技术领域
本发明涉及一种胶圈的切割装置。
背景技术
现有空气滤清器胶圈为条状胶条切断后,粘接在空气滤清器端盖上,一般用剪刀按照一定长度剪断,再用粘水将两端粘接,胶圈的长度用直尺划线。然而,用剪刀剪切的断口不规则,导致粘接接头粘接效果差,经常会出现接头处高低不平、由于接头不规则容易引起接头处漏气,从而最终引起空气滤清器安装在汽车总成上造成密封不严而进灰尘。另外,直尺划线速度慢,生产效率低、工人的劳动强度大。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术中人工剪切胶条存在的断口不规则、生产效率低、劳动强度大的问题,提供一种结构简单、使用方便、生产效率高的空气滤清器胶圈的切条装置。
为实现以上目的,本发明的技术解决方案是:一种胶圈的切割装置,包括工作台,所述工作台的右侧设置有支撑架,所述工作台中间靠上的位置设置有一个固定架,剪切杆通过转轴与固定架活动相连,剪切杆上设置有刀片,工作台左边设置有水平的导向板,导向板上设置有直尺,所述剪切杆与导向板之间形成一个夹角,夹角的角度范围为120度至180度。
本发明同现有技术相比具有以下有益效果:
1、本设计中采用了剪切杆和导向板,而且导向板上有直尺,无需人工划线,只需将胶条沿着导向板拉直,下压剪切杆即可完成对胶条的剪切,结构简单、生产效率高;剪切后的胶条断口规则整齐,使得后续的粘接工作变得简洁高效。
2、本设计中剪切杆与导向板之间形成一个夹角,夹角的角度范围为120度至180度,使得剪切后的胶条断口处形成一个角度,使得粘接面更大、粘接的更牢固。

以下结合附图说明和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明:
参见图1,一种胶圈的切割装置,包括工作台1,所述工作台1的右侧设置有支撑架2,所述工作台1中间靠上的位置设置有一个固定架3,剪切杆4通过转轴5与固定架3活动相连,剪切杆4上设置有刀片6,工作台1左边设置有水平的导向板7,导向板7上设置有直尺8,所述剪切杆4与导向板7之间形成一个夹角,夹角的角度范围为120度至180度。
使用时,将盘状胶条安装在工作台1右边的支撑架2上,先将胶条起点处用剪切杆4切出一个断口,然后将胶条沿着导向板7拉直,使用导向板7上的直尺8,确定好切割长度后按下剪切杆4,由于剪切杆4通过转轴5与固定架3活动相连,剪切杆4只能以转轴5为圆心做上下运动,剪切杆4上设置有刀片6,剪切杆4下压的过程中由刀片6完成对胶条的切割。刀片6优选圆形的。比之平切刀,圆形的刀片6在切断的胶条的过程中,刀片6是逐步接触胶条,这样胶条的切口变形小、形状更规则。还可以在工作台1对应刀片6下切的位置上设置一个斜槽9。刀片6切下后落入斜槽9中,可以保护工作台不被切碎,也保证了胶条断口处不会沾上工作台1上的碎屑。本设计中采用了剪切杆和导向板,而且导向板7上有直尺8,无需人工划线,只需将胶条沿着导向板7拉直,下压剪切杆4即可完成对胶条的剪切,结构简单、生产效率高;剪切后的胶条断口规则整齐,使得后续的粘接工作变得简洁高效。本设计中可以使得剪切杆4与导向板7之间形成一个夹角,夹角的角度范围为120度至180度,使得剪切后的胶条断口处形成一个角度,使得粘接面更大、粘接的更牢固。本发明结构简单、使用方便、生产效率高。

1.一种胶圈的切割装置,包括工作台(1),所述工作台(1)的右侧设置有支撑架(2),其特征在于:所述工作台(1)中间靠上的位置设置有一个固定架(3),剪切杆(4)通过转轴(5)与固定架(3)活动相连,剪切杆(4)上设置有刀片(6),工作台(1)左边设置有水平的导向板(7),导向板(7)上设置有直尺(8),所述剪切杆(4)与导向板(7)之间形成一个夹角,夹角的角度范围为120度至180度。
