Abstract

本发明实施例提供一种上行传输的方法和装置,当第一数据包和第二数据包同时传输时,UE通过将第一数据包映射到一个时频资源块的第一时频资源上,将第二数据包映射到该时频资源块的第二时频资源上,通过同一个时频资源块的不同时频资源发送第一数据包和第二数据包,并通过新的反馈机制反馈第一数据包和第二数据包的接收结果。可以避免SPS场景中初传数据包和重传数据包发生冲突,并且能够提高时频资源的利用率。
