Abstract

本发明公开了一种驱蚊止痒防晒霜配方,包括以下重量份的原料:鲸蜡硬脂醇5‑10份、甘油10‑15份、茶多酚1‑3份、透明质酸5‑11份,蜂蜡4‑10份、乳化剂1‑5份、保湿剂5‑10份、香精0.5‑3.5份,驱蚊剂6‑10份和中药提取物6‑9份。本发明提出的一种驱蚊止痒防晒霜配方,通过在其中添加了茶多酚,增加了防晒霜的抗辐射性,而且本装置使用驱蚊剂和中药提取物作为驱蚊的作用,减少了化学成分的用量,质地清爽,可以更好的避免过敏现象,薄荷的使用,使夏季使用防晒霜的时候也能更加清爽,不会造成皮肤表面出油的感觉,不仅具有驱蚊止痒的功效,还增强了护肤防晒的基础功能,使用更加安全。

技术领域
本发明涉及防晒霜技术领域,尤其涉及一种驱蚊止痒防晒霜配方。
背景技术
夏季防晒是夏季护肤的重点,太阳的紫外线除加速皮肤的老化之外,于长时间曝晒在阳光下也会造成立即的伤害,诸如皮肤发红、晒伤、发炎等,甚至在极端的例子被认为是导致皮肤癌病变的成因;而紫外线依波长的不同大致可分为UVA、UVB以及UBC三种,其中波长320-400nm的UVA紫外线较容易穿透皮肤深层,导致皮肤病变的发生,而波长280-320nm的UVB容易造成皮肤晒伤,波长为100-280nm的UVC则因波长较短,大部分已被大气层中的臭氧隔离,仅少部分穿透大气层,防晒霜直接涂抹于皮肤上,能通过阻隔或吸收紫外线的防晒剂来达到防止肌肤被晒黑、晒伤,是目前较为有效且较为方便的防晒方式之一。
夏季不仅有强烈的紫外线,还有扰人的蚊虫,为了做好夏季的皮肤防护工作,目前,市售的防晒霜不能起到较好的防蚊止痒效果,不能预防蚊虫叮咬,也无法在蚊虫叮咬后缓解痛痒症状,人们往往在涂抹防晒霜的同时,还有涂抹具有驱蚊止痒效果的驱蚊液、花露水等产品,但是,由于大多数的驱蚊产品都含有酒精和避蚊胶等成分,这些成分与防晒霜的有效成分混合在一起,经过高温的作用,会发生化学反应,对肌肤较敏感的人,容易导致过敏的现象,对皮肤造成伤害。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种驱蚊止痒防晒霜配方。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种驱蚊止痒防晒霜配方,包括以下重量份的原料:鲸蜡硬脂醇5-10份、甘油10-15份、茶多酚1-3份、透明质酸5-11份,蜂蜡4-10份、乳化剂1-5份、保湿剂5-10份、香精0.5-3.5份,驱蚊剂6-10份和中药提取物6-9份。
优选的,所述驱蚊剂为青蒿叶、芦荟、薄荷和冰片研磨后的提取液与溶剂的混合物,且青蒿叶、芦荟、薄荷和冰片的重量比为25:2.5:1:1。
优选的,所述中药提取物包括蛇床子、地肤子和艾叶的混合物,由蛇床子、地肤子和艾叶粉碎混合后过5-20目筛。
优选的,所述保湿剂为丙二醇、PEG-26磷酸酯、PPG-30磷酸酯、羟乙基脲中的至少一种,乳化剂为山梨坦油酸酯。
一种驱蚊止痒防晒霜配方,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1,将鲸蜡硬脂醇、甘油、透明质酸、蜂蜡和乳化剂加热至70-90℃,搅拌至完全溶解,得到混合物A;
S2,再将茶多酚、保湿剂和驱蚊剂加热至80-90℃,搅拌至完全溶解,得到混合物B;
S3,将中药提取物与乙醇水溶液混合,在恒温30℃-40℃、015MPa下回流提取3-4小时,得到混合物C;
S4,将混合物B和混合物C以及香精依次加入混合物A中,搅拌混合均匀,得到防晒霜D。
优选的,所述S3中,中药提取物和乙醇水溶液混合提取后经过冷却后过滤,得到混合物C。
优选的,所述S4中,搅拌3-5分钟,得到防晒霜D。
本发明提出的一种驱蚊止痒防晒霜配方,通过在其中添加了茶多酚,增加了防晒霜的抗辐射性,而且本装置使用驱蚊剂和中药提取物作为驱蚊的作用,减少了化学成分的用量,质地清爽,可以更好的避免过敏现象,薄荷的使用,使夏季使用防晒霜的时候也能更加清爽,不会造成皮肤表面出油的感觉,不仅具有驱蚊止痒的功效,还增强了护肤防晒的基础功能,使用更加安全。

