本发明涉及一种水泥加工专用混料装置,包括外壳，所述外壳与内腔之间设有缓冲层，所述内腔顶部设有喷水装置，所述喷水装置右侧连接进口，所述进口上分别连接多个输送管，多个所述输送管上设有单向阀和流量计，所述进料口底部连接挡板装置，所述内腔内壁上分别设有第一搅拌装置、第二搅拌装置和第三搅拌装置，所述第一搅拌装置、第二搅拌装置和第三搅拌装置连接壳体外壁上固定的电机。本发明结构简单，通过缓冲层提高结构的稳定性，挡板设计有效缓冲下滑冲击力，配合第一第二第三搅拌装置提高搅拌均匀性，提高工作效率和精度，通过减震板的使用加强结构的连接紧密型和安全性，延长使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明具体涉及一种水泥加工专用混料装置。
背景技术
水泥搅拌过程中需要不断的进行加水提高其流动性，而现有的一次性加水容易降低其黏稠性，同时都是人工加料，难以把握最佳匹配度，降低工作效率和精度，所以需要进行改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于一种水泥加工专用混料装置，以解决现有的技术问题。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供如下技术方案：一种水泥加工专用混料装置,包括外壳，所述外壳与内腔之间设有缓冲层，所述内腔顶部设有喷水装置，所述喷水装置右侧连接进口，所述进口上分别连接多个输送管，多个所述输送管上设有单向阀和流量计，所述进料口底部连接挡板装置，所述内腔内壁上分别设有第一搅拌装置、第二搅拌装置和第三搅拌装置，所述第一搅拌装置、第二搅拌装置和第三搅拌装置连接壳体外壁上固定的电机；
所述喷水装置包括多个纳米喷嘴，多个所述纳米喷嘴通过辅管连接，所述辅管通过增压室连接主管，所述主管位于内腔顶部的加固板上，所述主管通过增压管连接水箱的第一出口，所述第一出口上设有截止阀，所述截止阀连接第二流量计，所述水箱顶部设有进水口，所述进水口上设有阀门，所述进水口连接液位计，所述水箱通过连接件与外壳连接；
所述第一搅拌装置、第二搅拌装置和第三搅拌装置结构一致，包括轴承座，所述轴承座上设有驱动轴，所述驱动轴上设有转轮，所述第一搅拌装置和第二搅拌装置通过减震杆固定在内腔上没所述减震杆上设有加强筋，所述加强筋上设有减震弹簧，所述第一搅拌装置与内腔内壁呈60°，所述第二搅拌装置与内腔内壁呈120°，所述第三搅拌装置垂直于内腔底部，所述内腔底部设有斜板，所述斜板略高于轴承座，呈15°倾斜安装，所述斜板底部填充有减震板，所述斜板略低的一端连接第二出口，所述第二出口上设有阀门。
优选的，所述挡板装置包括挡板，所述挡板顶部设有耐磨板，所述挡板与内腔呈65°，之间通过多个固定件固定，多个所述固定件上连接缓冲杆。
优选的，所述缓冲层包括缓冲板，所述缓冲板之间粘结有第一缓冲棉，所述缓冲板外壁上粘结有第二缓冲棉，通过缓冲薄膜包裹。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
1、本发明采用喷水装置能有效延长物料结团时间，提高内部湿润度，加强粘结性，提高物料之间的搅拌均匀性能；
2、本发明中通过第一搅拌装置、第二搅拌装置和第三搅拌装置提高工作效率，实现全方位的混合，提高混合的均匀性和精度，缩短时间，通过减震杆和加强筋的配合使用提高结构的稳定性和牢固性，通过减震弹簧的添加，降低振动，提高安全性，延长使用寿命，通过斜板有效提高流动性，并配合减震板的填充加强抗震性，提高对斜板的连接固定；
3、本发明中挡板装置中的耐磨板有效加强挡板的连接，提高耐磨性能，缓冲下滑过程中产生的巨大冲击，提高对内腔底部的保护，加强结构的稳定，通过缓冲杆提高固定型；
4、本发明中的缓冲层能有效缓冲受到的压力，提高连接的紧密性能，提高抗震、缓冲效果。

本发明提供一种技术方案：
一种水泥加工专用混料装置,包括外壳1，所述外壳1与内腔2之间设有缓冲层3，所述内腔2顶部设有喷水装置4，所述喷水装置4右侧连接进口5，所述进口5上分别连接多个输送管6，多个所述输送管6上设有单向阀7和流量计71，所述进料口5底部连接挡板装置12，所述内腔2内壁上分别设有第一搅拌装置8、第二搅拌装置9和第三搅拌装置10，所述第一搅拌装置8、第二搅拌装置9和第三搅拌装置10连接壳体1外壁上固定的电机11。
本实施例中，所述喷水装置4包括多个纳米喷嘴41，多个所述纳米喷嘴41通过辅管42连接，所述辅管42通过增压室43连接主管44，所述主管44位于内腔2顶部的加固板45上，所述主管44通过增压管46连接水箱47的第一出口48，所述第一出口48上设有截止阀49，所述截止阀49连接第二流量计50，所述水箱47顶部设有进水口51，所述进水口51上设有阀门，所述进水口51连接液位计52，所述水箱47通过连接件53与外壳1连接。
