Abstract

本发明涉及灯具塑料、灯饰塑料,具体公开了一种金属效果的免喷漆灯具塑料及其制备方法,其配方为质量份:塑料95‑105份、银粉0.5‑1份、珠光粉1‑2.5份、色粉0.7‑1.5份、分散剂0.2‑0.5份、去流纹剂0.3‑0.5份,经过搅拌混合以及除湿干燥工艺之后,直接通过注塑机注塑成型所需的灯具、灯饰产品外壳。本发明生产设备简单,生产过程不产生粉尘、废水以及有害气体,符合现在的环保趋势,产品能够通过ROHS认证,且报废的材料可以回收再利用,生产成本低、生产效率高、工艺简单、污染小,且外观具有金属效果,使灯具、灯饰美观轻质而有质感。

技术领域
本发明涉及灯具塑料、灯饰塑料,具体公开了一种金属效果的免喷漆灯具塑料及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前的灯具、灯饰采用的金属效果塑料外壳,普遍采用在塑料上喷金属漆以达到模仿金属视觉效果的目的,然而塑料或者金属之间进行喷漆前,必须进行表面防刮处理或进行单独包装保护,喷漆过程中需要使用有机溶剂稀释油漆,喷涂完成后需要等待干燥,喷涂之后又需要进行防刮保护,导致灯罩、灯饰的上色工艺复杂、有机溶剂毒性大、污染严重、加工成本高、耗费工时长。并且喷漆工艺的产品很难通过ROHS认证以及VOCS测试,喷漆产品很难回收再利用。
发明内容
为了克服现有的灯具、灯饰采用的金属效果塑料外壳采用喷漆工艺而导致的污染大、成本高、无法回收利用的问题,本发明提供一种金属效果的免喷漆灯具塑料及其制备方法。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种金属效果的免喷漆灯具塑料,原料按重量份如下:

优选的,所述的塑料原料为PVC、AS、ABS、PE、PP、PS、PC、PC/ABS、PMMA或ASA的有机材料。
优选的,所述的银粉是PCR系列的包覆型闪银粉,采用PCR212或PCR214型号。
优选的,所述珠光粉为lriodin系列珠光粉,采用lriodin 153或lriodin 163。
优选的,所述的分散剂为FF型号的双撑硬脂酸酰胺。
优选的,所述的一种金属效果的免喷漆灯具塑料,其特征在于,免喷漆灯具塑料的制备方法包括步骤如下:
A1.原料配备,按照质量份取原料;
A2.搅拌混合,通过塑油混合机进行10-20分钟的混合,使原料充分融化混合在一起,得到混合物;
A3.除湿干燥,采用真空除湿干燥机对混合物进行干燥除水处理,直至水分含量在0.2%-0.5%之内;
A4.注塑成型,将干燥后的混合物加入注塑机,进行加热注塑,降温脱模后制得免喷涂塑料制成的灯饰零件。
本发明的有益效果是:生产设备简单,生产过程不产生粉尘、废水以及有害气体,符合现在的环保趋势,产品能够通过ROHS认证,且报废的材料可以回收再利用,生产成本低、生产效率高、工艺简单、污染小,且外观具有金属效果。

本发明是一种金属效果的免喷漆灯具塑料及其制备方法。
其中,金属效果的免喷漆灯具塑料的配方质量份如下:

其中当上述塑料、银粉、珠光粉、色粉、分散剂、去流纹剂先通过在混料机进行混合5-15分钟充分混合后,放进干燥机干燥2-4小时直至水分含量在0.2-0.5%之内,通过注塑机进行塑化成型加工后,充分扩散的银粉以及珠光粉可以使最终塑料制品产生金属表面的反光效果。

