠片堆62固定到转子轴26。永磁体被插入钢叠片内,以围绕圆周产生交替的磁极。使用钢是因为它具有导磁性。铝制端板被安装在钢叠片堆的每一端。端板由铝制成,这是因为它不导磁。因此,端板将磁场限制到转子的圆周处,在所述圆周处,磁场与定子相互作用。在图3中不可见的一个端板被轴向保持抵靠轴26中的肩部。另一端板64被螺母66轴向地保持,螺母66被拧到轴26的螺纹部分。
图4示出了单向离合器凹腔板52。凹腔板52和端板64包括用于将凹腔板附连到转子的特征。销钉被插入端板中的孔70中并装配到凹腔板中的孔72,以相对于端板精确地定位凹腔板。然后,螺栓穿过凹腔板中的孔68被插入端板中的螺纹孔74。销钉和螺栓必须由不透磁材料(诸如,不锈钢)制成,以避免改变转子内的磁通路径。这些螺栓因产量低而较为昂贵。此外,端板的厚度提供有限的螺纹啮合。
图5示出了铝制凹腔板76。凹腔板76可使用例如压铸工艺形成为单件。可能需要一些机加工。凹腔板76包括具有中心孔的平坦部分78。两个凸舌80延伸进入孔中。凹腔板还包括加厚的环形部分82,所述环形部分82在轴向靠近平坦部分并与孔同心。多个棘爪54被插入围绕环形部分的内周边形成的凹腔中。图6和图7示出了包括凹腔板76的永磁转子。当凹腔板76被插到轴26上时,凸舌80装配到轴26中的槽中。螺母66被拧到轴26上并被拧紧以使凹腔板保持抵靠叠片堆62。转子的一端不需要端板。不需要销钉或螺栓,因此不会倾向于破坏磁通路径。
图8示出了制造凹腔板76的替代方式。在该替代方式中,平坦部分78和环形部分82分别被制造,然后通过激光焊接部84进行连接。为了便于均匀的焊接渗透到每个部件,平坦部分78包括倒角表面86,并且环形部分82包括倒角表面88。
图9示出了装配混合动力变速器的过程。在90处,将永磁体插入由钢或一些其它导磁材料制成的叠片堆中。在92处,端板被插到轴上。端板由形成到轴中的肩部进行轴向限制。在94处,将至少一个叠片堆插到轴上。叠片包括凸舌,所述凸舌被装配到轴中的轴向槽中,以防止相对旋转。在96处,凹腔板被插到轴上。凹腔板还包括装配到轴中的槽中的凸舌。在98处,螺母被拧紧到轴的螺纹部分。在100处,一组棘爪被插入形成在凹腔板中的一组凹腔中。在102处,单向离合器内圈插入变速器壳体内。内圈包括线圈。在104处,凹腔板、轴和叠片被插入变速器壳体,且棘爪靠近内圈,使得线圈产生用于吸引棘爪与内圈接合的磁场。

Claims (12)

1.一种装配混合动力变速器的方法,包括:
将叠片堆滑动安装到轴上;
将永磁体插入叠片堆内;
将轴插入单向离合器凹腔板内,所述叠片和凹腔板各自具有凸舌,所述凸舌接合轴中的槽,以阻止相对旋转;
将螺母拧紧到轴上,以固定凹腔板和叠片堆。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,还包括:在将叠片堆滑动安装到轴上之前,将端盖滑动安装到轴上,以轴向地约束端盖在轴上进一步的滑动。
3.根据权利要求1所述的方法,还包括:将多个棘爪插入凹腔板内。
4.根据权利要求3所述的方法,还包括:将凹腔板、轴和叠片插入变速器壳体内,使得所述棘爪与单向离合器内圈相邻,所述单向离合器内圈具有电线圈,所述电线圈被配置为产生磁场,以吸引棘爪与单向离合器内圈接合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述凹腔板被形成为单个压铸件。
6.根据权利要求1所述的方法,还包括:通过将平坦部分激光焊接到环形部分而形成凹腔板。
7.根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中,所述平坦部分和环形部分均具有与焊接部邻近的倒角表面。
8.一种混合动力变速器,包括:
端板;
叠片堆,包含永磁体;
开槽的转子轴,延伸穿过叠片堆和端板,并且轴向地约束端板;
单向离合器凹腔板,叠片和凹腔板均具有凸舌,所述凸舌接合轴中的槽,以阻止相对旋转;
螺母,将凹腔板和叠片堆固定为轴向地抵靠端板。
9.根据权利要求8所述的混合动力变速器,还包括:
变速器壳体;
多个棘爪,被保持在凹腔板内;
单向离合器内圈,靠近凹腔板,所述内圈包括电线圈,所述电线圈被配置为产生磁场,以吸引棘爪与所述内圈接合。
10.根据权利要求9所述的混合动力变速器,还包括:
简单行星齿轮组,具有固定到转子轴的中心齿轮、可驱动地连接到输出轴的环形齿轮以及固定到输入轴的齿轮架;
第二转子,可驱动地连接到输出轴。
11.一种单向离合器凹腔板,包括:
平坦部分,限定孔,并且限定延伸进入所述孔内的至少一个凸舌,所述凸舌被构造为接合转子轴的槽,以阻止相对旋转;
环形部分,刚性固定到平坦部分并与所述孔同心,并且限定多个凹腔;
多个棘爪,被保持在所述凹腔内。
12.根据权利要求11所述的凹腔板,其中,所述多个凹腔形成在环形部分的径向内表面上。
