In this embodiment, the automatic book returning mechanism 10 of the present invention mainly includes: the book-returning device comprises a frame body 101, a book-returning self-service window 107, a conveyor belt 103 and a transport box assembly 20 which are arranged on the frame body 101, and a moving wheel assembly 105 which is arranged below the frame body 101. In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the auxiliary book-erecting assembly mainly includes a blocking plate 108 provided on the frame body 101 at one side of the conveyor belt 103 and a plurality of partitions 104 provided on the conveyor belt 103. The baffle 108 and the baffle 104 together function to assist the book stand in functioning. With such a structure, it is mainly convenient to directly push the book into the transport box 206 in the subsequent process. Typically, books enter laterally from the self-service book return window 107, are transported diagonally upward by the conveyor 103 and rise up by the baffle 104 and the flap 108, and can be subsequently pushed directly into the transport box 206.
In an embodiment not shown, a side of the frame 101 near the conveyor belt 103 (the rear end of the conveyor belt 103 in fig. 1) is provided with an auxiliary tilting structure for tilting and retracting the partition 104 in one direction (the direction toward the baffle 108 in fig. 1). The other side of the frame body 101 (the head end of the conveyor belt 103 in fig. 1, near the baffle 108) is provided with an auxiliary erecting structure for promoting the erection of the partition 104. And the auxiliary inclined structure and the auxiliary vertical structure are respectively arranged at two sides of the conveyor belt. The separator preferably has some bending properties and flexibility and is configured to bend only to one side of the baffle 108.
In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, the shipping box assembly 20 generally includes: a transport box 206, a support bracket, a connecting piece 205 and an electric push rod 204. Wherein the transport box 206 has a triangular box shape in which books can be accommodated. The support frame is connected to the frame body 101. The link 205 connects the transport box 206 to the support bracket via a slider-slide arrangement. The electric push rod 204 is connected with the sliding block so as to enable the transport box 206 to slide relative to the support frame.
In an embodiment not shown, the supporting frame is arranged to slide transversely to the direction of the sliding rail relative to the frame body 101. As shown in fig. 1, the moving direction of the slide block relative to the slide rail is mainly close to from left to right, the whole transportation box assembly 20 including the support frame is connected to the track of the frame body 101 at the outer side of the conveyor belt 103, and the transportation box assembly 20 can slide on the frame body 101 from back to front. The transport box assembly 20 provides a back and forth motion from the end of the conveyor belt 103 to the stop plate 108. The arrangement of the structure enables the automatic book returning mechanism 10 to be moved to the target bookshelf for book returning, and the book returning position can be accurately adjusted or finely adjusted through the transportation box assembly 20.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the support frame mainly includes: two support rods 201, a fixing frame 202 connected to the two support rods 201, and an extension frame 203 connected to the fixing frame 202 and extending to the outside of the frame body 101. The slide rail structure of the slide block is arranged on the extension frame 203, one end of the electric push rod 204 is fixedly connected on the fixed frame 202, and the other end of the electric push rod 204 is connected on the slide block.
In one embodiment, since the bookshelf 30 has book grids with different heights, in order to meet the purpose of carrying books by the transportation box assembly 20 to achieve the fully automatic bookshelf 30 loading, the supporting rods 201 on the supporting frame are generally configured to be telescopic or the fixing frame 202 can move up and down relative to the supporting rods 201 to adjust to a proper height. In an embodiment not shown, it is also possible to set the height of the frame body 101 of the automatic book returning mechanism 10 to be automatically adjustable, so that the transportation box assembly 20 on the frame body 101 is at a proper height relative to the target position of the bookshelf 30.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the connecting member 205 mainly includes a connecting portion connected to the upper end of the transportation box 206 and a head penetrating through the sliding block, and a stopper is connected to the head. The link 205 is connected to a small drive member, and under the action of the console 40, the link 205 is driven to rotate 180 degrees relative to the slide with the transport box 206. The advantage of this structure is that after the transport box 206 receives books, it moves to a certain position of the slide rail under the action of the electric push rod 204, and then the transport box 206 rotates 180 degrees under the action of the small driving member, and the electric push rod 204 directly sends the transport box 206 loaded with books to the target position of the bookshelf 30.
In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, two reels 207 are disposed between the two support rods 201, and a gap is disposed between the reels 207 for the book to pass upright. The gap is opposite to the position of the transport box 206, and a push rod assembly 106 is arranged on the frame body 101 opposite to the gap between the two rotary drums 207. The push rod assembly 106 is arranged at the upper right corner of the frame body 101, the push rod assembly 106 can adopt a small hydraulic cylinder, the cylinder body end is connected to the frame body, and the free end of the piston rod is aligned with the gap between the two rotary drums 207. When the book is transported to this position, the rod end of the piston in the pusher bar assembly 106 extends to push the book from the gap between the two drums 207 into the transport bin 206.
In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, a guide rod 208 is also connected between the two drums 207. The guide rod is mainly used for correcting the position of the transport box 206, and the guide rod 208 is arranged at the middle of the gap between the two drums 207, is positioned at the bottom and can be directly inserted into the lower bottom surface of the transport box 206.
In one embodiment, a schematic diagram of one embodiment of the transport box 206 is shown in FIG. 2. In this embodiment, the transportation box 206 has a hollow triangular structure, and a through slot with a certain length is formed on the bottom surface. In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the bookshelf 30 is provided with a plurality of book compartments 301, which are hollow and have upper ends opened, and the lower portions of which are provided with protrusions 302 engaged with the through grooves on the bottom surface of the transport box 206. The protrusion 302 functions to block the book from sliding out of the transport case 206 when the transport case 206 is withdrawn after the book is loaded.
In a preferred embodiment, when the conveyor belt 103 moves with the book to a position corresponding to between the two drums 207, the transport box 206 moves to the two drums 207 to wait by the retraction of the electric push rod 204, and the push rod assembly 106 pushes the book into the transport box 206. The electric push rod 204 pushes the sliding block to take the transport box 206 away from the guide rod 208, and after the transport box 206 is controlled to rotate 180 degrees at a certain position, the book is conveyed to the target position of the bookshelf 30.
