The intelligent kitchen collection, transportation and weighing device is characterized by comprising a kitchen collection, transportation vehicle, a collection, transportation platform, an operating system, a weighing sensor, a recognizer and an information control system; the kitchen collection and transportation vehicle comprises a dustbin body and an automatic lifting charging part arranged on the side surface of the dustbin body; the receiving and transporting platform comprises a platform and a tray with fork holes; the tray is positioned on the platform; the garbage bin is placed on the tray;
the operating system comprises a lifting operating lever and a portal operating lever; the lifting control rod and the portal control rod are both positioned in a cab of the kitchen truck;
the kitchen truck also comprises a self-unloading part; the self-discharging part comprises a self-discharging control valve, a self-discharging oil cylinder and a self-discharging turnover seat; the self-discharging control valve is positioned in the cab; the self-discharging oil cylinder is positioned at the bottom of the dustbin body; the self-discharging oil cylinder is connected with the self-discharging overturning seat;
the automatic lifting charging part comprises a bracket, a chain transmission mechanism, a motor, a fork and a portal; the fork and the portal are positioned at the bottom of the bracket; the fork is connected with one side of the bottom of the bracket through a rotating shaft; the portal frame is arranged on the other side of the bottom of the bracket; the bracket is positioned on the chain transmission mechanism; the motor is positioned at the upper part of the bracket and is connected with the chain transmission mechanism to drive the garbage can to lift and descend;
the weighing sensor comprises a main weighing sensor and an auxiliary weighing sensor; the main weighing sensor is positioned on the fork; the auxiliary weighing sensor is positioned on the bracket;
the identifier is positioned at the junction of the bracket and the dustbin body and is arranged on the side wall of the dustbin body; the identifier is used for identifying basic information of the garbage can, wherein the basic information comprises a garbage can number, an area where the garbage can is located, a unit where the area belongs, garbage collection and transportation time, a garbage collection and transportation place, garbage unloading time and a garbage unloading place;
the information control system comprises a transmission network and a cloud computing platform; the identifier, the main weighing sensor and the auxiliary weighing sensor are communicated with the transmission network, and basic information of the garbage can and the weight of the garbage can are transmitted to the cloud computing platform through the transmission network; the cloud computing platform realizes the overall process monitoring of four production links of kitchen waste throwing, collecting, transporting and processing through the acquired basic information of the garbage bin; the cloud computing platform determines the weight of the garbage in the garbage can through the obtained weight of the garbage can;
when the kitchen collection and transportation vehicle reaches the collection and transportation platform, an operator in a cab pulls the lifting control rod backwards to enable the fork to be aligned with the fork hole of the tray, the fork is inserted into the fork hole of the tray, then pulls the portal control rod backwards to enable the portal to lean backwards, the garbage can is hung on a hook of the kitchen collection and transportation vehicle, pulls the lifting control rod backwards again, and lifts and tilts the garbage can upwards along with the automatic lifting charging part in a reverse direction, so that lifting and dumping of the garbage can are completed; when the garbage can is positioned on the fork, the main weighing sensor and the auxiliary weighing sensor read the weight of the garbage can;
when the garbage can finishes dumping, an operator in a cab pulls the portal operating lever forwards to enable the portal to be in a vertical state, then pulls the lifting operating lever forwards to enable the forklift to slowly descend, and places the tray on the forklift and the garbage can on the platform of the receiving and transporting platform;
when the kitchen truck arrives at a garbage recycling place, an operator in a cab operates the self-discharging control valve, the self-discharging oil cylinder at the bottom of the garbage can body stretches out, so that the garbage can body is rotated and lifted around the self-discharging turnover seat, and meanwhile, the rear door of the garbage can body is automatically opened under the self weight and the impact of garbage, and the garbage is dumped out of the garbage can body;
when the garbage is unloaded, an operator in the cab operates the self-discharging control valve again, so that the garbage can falls to the original position under the dead weight depression and the retraction of the self-discharging oil cylinder.

The intelligent kitchen sink and weight device of claim 1, wherein the kitchen sink and weight vehicle further comprises a hydraulic system; the hydraulic system is connected with the motor to drive the chain transmission mechanism to enable the garbage can on the collection and transportation platform to move on the bracket;
the hydraulic system is connected with the self-discharging oil cylinder to drive the self-discharging turnover seat to rotate so that garbage can be dumped from the garbage can body.
3. The intelligent kitchen sink and weigh apparatus of claim 1 wherein said sink platform further comprises a ramp; the trash can is pushed onto the tray of the platform from above the ramp.
4. The intelligent kitchen sink and weigh apparatus of claim 1 wherein said primary load cell is two or more; the number of the weighing sensors is two or more.
5. The intelligent kitchen sink and weigh apparatus of claim 1 wherein said dustbin body is a closed dustbin body.
6. The intelligent kitchen sink and weigh apparatus of claim 1 wherein said automatic lift loading unit is located on the right side of the front of said dustbin.
7. The intelligent kitchen collection and weighing device of claim 1, wherein the garbage can is a hanging garbage can; the hanging type garbage bin is matched with the hook of the kitchen collection and transportation vehicle.
