Abstract
本发明提供了一种狸胆含片。它是以海狸胆汁、罗汉果、薄荷脑为主要原料，辅以明胶、淀粉、葡萄糖、甜菊糖、甘油、山梨酸钾经加工制成的厚膜片，供含食之用。具有解毒、利咽、润喉的功能，适宜口腔、咽喉发炎、溃疡、感冒喉痒等含食用。平时含食对口腔、咽喉具有防病保健的作用。
Description
本发明涉及一种清咽润喉的保健食品，尤其是一种狸胆含片。
口腔、咽喉是一切营养品和嗜好品进入人体的重要通道。由于空气、食物、烟、酒等的物理、化学的刺激，口腔、咽喉的毛病比较常见。因此我国生产的各种喉片、含片很多。由于它们所选用的原料、生产工艺不同，其作用、风味各不相同。但是，以海狸胆汁配伍罗汉果、薄荷脑等原料制成的含片尚未见有过报导。
本发明的目的提供一种以海狸胆汁和罗汉果为主要原料制成，具有消炎止痛作用的狸胆含片。
海狸，属海狸鼠科的海狸鼠(Myocastor Coypus或Myopotamus Coypus)，原产南美洲，我国从1956年开始引种饲养，属外来动物种。海狸是草食动物，饲料广泛，繁殖快，抗病力强，皮毛保暖好，肉味鲜美、营养价值高，经济效益好，是扶贫致富的好项目。广西贵港念慈养殖总公司现在在广西已经建立五十多个海狸养殖分场，发展很快。海狸胆汁的来源丰富。海狸胆汁具有较好的清热解毒之效。
罗汉果为葫芦科植物，罗汉果(Momordica grosvenori swingle)的成熟果实为广西特产，罗汉果具有清热润喉止咳等功效。
薄荷脑或薄荷油均由唇形科植物薄荷(Mentha haplocalyx Briq)经提取制成，具有消炎止痒、消肿止痛等作用。
本发明是这样实现的：由于口腔、咽喉的病症比较常见，本发明专利产品是向人们提供一种由海狸胆汁、罗汉果及薄荷脑或薄荷油为主要原料，用科学方法制成的狸胆含片。
选料组份比例(重量份)：
海狸胆汁4～5份 罗汉果4～5份 薄 荷1.5～2份
明 胶13～16份 淀 粉20～25份 甘 油 2.5～3份
甜菊糖3～4份 葡萄糖30～40份 山梨酸钾0.06～0.1份
制备工艺见附图。
本发明的狸胆含片具有片薄，溶解慢，含于口腔的时间长，效果好，口味好的特点，并有解毒、利咽、润喉的功能。适宜口腔、咽喉发炎，溃疡，感冒初期喉痒等含服用。平时含服对口腔咽喉具有保健作用。
实施例：
称取罗汉果50克，捣碎，加水1500毫升，加热煮沸半小时，倒取药水，再加水1500毫升，重煮一次，两次药水共取约2100毫升。
称取明胶160克，加入罗汉果水1600毫升，加热溶解。
取淀粉250克，加入罗汉果水500毫升，搅拌均匀，倒入明胶溶液中，加热将淀粉煮熟成胶浆状。
海狸胆汁50克，甘油30克，加入胶浆中混匀。
称葡萄糖400克、薄荷20克，山梨酸钾10克。分别将适量的葡萄糖加入薄荷及山梨酸钾中共同研成极细末，并逐渐加入葡萄糖，最后将薄荷、葡萄糖混合粉及山梨酸钾葡萄糖混合粉、40克甜菊糖全部混合搅拌均匀，逐渐加入海狸胆汁胶浆中，混合搅拌均匀成为稠浆。然后在已经用75％酒精消毒过的玻璃板上摊布开，厚度为2毫米左右。放入干燥室内(温度为40～50℃，装有干燥机)，待适当干燥后，将稠膏形成的厚膜片从玻璃板上拉起，挂在粗绳上干燥。
将已干燥的厚膜片在紫外线消毒室内进行消毒。并剪(压)成6毫米左右正方形的小片。
分装为每小包(或瓶)20片或30片，然后包装成为成品。
经检验合格后入库。

1、一种狸胆含片，其特征在于：选用海狸胆汁、罗汉果为主要原料制成，其中原料组份的重量比例为：
海狸胆汁 4～5份 罗汉果4～5份 薄 荷 1.5～2份
明 胶 13～16份 淀 粉20～25份 甘 油 2.5～3份
甜菊糖 3～4份 葡萄糖30～40份 山梨酸钾0.06～0.1份。
