Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a flash loop provided by the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, WTW represents a flash busbar, a normally closed contact KM1 of a flash relay, a flash relay coil KM and a resistor R are sequentially and serially arranged in the first flash loop, and two ends of the flash relay coil KM are connected in parallel with a capacitor C; the second flash loop comprises a normally open contact KM2 of the flash relay.
The principle of the flash is as follows: the test button SE is pressed down, the control busbar positive power supply is connected with the control busbar negative power supply through the normally closed contact KM1 of the flash relay, the capacitor C, the resistor R, the movable contact of the test button SE, the signal lamp HW and the resistor, the capacitor C starts to charge, the potential of the flash busbar is reduced, and then the signal lamp HW darkens due to voltage reduction at two ends. Along with the continuous rising of the charging voltage of the capacitor C connected in parallel with the two ends of the flash relay coil KM, when the operating voltage of the flash relay is reached, the flash relay acts, the normally open contact KM2 is closed, the two ends of the signal lamp HW lighten due to the rising of the voltage, and the potential of the flash busbar rises. Meanwhile, the normally closed point KM1 of the flash relay is disconnected, the capacitor C stops charging, the capacitor C starts to discharge the coil of the flash relay, when the voltage at two ends of the capacitor C is reduced to the return voltage of the flash relay, the flash relay returns, the normally open contact KM2 of the flash relay is disconnected, and HW is darkened; the normally closed contact KM1 is closed and charging of the capacitor C is started again. The signal lamp HW continuously flashes from dark to bright and simultaneously flashes from low to high in the small bus potential.
Specifically, when the circuit breaker control circuit is connected, the test button SE is replaced by a control switch with more contacts, the control switch is correspondingly provided with different contacts for connection or disconnection at different manual gears, and the specific situation is determined by the specific control switch model. The flash small bus is connected with a first contact and a second contact of the control switch respectively, one end of the first indicator lamp is connected with a third contact of the control switch, the other end of the first indicator lamp is connected with an auxiliary normally open contact of the circuit breaker, one end of the second indicator lamp is connected with a fourth contact of the control switch, and the other end of the second indicator lamp is connected with a first auxiliary normally closed contact of the circuit breaker. The first indicator light emits flat light when the manual switch-on is performed, and the second indicator light emits flat light when the manual switch-off is performed.
When the control switch is in a 'tripped' position, the first contact and the third contact are connected, if the automatic device controls the breaker to be automatically switched on at the moment, the auxiliary normally-open contact of the breaker is closed, the first auxiliary normally-closed contact of the breaker is opened, the current path is a flash small bus, the first contact, the third contact, the first indicator lamp, the auxiliary normally-open contact of the breaker, the negative electrode of the control small bus, the first indicator lamp emits flash under the action of a flash principle, and then an operator can intuitively acquire the action of the breaker as 'automatic switching on' when the first indicator lamp emits flash. And an operator manually adjusts the control switch to a position after switching on, then the first contact and the third contact are disconnected, other contacts of the control switch are connected, and the first indicator light emits flat light.
When the control switch is in a 'after-closing' position, the second contact and the fourth contact are connected, if the automatic device controls the breaker to automatically trip, the auxiliary normally-open contact of the breaker is disconnected, the first auxiliary normally-closed contact of the breaker is closed, the current path is a flash small bus, the second contact, the fourth contact, the second indicator lamp, the first auxiliary normally-closed contact of the breaker, the control small bus and the negative electrode, under the action of a flash principle, the second indicator lamp emits flash, and then when the second indicator lamp emits flash, an operator can intuitively acquire the action of the breaker as 'automatic trip'. The operator manually adjusts the control switch to the 'tripped' position, then the second contact and the fourth contact are disconnected, other contacts of the control switch are connected, and the second indicator light emits flat light.
According to the switching-on and switching-off action indicating device of the circuit breaker in the high-voltage switch cabinet, provided by the embodiment of the invention, the flash small bus and the indicating lamp are added into the original circuit breaker control circuit, and the flash small bus and the indicating lamp are connected through different contacts of the control switch, so that the flicker of the indicating lamp is realized by utilizing the principle that the circuit breaker is not corresponding to the control switch when the circuit breaker is automatically switched on and off, and further an operator can intuitively acquire whether the switching-on and switching-off action of the circuit breaker is manual operation or automatic operation in different forms through the luminescence of the indicating lamp.
