本发明涉及一种工业污水废水处理装置,尤其涉及一种一体化污水沉淀过滤系统。
背景技术
随着社会的不断发展,人们对环境的破坏也越来越严重,水资源 被污染的程度也越来越严重,江河水与地下水的污染已经达到了一个很严重的程度,但是目前人们饮用的水,都来自于江河水或者地下水,因此急需要对这些水进行净化处理,所以就需要一种净水装置及净水方法来解决这个问题。
发明内容
本发明为了解决以上问题提供了一种结构简单、过滤效果好、强度高、节约水源、运行成本低、占地面积小、卫生环保的一体化污水沉淀过滤系统。
本发明的技术方案是:所述的系统包括进水口、调节池、加药装置、斜板沉淀池、过滤装置、消毒装置、集水池、提升泵,
1)所述的原水从进水口进入调节池内,加药装置将混凝剂加入调节池内,所述的调节池内设置酸碱显示器,PH值控制在6-9;
2)所述的调节池内的原水经处理后进入斜板沉淀池,所述的斜板沉淀池内设置搅拌装置,原水先经过搅拌装置充分搅拌混匀,搅拌后的原水在斜板沉淀池内沉淀,沉淀后的原水通过溢流流入过滤装置内;
3)所述的过滤装置为三个超滤装置,原水通过过滤装置后流入集水池;
4)所述的消毒装置向集水池中加入消毒剂,经过消毒后的原水经提升泵后序使用。
本发明结构简单、过滤效果好、强度高、节约水源、运行成本低、占地面积小、卫生环保。
