技术领域
本发明涉及一种乙醇燃料。
背景技术
燃料是指能产生热能或动力的可燃物质。大都含有碳或碳氢化合物。天然的有木材、泥煤、褐煤、烟煤、无烟煤、油页岩等。经过加工而成的有木炭、焦炭、煤砖、煤球等。此外,还有一些特殊品种,如固体酒精、固体火箭燃料。与液体燃料或气体燃料相比,一般固体燃料虽然方便,但是其燃烧较难控制,效率较低,灰分较多。
中国专利申请公开号CN101089155A,公开日为2007年12月19日的发明专利公开了一种化学固体燃料,其特征是乌洛托品98-99份,硬脂酸(或石蜡)1-2份。该发明的固体燃料具有容易点燃、火焰大小均匀、热值高、火焰偏差小、携带方便,燃烧时无毒、无异味、无污染,安全成本低,适用于宾馆、饭店、餐车、船只、旅游、医院、学校、军队、野外作业、地质勘探、野营、家庭生活取暖用火及煤炭和木材等引火燃料。该发明组分简单、但发热量一般,而且该固体燃料的稳定性一般,高温时容易分解、低温时容易碎裂,燃料的稳定性较差。
中国专利申请号为93110568.4,公开日为1993年8月25日的发明专利公开了一种含硅复合固体方便燃料及其制备方法,它由六次甲基四胺、石蜡、硅酸钠或硅酸钾水溶液、乙醇和香精组成,首先制备乙醇-石蜡-硅酸钠或硅酸钾均相热溶液,在捏合机中的六次甲基四胺进行预捏合,将均相热溶液均匀洒入捏合机中的六次甲基四胺粉料内,进行捏合、入模、加压成型。该发明的制品在燃烧具有物理和化学的安全性并且燃烧温度高。该发明组分较为复杂,包含了硅酸钠或者硅酸钾,燃烧时易产生烟雾,燃烧后会留有残渣,使用效果一般。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术中固体燃料组分复杂、发热量不高、稳定性较差、燃烧后留有残渣的缺点,提供一种成分简单、稳定性好、燃烧时无异味、燃烧后无残留的乙醇燃料。
为实现以上目的,本发明的技术解决方案是:一种乙醇燃料,是由六次甲基四胺、
石蜡、硬脂酸和乙醇组成的,各组分按重量的配比为:六次甲基四胺80-95%,石蜡1.5-6%,硬脂酸0.5-3.5%,乙醇0.5-3.5%。
所述六次甲基四胺、石蜡、硬脂酸和乙醇的重量配比依次为:92%、5%、1.5%、1.5%。
本发明成分简单、稳定性好、燃烧时无异味、燃烧后无残留。
六次甲基四胺,学名乌洛托品,主要用作树脂和塑料的固化剂、氨基塑料的催化剂和发泡剂、橡胶硫化的促进剂(促进剂H)、纺织品的防缩剂等,该品易燃。
石蜡是从石油、页岩油或其他沥青矿物油的某些馏出物中提取出来的一种怪类蜡,为白色或淡黄色半透明物,具有相当明显的晶体结构。石蜡是固态高级烷烃混合物的俗名,分子式为CnH2n+2,其中n=20-40。石蜡不与常见的化学试剂反应,但可以燃烧。
硬脂酸,即十八烷酸,分子式C18H36O2,由油脂水解生产,主要用于生产硬脂酸盐,每克溶于21ml乙醇。可以作为胶凝剂使用。
实施例1:
现以重量含量比为92%的六次甲基四胺、5%的石蜡、1.5%的硬脂酸和1.5%的乙醇来介绍本发明。
按照92%的六次甲基四胺、5%的石蜡(牌号为58,即分子式为:C28H58)、1.5%的硬脂酸和1.5%的乙醇配比得到固体燃料后,通过测试得到固体燃料的理化指标,见表一。

本发明成分简单、稳定性好、燃烧时无异味、燃烧后无残留。

1.一种乙醇燃料,其特征在于:是由六次甲基四胺、石蜡、硬脂酸和乙醇组成的,
各组分按重量的配比为:六次甲基四胺80-95%,石蜡1.5-6%,硬脂酸0.5-3.5%,乙醇0.5-3.5%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种乙醇燃料,其特征在于:所述六次甲基四胺、石蜡、硬脂酸和乙醇的重量配比依次为:92%、5%、1.5%、1.5%。