本实施例中，所述第一搅拌装置8、第二搅拌装置9和第三搅拌装置10结构一致，包括轴承座81，所述轴承座81上设有驱动轴82，所述驱动轴82上设有转轮83，所述第一搅拌装置8和第二搅拌装置9通过减震杆84固定在内腔2上没所述减震杆84上设有加强筋85，所述加强筋85上设有减震弹簧86，所述第一搅拌装置8与内腔2内壁呈60°，所述第二搅拌装置9与内腔2内壁呈120°，所述第三搅拌装置9垂直于内腔2底部，所述内腔2底部设有斜板87，所述斜板87略高于轴承座81，呈15°倾斜安装，所述斜板87底部填充有减震板90，所述斜板87略低的一端连接第二出口88，所述第二出口88上设有阀门89。
本实施例中，所述挡板装置12包括挡板121，所述挡板121顶部设有耐磨板122，所述挡板121与内腔2呈65°，之间通过多个固定件123固定，多个所述固定件123上连接缓冲杆124。
本实施例中，所述缓冲层3包括缓冲板31，所述缓冲板31之间粘结有第一缓冲棉32，所述缓冲板31外壁上粘结有第二缓冲棉33，通过缓冲薄膜34包裹。
工作原理：将物料通过输送管输送至进料口中进入内腔中，在挡板的缓冲之下下落至第一搅拌装置中进行搅拌，由于其中重力作用下滑至第二搅拌装置中进行搅拌，再下滑至第三搅拌装置中进行搅拌，搅拌完成后在斜板的倾斜作用下，从第二出口流出。
以上实施例中，本发明结构简单，通过缓冲层提高结构的稳定性，挡板设计有效缓冲下滑冲击力，配合第一第二第三搅拌装置提高搅拌均匀性，提高工作效率和精度，通过减震板的使用加强结构的连接紧密型和安全性，延长使用寿命。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例，对于本领域的普通技术人员而言，可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型，本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

1.一种水泥加工专用混料装置,包括外壳（1），其特征在于：所述外壳（1）与内腔（2）之间设有缓冲层（3），所述内腔（2）顶部设有喷水装置（4），所述喷水装置（4）右侧连接进口（5）；
所述进口（5）上分别连接多个输送管（6），多个所述输送管（6）上设有单向阀（7）和流量计（71），所述进口（5）底部连接挡板装置（12）；
所述内腔（2）内壁上分别设有第一搅拌装置（8）、第二搅拌装置（9）和第三搅拌装置（10），所述第一搅拌装置（8）、第二搅拌装置（9）和第三搅拌装置（10）连接外壳（1）外壁上固定的电机（11）；
所述喷水装置（4）包括多个纳米喷嘴（41），多个所述纳米喷嘴（41）通过辅管（42）连接，所述辅管（42）通过增压室（43）连接主管（44），所述主管（44）位于内腔（2）顶部的加固板（45）上，所述主管（44）通过增压管（46）连接水箱（47）的第一出口（48），所述第一出口（48）上设有截止阀（49），所述截止阀（49）连接第二流量计（50），所述水箱（47）顶部设有进水口（51），所述进水口（51）上设有阀门，所述进水口（51）连接液位计（52），所述水箱（47）通过连接件（53）与外壳（1）连接；
所述第一搅拌装置（8）、第二搅拌装置（9）和第三搅拌装置（10）结构一致，包括轴承座（81），所述轴承座（81）上设有驱动轴（82），所述驱动轴（82）上设有转轮（83），所述第一搅拌装置（8）和第二搅拌装置（9）通过减震杆（84）固定在内腔（2）上， 所述减震杆（84）上设有加强筋（85），所述加强筋（85）上设有减震弹簧（86），所述第一搅拌装置（8）与内腔（2）内壁呈60°，所述第二搅拌装置（9）与内腔（2）内壁呈120°，所述第三搅拌装置（10）垂直于内腔（2）底部；
所述内腔（2）底部设有斜板（87），所述斜板（87）略高于轴承座（81），呈15°倾斜安装，所述斜板（87）底部填充有减震板（90），所述斜板（87）略低的一端连接第二出口（88），所述第二出口（88）上设有阀门（89），将物料输送到内腔（2）中，在挡板装置（12）的缓冲之下下落至第一搅拌装置（8）中进行搅拌，再下滑至第二搅拌装置（9）中进行搅拌，再下滑至第三搅拌装置（10）中进行搅拌，搅拌完成后在斜板（87）的倾斜作用下，从第二出口（88）流出；
所述挡板装置（12）包括挡板（121），所述挡板（121）顶部设有耐磨板（122），所述挡板（121）与内腔（2）呈65°，之间通过多个固定件（123）固定，多个所述固定件（123）上连接缓冲杆（124）；
所述缓冲层（3）包括缓冲板（31），所述缓冲板（31）之间粘结有第一缓冲棉（32），所述缓冲板（31）外壁上粘结有第二缓冲棉（33），通过缓冲薄膜（34）包裹。
