所述阻燃剂为3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基)丙酸十八酯、四[β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯、1,3,5-三甲基-2,4,6-三(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苄基)苯或三(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)亚磷酸酯中的一种或多种。

Claims (9)

1.一种耐热高强度纸质包装材料,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:
果树枝粉50-60份、废弃纸张20-30份、植物淀粉30-40份、高硅氧纤维15-25份、聚丙烯纤维5-8份、乙酰化甲壳素4-8份、蚕丝纤维2-6份、氧化石墨烯7-12份、改性聚乙烯醇20-35份、填充母料13-18份、β-环糊精3-7份、植物胶5-10份、弹性体4-10份、增塑剂2-6份、增韧剂2-6份、分散剂3-5份、阻燃剂3-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐热高强度纸质包装材料,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:
果树枝粉50份、废弃纸张20份、植物淀粉30份、高硅氧纤维15份、聚丙烯纤维5份、乙酰化甲壳素4份、蚕丝纤维2份、氧化石墨烯7份、改性聚乙烯醇20份、填充母料13份、β-环糊精3份、植物胶5份、弹性体4份、增塑剂2份、增韧剂2份、分散剂3份、阻燃剂3份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耐热高强度纸质包装材料,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:
果树枝粉60份、废弃纸张30份、植物淀粉40份、高硅氧纤维25份、聚丙烯纤维8份、乙酰化甲壳素8份、蚕丝纤维6份、氧化石墨烯12份、改性聚乙烯醇35份、填充母料18份、β-环糊精7份、植物胶10份、弹性体10份、增塑剂6份、增韧剂6份、分散剂5份、阻燃剂5份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的耐热高强度纸质包装材料,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:
果树枝粉55份、废弃纸张23份、植物淀粉35份、高硅氧纤维20份、聚丙烯纤维6份、乙酰化甲壳素6份、蚕丝纤维4份、氧化石墨烯9份、改性聚乙烯醇27份、填充母料15份、β-环糊精5份、植物胶8份、弹性体7份、增塑剂4份、增韧剂4份、分散剂4份、阻燃剂4份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的耐热高强度纸质包装材料,其特征在于,所述改性聚乙烯醇:将纳米二氧化钛分散于蒸馏水中,经超声振荡混合均匀,缓慢加入聚乙烯醇颗粒,恒温搅拌均匀,得到聚乙烯醇-纳米二氧化钛复合溶胶,胶体经胶磨后,真空抽滤脱气、静置,制得纳米纳米二氧化钛改性聚乙烯醇。
6.根据权利要求1所述的耐热高强度纸质包装材料,其特征在于,所述填充母料为超细滑石粉、纳米氧化铝、纳米蒙脱石按照质量比为1-4:1:2-5混合而成。
7.根据权利要求1所述的耐热高强度纸质包装材料,其特征在于,所述的植物淀粉为小麦淀粉、玉米淀粉、绿豆淀粉、藕淀粉、马铃薯淀粉、木薯淀粉、大豆淀粉中的一种或者至少二种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的耐热高强度纸质包装材料,其特征在于,所述的增塑剂为小分子增塑剂;所述的增韧剂为马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯。
9.根据权利要求1所述的耐热高强度纸质包装材料,其特征在于,所述氧化石墨烯经过以下方式处理:向氧化石墨烯中加入其质量1.5倍棉籽油和0.5倍卡波姆,加热搅拌,调节pH,真空脱水得到。
