Abstract

本发明涉及移动通信领域,尤其涉及一种确定用于定位终端设备的定位基站的技术。在一种定位基站确定方法中,定位服务器从终端设备接收定位请求消息;所述定位服务器根据所述定位请求消息从所述终端设备的服务基站获取可选基站信息,所述可选基站信息指示至少一个基站;所述定位服务器根据所述可选基站信息确定定位基站集合,其中,所述定位基站集合包括用于定位所述终端设备的定位基站,所述定位基站包括所述至少一个基站中的一个或多个和/或所述服务基站。通过本申请提供的方案,定位服务器可以及时获取可选基站信息,进一步节约定位时间,提高定位效率。
