The automatic calibration part 19 is further installed on the frame 18, as shown in fig. 12-15, and is composed of a calibration part bottom plate 23, a calibration part fixing plate 24, a calibration part 25, a rodless cylinder 26, a calibration part guide rail 27 and a guide rail fixing plate 28, wherein the guide rail fixing plate 28 is installed on the calibration part bottom plate 23, the calibration part guide rail 27 is installed on the guide rail fixing plate 28, the rodless cylinder 26 is installed on the calibration part bottom plate 23, the calibration part fixing plate 24 is installed on the calibration part guide rail 27 and the rodless cylinder 26, and the calibration part 25 is placed on the calibration part fixing plate.
The whole disc part measuring machine has the following working processes:
the workpiece is placed at the feeding position of the automatic measuring part by a client manipulator, and the workpiece is purged by a purging mechanism 3; the automatic measuring part automatically positions, compresses and detects the workpiece, the industrial personal computer receives the sensor signal and calculates a measured value, and whether the workpiece is qualified or not is judged according to the measured value; the manipulator grabs the workpiece, and according to the judging result, the workpiece flows into the next working procedure or the unqualified material channel 20, and the unqualified workpiece is manually taken away; the manipulator grabs the calibration piece from the automatic calibration part 19 to the feeding position of the automatic measurement part, the automatic measurement part runs, and the sensor is calibrated automatically.
The measurement results are stored in an industrial personal computer mounted inside the frame 18. The result of the determination is displayed on a display mounted on the console 29 for easy review by a person.
The PLC of the device is connected with a client manipulator, so that the manipulator can control the whole device and exchange data. The industrial personal computer can be in butt joint with the MES system on the production site through a network, so that the industrial personal computer can conveniently retrieve measurement data at any time.
(1) The working process of the automatic detection part comprises the following steps: feeding a client manipulator onto a positioning column 8, sensing a workpiece by a photoelectric switch B, and blowing the workpiece by a blowing mechanism 3; the cylinder B11 drives the workpiece and the positioning plate 4 to move to a measuring position on the horizontal guide rail 2; the air cylinder A6 drives the pressing mechanism 12 and the measuring block fixing plate A9 to move to a measuring position on the vertical guide rail 13, the pressing mechanism 12 presses the workpiece, and the photoelectric switch A5 senses that the air cylinder A6 is in place; the measuring head 16 stretches out, and the sensor starts to collect data and sends the data to the industrial personal computer; after the detection is completed, the gauge head 16 is retracted; the air cylinder A6 drives the pressing mechanism 12 and the measuring block fixing plate A9 to move to a position to be measured on the vertical guide rail 13, and the photoelectric switch A senses that the air cylinder A is in place; the cylinder B11 drives the workpiece and the positioning plate 4 to move to the feeding position on the horizontal guide rail 2; and the client manipulator grabs the workpiece to the corresponding material channel according to the detection result.
(2) The automatic sorting working process comprises the following steps: after detection, the PLC sends a signal to the client manipulator; when the workpiece is detected to be qualified, the manipulator grabs the workpiece to the next working procedure; when the workpiece is unqualified, the manipulator grabs the workpiece onto an unqualified material channel, the unqualified material channel conveys the unqualified workpiece to the outside of the production line, and the unqualified workpiece is manually taken away.
(3) The automatic sorting working process comprises the following steps: the calibration piece fixing plate 24, the rodless cylinder 26 and the calibration part guide rail 27 form a translation mechanism, and have a translation function.
