在中药品的生产加工过程中，需要对药材进行浸泡、切片、粉碎等操作，以方便后续的加工工艺。现有的药材切片装置存在切割效率低，药材下料速度慢，结构复杂，使用操作不方便。
实用新型内容
本实用新型目的是提供了一种结构简单，切割效率高，下料切割操作简便的气缸式药材切割装置。
本实用新型解决技术问题提供如下方案：
一种气缸式药材切割装置，包括料架，其特征在于：所述料架上安装有料仓，所述料仓的一端设有斜滑道，所述斜滑道底部连接有切割平台，所述切割平台上安装有气缸，所述气缸的下端安装有压料块，所述切割平台上设有下料通道，所述下料通道的底部安装有药材切割刀片，所述下料通道的底部设有接料槽。
所述切割刀片通过齿轮传动连接电机。
本实用新型在料架上安装有料仓，且在料仓的一端设有斜滑道，且在切割平台上安装有气缸，且在气缸的下方设有切割平台，且在切割平台的下料通底部设有切割刀片，这样经过清洗的药材通过斜滑道下滑到切割平台上，再通过气缸将药材压入下料通道内，经过切割刀片的切割，切成片状，下落到接料槽内，完成加工。

参见附图，一种气缸式药材切割装置，包括料架1，所述料架1上安装有料仓2，所述料仓2的一端设有斜滑道3，所述斜滑道3底部连接有切割平台4，所述切割平台4上安装有气缸5，所述气缸5的下端安装有压料块6，所述切割平台4上设有下料通道7，所述下料通道7的底部安装有药材切割刀片8，所述下料通道7的底部设有接料槽9。
所述切割刀片8通过齿轮传动连接电机10。

1.一种气缸式药材切割装置，包括料架，其特征在于：所述料架上安装有料仓，所述料仓的一端设有斜滑道，所述斜滑道底部连接有切割平台，所述切割平台上安装有气缸，所述气缸的下端安装有压料块，所述切割平台上设有下料通道，所述下料通道的底部安装有药材切割刀片，所述下料通道的底部设有接料槽。
