A sheet blocking structure for blocking the advance of a sheet on a stripping machine comprises a body, a first moving assembly and a second moving assembly. Technical Field

Background
In the manufacturing process of the printed circuit board, a photoresist layer and a film adhered to the surface of the photoresist layer are respectively formed on the upper surface and the lower surface of the substrate before the exposure, and after the exposure, the film is peeled off to expose the photoresist layer for subsequent development and etching procedures.
The existing film stripping machine strips the film mainly by rolling the embossing roller on the surface of the film and then stripping the film by the sticking roller. However, because the widths of the films adjacent to the front edge of the substrate are different from one another due to the different printed circuit boards, when different substrates are positioned at the same position, the substrates are easily damaged due to the fact that the substrates cannot be positioned to execute further processing or are rolled to the photoresist layer due to the fact that the substrates are wrongly pressed to the substrate positioning area by the force of the embossing wheel.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of this, the inventors have made many years of experience and continued research and development improvements in order to provide a structure different from the prior art and to improve the above-described drawbacks.
An objective of the present invention is to provide a thin plate blocking structure, which can solve the problem that the existing stripping machine can mistakenly press the substrate to the positioning area or the photoresist layer in the film rolling process to discard the substrate, so that the embossing wheel can accurately apply force to the film at the front end edge of the substrate, and the film can be smoothly and comprehensively stripped for subsequent processing procedures.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a sheet blocking structure for blocking a sheet on a stripping machine from advancing, wherein one end of a stripping machine for feeding a sheet is defined as a front end of the stripping machine, one end of a stripping machine for outputting a sheet is defined as a rear end of the stripping machine, and the front end of the stripping machine has a front conveying section for conveying the sheet to move along a conveying direction from the front end toward the rear end. The thin plate blocking structure comprises a body, a first moving component and a second moving component. The body is positioned at the rear end of the front conveying section; a top plate is arranged above the first moving component, and the first moving component is connected to the body in a mode of upwards moving relative to the body, so that the top plate is blocked at the rear end edge of the thin plate; the second moving assembly is fixed on the film stripping machine and can drive the body to move in the front-back direction so as to connect the body, thereby adjusting the front-back distance between the top plate above the first moving assembly and the rear edge of the thin plate.
When the device is implemented, the body is provided with at least one first track and one second track which are mutually parallel, the first moving component comprises at least one first sliding rail and one push rod which are mutually parallel, the at least one first sliding rail is correspondingly connected with the at least one first track, the push rod is correspondingly connected with the second track, and the push rod is connected with a first driving device for pushing the first moving component to move upwards.

Referring to fig. 1, a sheet blocking structure 1 of the present invention is provided for blocking a sheet 12 on a stripping machine 11 from advancing, the stripping machine 11 can be used for stripping at least one film 122 on a substrate 121 of a sheet 12, and the at least one film 122 is bonded to a photoresist layer on at least one side of the substrate 121. In practice, the end of the stripping machine 11, which is fed into the sheet 12, is defined as the front ends of the stripping machine 11 and the sheet 12, the end of the output sheet 12 is defined as the rear ends of the stripping machine 11 and the sheet 12, and the front end of the stripping machine 11 is provided with a front conveying section 13 for conveying the sheet 12 along the conveying direction from the front end to the rear end of the stripping machine 11.
Fig. 2 shows a preferred embodiment of the sheet metal blocking structure 1 according to the present invention, which comprises a body 2, a first moving element 3 and a second moving element 4.
The body 2 is located at the rear end of the front conveying section 13, the body 2 is cuboid or approximately cuboid, and the body 2 is provided with at least one first track 21 and one second track 22 which are mutually parallel and vertically arranged. In the present embodiment, the second rail 22 is an elongated hole, and the second rail 22 is in communication with an air compressor as the first driving device 23; the first rails 21 are provided in two, and the first rails 21 are elongated holes and are respectively located at two sides of the second rails 22.
The first moving assembly 3 includes a top plate 31, at least one first sliding rail 32 and a pushing rod 33, wherein the top plate 31 is combined above the first sliding rail 32 and the pushing rod 33, and the at least one first sliding rail 32 and the pushing rod 33 are parallel to each other and vertically arranged. In the present embodiment, two first slide rails 32 are provided, and the first slide rails 32 are elongated rods and are respectively inserted into the two first rails 21 to slide up and down relative to the two first rails 21; and the push rod 33 is inserted into the second rail 22, thereby pushing the push rod 33 in the second rail 22 when the first driving device 23 outputs high pressure air, so that the push rod 33 slides up and down with respect to the second rail 22.
The second moving assembly 4 includes a linkage member 41, a first bracket 42, a second bracket 43 and a third bracket 44. Thereby, as shown in fig. 3, when the thin plate 12 is placed on the front conveying section 13 and moves along the conveying direction from the front end to the rear end of the film peeling machine 11, the first moving assembly 3 can be moved upwards in the direction relative to the body 2 by the action of the first driving device 23, and is blocked by the top plate 31 at the rear end edge of the thin plate 12; the second driving device 45 can drive the body 2 and the first moving assembly 3 to move in the front and rear directions, so as to effectively adjust the advancing distance of the rear edge of the thin plate 12 according to various printed circuit board specifications with different widths of the thin film 122 adjacent to the front edge of the substrate 121, so that the embossing wheel 14 of the film stripping machine 11 can accurately apply force to roll the thin film 122 on the front edge of the substrate 121, and the thin film 122 can be stripped smoothly and comprehensively through subsequent processing.
In view of the foregoing, it is an object of the present invention to provide a sheet blocking structure capable of moving up and down and forward and backward to effectively adjust the forward distance of the rear edge of the sheet, which has great industrial application value and is particularly filed with patent application.

Claims (6)
