Abstract

一种用于尿不湿的电极制作方法尿不湿是一种用于卧床患者和婴儿的尿垫和尿裤总称,在尿不湿背衬上布放电极并施加电压,实现尿不湿是否处于尿湿浸湿状态的方法之一。本发明提出一种电极制作方法,它可以将上述电极和电极联线的制作与传统尿不湿制作工艺分离。该方法核心是将电极印刷在防水纸张上,再将电极部分刻穿并折叠到纸张另一面,实现电极与电路分离。把制备的上述含电极和电路的纸张贴于尿不湿背衬上,再配合电子检测器。它用于精准测量尿液浸湿在尿不湿上的几何分布。

一种用于检测尿不湿的电极制作方法
技术领域
本发明属于电子卫生监护领域,它是用于检测尿不湿中尿液检测的电极设计。
背景技术
传统尿不湿(尿垫或尿裤)由如下三层材料叠加制成:背衬层、吸水层和表面接触层。在尿不湿背衬层上布放导电电极,在电极之间施加电压,可以检测尿不湿状态:干燥时电极之间处于绝缘状态;尿湿时,被尿湿浸湿联通的两电极之间则处于电导通状态。因此,测量电极之间是否处于电导通状态,即可检测尿不湿是否处于尿湿状态。
传统电极布放方法:将导电胶制成的电极直接布放在尿不湿背衬上。其缺点为:(1)制作时需要严格符合尿不湿背衬的复杂工艺;(2)电极和电极联线都暴露在可能被尿湿浸湿面上。
本发明特点是:将电极制作工艺与尿不湿背衬工艺分离,并且避免电极与电极导线同时暴露于尿湿浸湿面上。前者工艺简单,后者则使尿湿区域测量更加精确。
发明内容
本发明内容分为两个部分:(1)尿不湿电极纸制作方法;(2)尿不湿电极纸与尿不湿复合方法。
尿不湿电极纸制作方法:取防水纸一张,其大小、形状与尿不湿背衬相似,将纸张正反两面分别定义为A面和B面。
A面用导电胶印刷电极和电极联线,印刷图案如图1所示,其中圆形为电极,细线为电极联线,所有圆形边缘除电极联线处均刻穿(注:电极联线与圆形电极交界处保留),使得每一个圆形电极边缘A面和B面通透,而电极的圆与纸张由电极联线连接在一起。
将A面上刻穿的圆形电极纸折叠到B面(见图2),并将折叠于A面的圆形纸贴在B面,则完成了电极纸制作。
电极纸与尿不湿复合方法:将制作好的电极纸张A面,用胶贴在尿不湿背衬上,即完成了复合尿不湿背衬的制作。
最后,采用传统工艺,将复合尿不湿背衬与吸水层和表面层一起,制成含有电极和电极联线的尿不湿。
本发明的优点是:电极纸可以在尿液浸湿状态下,电极覆盖是精确的,其原因是电极联线被封在A面,而只有B面电极暴露于尿液浸湿,所以电导通不受电极联线的影响。

图2表示折叠后B面图案:实心圆形为折叠电极;圆形空隙是由折叠造成。
具体实施方式
1、电极电路制作
如图1所示:在防水纸张A面上,用导电胶印刷一个电极和电极联线图案,其中圆形为电极,细线为电极联线,电极联线汇聚在一个接口处;将A面进行干燥处理后,再将电极周边除电路连接处的纸张刻穿。
2、折叠方法
如图2所示:将刻穿的圆形电极折叠到纸张B面,则在纸张B面形成电极,而电极联线保留在A面,电极和电极联线的联结点是纸张折叠处。
3、尿布湿背衬集成
将尿不湿A面粘贴在尿不湿背衬上,完成尿不湿背衬制作。

1.一种用于检测尿不湿的电极制作方法,其步骤包括:
1)取防水纸一张,纸张大小、形状与尿不湿背衬一致;
2)上述纸张的正反面分别定义为A面和B面,A面分别用导电胶印刷若干个电极和电极联线;
3)上述纸张中的电极边缘刻穿,将电极折叠固定到B面;
4)将上述纸张A面用胶贴在尿不湿的背衬上。