实施例一
一种驱蚊止痒防晒霜配方,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1,将鲸蜡硬脂醇、甘油、透明质酸、蜂蜡和乳化剂加热至70-90℃,搅拌至完全溶解,得到混合物A;
S2,再将茶多酚、保湿剂和驱蚊剂加热至80℃,搅拌至完全溶解,得到混合物B;
S3,将中药提取物与乙醇水溶液混合,在恒温30℃、015MPa下回流提取3小时,得到混合物C;
S4,将混合物B和混合物C以及香精依次加入混合物A中,搅拌混合均匀,得到防晒霜D。
实施例二
一种驱蚊止痒防晒霜配方,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1,将鲸蜡硬脂醇、甘油、透明质酸、蜂蜡和乳化剂加热至70-90℃,搅拌至完全溶解,得到混合物A;
S2,再将茶多酚、保湿剂和驱蚊剂加热至85℃,搅拌至完全溶解,得到混合物B;
S3,将中药提取物与乙醇水溶液混合,在恒温35℃、015MPa下回流提取3小时,得到混合物C;
S4,将混合物B和混合物C以及香精依次加入混合物A中,搅拌混合均匀,得到防晒霜D。
实施例三
一种驱蚊止痒防晒霜配方,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1,将鲸蜡硬脂醇、甘油、透明质酸、蜂蜡和乳化剂加热至70-90℃,搅拌至完全溶解,得到混合物A;
S2,再将茶多酚、保湿剂和驱蚊剂加热至90℃,搅拌至完全溶解,得到混合物B;
S3,将中药提取物与乙醇水溶液混合,在恒温40℃、015MPa下回流提取4小时,得到混合物C;
S4,将混合物B和混合物C以及香精依次加入混合物A中,搅拌混合均匀,得到防晒霜D。
随笔选择60名女性,涂抹上述实施例生产出来的产品,在同样的时间,出门3小时后,检查每位女性的皮肤情况,在被蚊虫叮咬后,观察止痒的效果,并得出以下结果:
综合上述表格数据可以看出,本发明生产的防晒霜,止痒效果好,止痒起效时间段,能够快速的消肿,而且本发明生产的防晒霜,能够增加皮肤的保湿效果,改善皮肤的弹性。

1.一种驱蚊止痒防晒霜配方,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:鲸蜡硬脂醇5-10份、甘油10-15份、茶多酚1-3份、透明质酸5-11份,蜂蜡4-10份、乳化剂1-5份、保湿剂5-10份、香精0.5-3.5份,驱蚊剂6-10份和中药提取物6-9份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种驱蚊止痒防晒霜配方,其特征在于,所述驱蚊剂为青蒿叶、芦荟、薄荷和冰片研磨后的提取液与溶剂的混合物,且青蒿叶、芦荟、薄荷和冰片的重量比为25:2.5:1:1。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种驱蚊止痒防晒霜配方,其特征在于,所述中药提取物包括蛇床子、地肤子和艾叶的混合物,由蛇床子、地肤子和艾叶粉碎混合后过5-20目筛。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种驱蚊止痒防晒霜配方,其特征在于,所述保湿剂为丙二醇、PEG-26磷酸酯、PPG-30磷酸酯、羟乙基脲中的至少一种,乳化剂为山梨坦油酸酯。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种驱蚊止痒防晒霜配方,其特征在于,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1,将鲸蜡硬脂醇、甘油、透明质酸、蜂蜡和乳化剂加热至70-90℃,搅拌至完全溶解,得到混合物A;
S2,再将茶多酚、保湿剂和驱蚊剂加热至80-90℃,搅拌至完全溶解,得到混合物B;
S3,将中药提取物与乙醇水溶液混合,在恒温30℃-40℃、015MPa下回流提取3-4小时,得到混合物C;
S4,将混合物B和混合物C以及香精依次加入混合物A中,搅拌混合均匀,得到防晒霜D。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种驱蚊止痒防晒霜配方,其特征在于,所述S3中,中药提取物和乙醇水溶液混合提取后经过冷却后过滤,得到混合物C。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种驱蚊止痒防晒霜配方,其特征在于,所述S4中,搅拌3-5分钟,得到防晒霜D。
