本发明涉及了一种家居用镀锌板天蓝色装饰方法,采用在Q235材料上镀锌、出光、钝化、封闭、浸漆、烘干等工艺流程,能显著提高镀锌板的耐蚀性,达到低毒绿色环保的要求,使其具有良好的室内装饰效果。

一种家居用镀锌板天蓝色装饰方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种家居用镀锌板天蓝色装饰方法,尤其涉及一种家居用无铬天蓝色的成分及镀锌板方法。
背景技术
镀锌板由于其价格较低、质量轻的优点被广泛应用于家居装饰。目前家居天蓝色装饰大多使用油漆、乳胶漆等物质,此类物质大多数含有甲醛、VOC(有毒挥发气体)、重金属(汞、铬、铅等)、甲苯类化合物等危害成分。此类成分毒性较大,易对人体造成危害,轻者容易引发皮肤病,重者可导致大脑及呼吸系统损伤引起生命危险。
市场上普遍采用家居用的天蓝色钝化装饰工艺是铬酸盐钝化。由于铬酸盐原料来源广泛,钝化工艺简单,得到的钝化膜结合力好,耐蚀性能高,并且具有自我修复能力,因而铬酸盐钝化处理得到了广泛的应用。然而随着社会发展,国际社会对于环保要求越来越高,六价铬是剧毒物质,对于人体和环境有着很大的危害,为此欧盟颁布《电子电器设备中限制使用某些有害物质指令》,欧盟要求成员国确保从2006年7月1日起新投放市场的电子电器产品不得含有超过标准要求的铅、汞、镉、六价铬、聚溴二苯醚(PBDE)、聚溴联苯 (PBB)等有害物质。国家出台的GB21900-2008 《电镀污染物排放标准》中明确指出电镀废水中六价铬排放量不能高于0.2mg/L,总铬不能高于1.0mg/L。因此,为了保护环境,保障人们的身体健康,家居市场亟需镀锌板天蓝色无铬装饰方法。
本发明体系有钼酸钠、丙二酸、硫酸镍、植酸、高锰酸钾、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、纯水组成的镀锌无铬天蓝色钝化剂及电泳漆等。它不仅低毒环保,而且得到的装饰板材色泽亮丽饱满、耐腐蚀,不仅满足了普通家居装饰的电镀要求、使家居呈现出天蓝色的效果,而且大大增强了家居用具的耐蚀性以及外观装饰性。因此,家居用镀锌板天蓝色装饰方法在家居、教育行业以及建筑装饰行业等领域具有广泛的应用前景。
发明内容
本发明为了达到家居镀锌板低毒环保,同时使镀锌板具有较好的装饰效果和耐蚀性而发明了一种家居用的镀锌板天蓝色装饰方法。
本发明以Q235材料为基体光亮镀锌,使镀锌层厚度在8um以上,室温下用3%硝酸出光4s。
本发明用钼酸钠、丙二酸、硫酸镍、植酸、高锰酸钾、十二烷基苯磺酸钠制备成镀锌无铬天蓝色钝化剂,其中包括钼酸钠45g/L、丙二酸10g/L、硫酸镍1.2g/L、植酸10mL/L、高锰酸钾1.8g/L、十二烷基苯磺酸钠2g/L,其余为纯水;无铬天蓝色钝化剂使用时pH值维持在1.5,时间保持30s。
本发明将Q235镀锌板在无铬天蓝色钝化液中钝化后,呈现天蓝色效果,加入封闭剂,使其具有高防腐性、防变色性和极强的附着力。常温下,进行电泳处理,使钝化膜更加丰满、均匀、平整、光滑,电泳处理完成提出后在65℃的烘箱里烘干4分钟或置于阳光下直射晾干。电泳漆为环氧电泳漆、丙烯酸电泳漆和聚氨酯电泳漆中的一种。
实验说明
本发明成功地用钼酸盐代替铬酸盐,制成镀锌层无铬天蓝钝化剂,钝化剂中不含有Cr6 +、Cr3+使得镀锌层钝化膜无毒环保,经测试发现,该钝化剂性能稳定,得到的钝化膜装饰颜色鲜亮,钝化膜的耐蚀性,经GB/T 10125-2012 中性盐雾试验测定,镀件产生白锈时间超过24h,即耐蚀性能强。
本发明发明的家居用镀锌板天蓝色装饰方法,即解决了普通家居装饰过程中甲醛污染、重金属污染、有毒挥发气体危害人体健康的问题,也在较宽的操作范围内得到耐蚀性能、外观更好的镀锌装饰板。
具体实施方式
本实施例的具体制备步骤如下:
a.以Q235材料为基体碱性锌酸盐镀锌,使镀锌层厚度在15um以上,室温下用3%硝酸出光4s;
b.采用钼酸钠、丙二酸、硫酸镍、植酸、高锰酸钾、十二烷基苯磺酸钠通过一定比例溶解混合均匀而成的镀锌无铬天蓝色钝化剂;
c.将镀锌板在无铬天蓝色钝化剂中钝化30s,呈现天蓝色效果;
d.将钝化后的镀锌板迅速浸入封闭剂,在pH为6.5的条件下浸泡5秒钟;
e.迅速将镀锌板进行电泳处理120s;
f.提出后在65℃下烘干4分钟或置于阳光下直射晾干。
一种应用于家居的镀锌板低度毒蓝白色镀覆工艺方法规范为:钼酸钠、丙二酸、硫酸镍、植酸、高锰酸钾、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、电泳漆阴极电泳处理所使用的电泳漆为环氧电泳漆、丙烯酸电泳漆和聚氨酯电泳漆其中之一。

Claims (1)

1.一种家居用镀锌板天蓝色装饰方法,其中钝化剂包括钼酸钠45g/L、丙二酸10g/L、硫酸镍1.2g/L、植酸10mL/L、高锰酸钾1.8g/L、十二烷基苯磺酸钠2g/L、pH1.5,其步骤如下:
a.在Q235材料为基体碱性锌酸盐镀锌,镀锌层厚度在15um以上,室温下用3%硝酸出光4s;
b.镀锌板在钼酸钠、丙二酸、硫酸镍、植酸、高锰酸钾、十二烷基苯磺酸钠制备成的钝化剂中钝化30s;
c.钝化后不要空停,直接进行电泳处理120s;
d.提出后在65℃的烘箱里烘干4分钟。