In the above embodiment, the circuit further includes an accident sound circuit, and the accident sound circuit includes a buzzer, a fifth contact, a sixth contact, a seventh contact, an eighth contact, and a second auxiliary normally-closed contact of the circuit breaker, which are sequentially connected in series;

Meanwhile, the fifth contact is communicated with the sixth contact, the seventh contact is communicated with the eighth contact, the accident sound circuit is electrified, and the buzzer sounds a buzzer. When the breaker trips automatically, an operator can judge that the breaker trips automatically according to the flashing of the second indicator lamp and also can judge that the breaker trips automatically according to the beeping sound sent by the buzzer, so that the possible occurrence of faults of the breaker is known.
In the above embodiment, the control switch model is LW2-YZ-1a,4,6a,40, 20, 20/F8.
Wherein all contacts of the LW2-YZ-1a,4,6a,40, 20, 20/F8 type control switch are in the following on states at different positions:
position after closing: 1-3,9-10,16-13,19-17 contacts are connected;
closing position: 5-8,9-12,16-13,19-17 contacts are connected;
preparation closing position: 1-3,9-10,14-13,17-18 contacts;
preparation of the brake release position: 2-4,11-10,14-13,17-18 contacts are connected;
the opening position is as follows: 6-7,11-10,14-15,18-20 contacts are connected;
position after opening the gate: 2-4,11-10,14-15, 18-20 contacts.
Correspondingly, the first, second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh and eighth contacts in this embodiment correspond to the contact 14, the contact 9, the contact 15, the contact 10, the contact 1, the contact 3, the contact 19 and the contact 17, respectively, in a control switch of the LW2-YZ-1a,4,6a,40, 20, 20/F8 type.
Specifically, fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a circuit breaker control circuit employing LW2-YZ-1a,4,6a,40, 20, 20/F8 type control switches according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2.
If the breaker is in the tripping position, the control switch SA is in the 'after tripping' position, the contacts 11-10 and 14-15 of the SA are connected, and if the automatic device automatically closes the breaker, the auxiliary normally open contact is closed, and the normally closed contact is opened, so that only the loop where the contacts 14-15 are positioned has current flowing, and the current path is a flash busbar-FU-contact 14-contact 15-HR-auxiliary normally open contact-negative busbar of the breaker. The first indicator lamp is connected to the flash small bus, and the first indicator lamp flashes to indicate that the circuit breaker is automatically switched on. And when an operator breaks SA to a position after switching on, the contacts 14-15 are disconnected, the contacts 16-13 are connected with the flat light control busbar, and the first indicator lamp emits flat light.
If the breaker is at a closing position, the control switch SA is at a 'after closing' position, contacts 9-10 and 16-13 of the SA are switched on, if the breaker trips due to faults, an auxiliary normally open switching point of the breaker is switched off, and a normally closed contact is switched on, so that current flows through a loop where the contacts 9-10 are located, a current path is a first auxiliary normally closed contact-negative electrode busbar of the flash busbar-contact 9-contact 10-HG-breaker, a second indicator lamp is connected to the flash busbar, and a second indicator lamp flashes to indicate that the breaker trips automatically. When the operator strikes SA to the 'tripped' position, the contacts 9-10 are opened, the contacts 11-10 are connected with the flat light control busbar, and the second indicator light emits flat light again.
In addition, for the accident sound circuit, the control switch SA is in the 'after-closing' position, and the contacts 1-3 and 19-17 are also turned on, so that the accident sound circuit is turned on, and the buzzer sounds. The operator strikes the SA to the "tripped" position, both contacts 1-3 and 19-17 are open, and the buzzer stops working.
It should be noted that the 1-3 contacts and the 19-17 contacts must be connected in series in the circuit, because if only one of the contacts is used, the circuit may be turned on and misinterpreted as an accident sound signal when the control switch SA is turned to the "pre-on" or "on" position in the manual switching-on operation, making it difficult for the operator to distinguish.
In the above embodiment, the first indicator light emits red light when operated, and the second indicator light emits green light when operated.
Specifically, when the automatic switch-on is performed, the first indicator light emits red flash, and when the automatic switch-off is performed, the second indicator light emits green flash, so that operators can distinguish different actions of the circuit breaker more easily.
