Abstract
本申请实施例提供一种数据处理方法、终端以及基站,用于对SRS‑only CC进行PHR上报。本申请实施例提供的方案如下:若终端满足预设条件时,所述终端生成只发送探测参考信号的成员载波SRS‑only CC的功率余量上报PHR报告;所述终端将所述PHR报告发送给基站。
