Abstract
本发明涉及一种橡胶板的制备工艺,先将废橡胶粉碎制成低于60目的胶粉,然后干燥,再加入硫化促进剂、硫化活性剂、硫磺和硫化剂,混合均匀后进行硫化,即得;以干燥后的胶粉为100重量份计,硫化促进剂用量为0.8‑1.2份,硫化活性剂用量为2‑4份,硫磺3‑6份,硫化剂0.3‑0.6份。制备工艺简单、便于操作,并且工艺过程中不存在废水、废气、粉尘的污染。制得的橡胶板具有力学强度高、耐老化性好。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种橡胶板的制备工艺,属于橡胶制品技术领域。
背景技术
随着经济的不断发展,中国发展的脚步越来越快,可是暴露的问题越来越多,所以在发展的今天,“绿色”被抬上了生活的舞台,“可持续发展”成为经济发展的前提。对于大量废弃的橡胶,回收利用的压力越来越大。废旧橡胶是固体废弃物的一种,主要来源是一些橡胶制品,如各种车的内胎、胶管和胶带和胶鞋等等的废弃及工厂生产边角料。
将废旧橡胶通过常温粉碎或者低温粉碎等方法制备胶粉后加以利用,这是目前废旧橡胶回收的一种非常重要的途径。通常是即将废橡胶经粉碎、脱硫、轧炼等工序,将废橡胶中的硫彻底脱除,恢复橡胶应有的弹性和塑性,从而形成再生胶。此方法存在能耗大,效率低、工艺流程长的缺点,而且鉴于目前技术和经济条件所限,我国许多再生胶企业的废胶脱磺再生处理过程均存在不同程度的低浓度有机废气,容易造成大气污染。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决现有技术的不足,提供一种橡胶板的制备工艺。
本发明的技术方案是:先将废橡胶粉碎制成低于60目的胶粉,然后干燥,再加入硫化促进剂、硫化活性剂、硫磺和硫化剂,混合均匀后进行硫化,即得;以干燥后的胶粉为100重量份计,硫化促进剂用量为0.8-1.2份,硫化活性剂用量为2-4份,硫磺3-6份,硫化剂0.3-0.6份。
进一步,胶粉干燥温度为100-110℃。
进一步,所述硫化活性剂为氧化镁或氧化锌。
进一步,硫化温度为130~150℃,压力为6~8Mpa,时间为15-25min。
本发明的制备工艺简单、便于操作,并且工艺过程中不存在废水、废气、粉尘的污染。制得的橡胶板具有力学强度高、耐老化性好。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1
将废橡胶粉碎制成60目胶粉,将胶粉于105℃进行干燥,按重量份称取下列组分并混合均匀:胶粉100份,促进剂M 0.8份,氧化镁4份,硫磺3份,硫化剂0.3份,将混合物装入模具,在温度为130℃、压力为6MPa的条件下,硫化15min。
实施例2
将废橡胶粉碎制成40目胶粉,将胶粉于110℃进行干燥,按重量份称取下列组分并混合均匀:胶粉100份,促进剂TT 1.2份,氧化锌2份,硫磺6份,硫化剂0.6份,将混合物装入模具,在温度为150℃、压力为8MPa的条件下,硫化25min。

1.一种橡胶板的制备工艺,其特征在于,先将废橡胶粉碎制成低于60目的胶粉,然后干燥,再加入硫化促进剂、硫化活性剂、硫磺和硫化剂,混合均匀后进行硫化,即得;以干燥后的胶粉为100重量份计,硫化促进剂用量为0.8-1.2份,硫化活性剂用量为2-4份,硫磺3-6份,硫化剂0.3-0.6份。
2.如权利要求1所述的橡胶板的制备工艺,其特征在于,胶粉干燥温度为100-110℃。
3.如权利要求1所述的橡胶板的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述硫化活性剂为氧化镁或氧化锌。
4.如权利要求1所述的橡胶板的制备工艺,其特征在于,硫化温度为130~150℃,压力为6~8Mpa,时间为15-25min。