本发明采用的塑料是PVC、AS、ABS、PE、PP、PS、PC、PC/ABS、PMMA或ASA的有机材料。
所述的银粉是德国爱卡公司的PCR系列的包覆型闪银粉,以PCR212粒径是52um和PCR214粒径是38um为主,具有耐用高温、耐酸碱性、抗氧化、白度好、闪烁效果明显等特点。
所述的珠光粉是德国默克公司的lriodin系列的珠光粉,以lriodin 153粒径是20-100um和lriodin 163粒径是20-180um为主,具有耐用高温、耐酸碱性、白度好、易分散性等特点。
所述的分散剂是日本花王公司FF型号的双撑硬脂酸酰胺。
所述的去流纹剂是用于保证银粉以及珠光粉在混合后均匀分布于混合物中的一种多元醇混合物。
本发明的一种金属效果的免喷漆灯具塑料,其制备方法包括步骤如下:
A1.原料配备,按照质量份取原料;
A2.搅拌混合,通过塑油混合机进行10-20分钟的混合,使原料充分融化混合在一起,得到混合物;
A3.除湿干燥,采用真空除湿干燥机对混合物进行干燥除水处理,直至水分含量在0.2%-0.5%之内;
A4.注塑成型,将干燥后的混合物加入注塑机,进行加热注塑,降温脱模后制得免喷涂塑料制成的灯饰零件。
注塑成型时的加工参数具体如下:
PVC塑料,干燥条件50~60℃,0.5小时,熔化温度:180~205℃,模具温度:25~50℃,注射速度:中速度;
AS塑料,干燥条件80℃,2~4小时,熔化温度:200~265℃,模具温度:40~70℃,注射速度:高速度;
PE塑料,干燥条件为50~70℃,1小时,熔化温度:180~230℃,模具温度:50~90℃,注射速度:高速度;
PP塑料,干燥条件为50~70℃,1小时,熔化温度:210~260℃,模具温度:40~80℃,注射速度:高速度;
ABS塑料,干燥条件为80~90℃,2小时,熔化温度:210~280℃,模具温度:25~70℃,注射速度:中高速度;
PS塑料,干燥条件为80℃,2~3小时,熔化温度:180~270℃,模具温度:40~50℃,注射速度:高速度;
PC塑料,干燥条件为100~180℃,3~4小时,熔化温度:260~320℃,模具温度:70~120℃,注射速度:高速度;
PC/ABS塑料,干燥条件为90~100℃,2~4小时,熔化温度:200~260℃,模具温度:50~100℃。注射速度:高速度;
PMMA塑料,干燥条件为85~90℃,3~4小时,熔化温度:230~260℃,模具温度:40~70℃,注射速度:中速度;
ASA塑料,干燥条件为75~95℃,3~4小时,熔化温度:200~250℃,模具温度:50~80℃,注射速度:中速度。
相比于传统的塑料成型后通过喷漆上色,本发明所需的生产工艺得到了大量简化,所需生产设备以及场地少。
本发明的灯饰、灯具用塑料,生产过程不产生粉尘、废水以及有害气体,符合现在的环保趋势,产品能够通过ROHS认证。且报废的材料可以回收再利用。
生产成本低、生产效率高、工艺简单、污染小,且外观具有金属效果,使灯具、灯饰美观轻质而有质感。

1.一种金属效果的免喷漆灯具塑料,其特征在于:原料按重量份如下:

其中,所述去流纹剂为用于使银粉和珠光粉均匀分布的多元醇混合物;
所述的银粉是PCR系列的包覆型闪银粉,采用PCR212或PCR214型号;
所述珠光粉为lriodin系列珠光粉,采用lriodin 153或lriodin 163;
所述的分散剂为FF型号的双撑硬脂酸酰胺;
免喷漆灯具塑料的制备方法包括步骤如下:
A1.原料配备,按照质量份取原料;
A2.搅拌混合,通过塑油混合机进行10-20分钟的混合,使原料充分融化混合在一起,得到混合物;
A3.除湿干燥,采用真空除湿干燥机对混合物进行干燥除水处理,直至水分含量在0.2%-0.5%之内;
