背景技术
水泥是由石灰石、砂岩、黏土以及其他材料混合研磨后经高温锻烧成熟料,熟料添加石膏等其他材料研磨到一定细度而成的建筑材料。随着建筑行业的不断发展,对水泥的需求量也越来越高。现有技术中,水泥熟料的生产工艺都是将石灰石、黏土、砂岩、铁矿石等原料混合后研磨成生料,生料再经过高温煅烧生成水泥熟料。

本发明提供了一种环保水泥熟料,采用了如下技术方案:
一种环保水泥熟料,其特征在于:按重量份数计,由以下原料组成:包含石灰石80-100份、电石渣25-50份、河沙20-40份、黄沙岩10-30份、铁粉10-15份、粘土25-40份、稳定剂10-20份。
本发明提供了一种环保水泥熟料,具备以下有益效果:提高了水泥熟料整体的稳定性;另外也增强了水泥熟料的粘结力,提高了水泥熟料整体的性能。
