Abstract
本发明公开了一种富硒桑椹粉,其特征在于:其组份按下列比例混合:富硒桑椹干果1000份、黑芝麻150‑200份、黑豆150‑200份、黑米150‑200份、干豌豆50‑150份、荷包豆50‑150、紫薯200‑300份、山药50‑100份、芡实30‑80份、核桃100‑150份、枸杞30‑80份、冰糖80‑120份;按下列步骤进行:A、调配富硒营养液;B、将富硒有机液肥稀释均匀的淋施在种植桑树的土地上;C、采摘鲜果;D、将上述处理的富硒桑椹预冻;E、真空冷冻干燥得到富硒桑椹干果;F、将富硒桑椹干果与、黑芝麻、黑豆、黑米、干豌豆、荷包豆、紫薯、山药、芡实、核桃、枸杞、冰糖混合后、粉碎、筛分即得干粉;G、装袋、包装成型。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种食品的生产方法,尤其涉及一种富硒桑椹粉及其生产方法。
背景技术
众所周知,由于社会工作压力的增大,白发现象日益严重,具有向年轻人群的方向蔓延,这类人群往往早出晚归工作繁忙、饮食不当,没规律,营养单一,经常食用油腻食物或辛辣食物、吸烟饮酒过度等,这些状况非常容易导致其出现营养不良、肾虚肾亏、白发等症状,他们需要一种能改善他们健康的保健食品。
桑椹是桑树的果实,因桑树特殊的生长环境,使桑椹具有天然生长,无任何污染的特点,所以桑椹又被称为“民间圣果”。它含有丰富的活性蛋白、维生素A原、B1、B2、PP及C、氨基酸、苹果酸、琥珀酸、酒石酸、胡萝卜素、钙、磷、铁、铜、锌等营养成分。是苹果的5-6倍,葡萄的4倍。桑椹中还含有多种功能性成分,如芦丁、花青素、白黎芦醇等,具有良好的防癌、抗衰老、抗溃疡、抗病毒等作用,被医学界誉为“二十一世纪最佳保徤果品”。现代医学研究证明,桑椹对脾脏有増重作用,对溶血性反应有増強作用,可防止人体动脉硬化,骨骼关节硬化,促进新陈代谢,它可以促进血红细胞生长,防止白细胞减少,并对多种病症具有辅助功效。
"硒"是人体必需的,又不能自制,因此世界卫生组织建议每天补充200 μg硒,可有效预防多种疾病的高发。硒也是迄今为止发现的最重要的抗衰老元素,人体补充了充足的硒元素,就能有效清除自由基,抗氧化,延缓衰老、增强人体免疫力、增强生殖功能。但桑椹里面的硒元素极少,桑椹里面的硒元素主要来自于土壤中的硒元素,但中国土壤中含有丰富硒元素的地区极少,所以种植出来的桑椹几乎不含有硒元素,因此加工出来的桑椹产品都缺少硒的营养。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于为了克服现有技术的不足而提供一种营养丰富、更富含丰富硒元素、具有黑发、养发、补肾、增强人体免疫力功能的一种富硒桑椹粉。其组份按下列比例混合:
富硒桑椹干果1000份、黑芝麻150-200份、黑豆150-200份、黑米150-200份、干豌豆50-150份、荷包豆50-150、紫薯200-300份、山药50-100份、芡实30-80份、核桃100-150份、枸杞30-80份、冰糖80-120份;
一种富硒桑椹粉的生产方法。按下列步骤进行:
A、调配富硒营养液:将硒30%、有机质22%、硅1%、镁0.92%、铁0.78%、锌0.76%、硼0.71%、全部混合于43.83%的水中,并搅拌均匀得到富硒有机液肥;
B、然后将富硒有机液肥稀释成500倍,然后均匀的淋施在种植桑树的土地上,同时进行翻土搅拌,三个月后进行检测,若硒元素含量不足则继续进行淋施与搅拌,直至土壤中的硒含量富集到大于0.4mg/kg时停止淋施与搅拌,土壤改善在桑椹成熟期半年以上完成;
C、在上述土壤桑树中采摘得到富硒桑椹鲜果,并分拣出杂物、清洗,用消毒后的清水清洗,沥干水分;
D、预冻:将上述处理的富硒桑椹在0~-40℃温度下预冻5~7小时;
E、真空冷冻干燥:在温度为-30~-50℃条件下将桑椹冻结成固态,然后在压强为2~10Pa真空干燥20~35h,使桑椹中的水分不经液态直接升华成气态得到富硒桑椹干果;
F、将富硒桑椹干果与、黑芝麻、黑豆、黑米、干豌豆、荷包豆、紫薯、山药、芡实、核桃、枸杞、冰糖混合后、粉碎、筛分即得干粉;
G、装袋、包装成型。
从本发明的生产方法可以看出,在桑椹种植时期对种植桑树的土壤施加富硒有机液肥,将土壤调制成富硒土壤后,桑树生长则有效吸收硒营养元素,最终得到富硒桑椹果,弥补了中国大部分地区土壤缺乏硒元素的不足,不能有效种植出富硒桑椹果的问题。同时,桑椹粉中、黑米、黑豆、黑芝麻等主要成分含有丰富的B族维生素、微量元素及黑色素,桑椹中含有大量乌发素,对于人们养头发有很大的作用,与干豌豆、荷包豆、紫薯、山药、芡实、核桃、枸杞、冰糖同食不仅营养丰富还可改善肾亏、肾虚的现象,硒元素则具有清除自由基、抗氧化、延缓衰老、增强人体免疫力的功能。因此,完全达到了本发明营养丰富、更富含丰富硒元素、具有黑发、养发、补肾、增强人体免疫力功能的发明目的。
具体实施方式
实施例1,一种富硒桑椹粉。其组份按下列比例混合:
富硒桑椹干果1000份、黑芝麻150份、黑豆150份、黑米150份、干豌豆50份、荷包豆50、紫薯200份、山药50份、芡实30份、核桃100份、枸杞30份、冰糖80份;
一种富硒桑椹粉的生产方法。按下列步骤进行:
A、调配富硒营养液:将硒30%、有机质22%、硅1%、镁0.92%、铁0.78%、锌0.76%、硼0.71%、全部混合于43.83%的水中,并搅拌均匀得到富硒有机液肥;
B、然后将富硒有机液肥稀释成500倍,然后均匀的淋施在种植桑树的土地上,同时进行翻土搅拌,三个月后进行检测,若硒元素含量不足则继续进行淋施与搅拌,直至土壤中的硒含量富集到大于0.4mg/kg时停止淋施与搅拌,土壤改善在桑椹成熟期半年以上完成;
C、在上述土壤桑树中采摘得到富硒桑椹鲜果,并分拣出杂物、清洗,用消毒后的清水清洗,沥干水分;

一种富硒桑椹粉的生产方法。按下列步骤进行:
A、调配富硒营养液:将硒30%、有机质22%、硅1%、镁0.92%、铁0.78%、锌0.76%、硼0.71%、全部混合于43.83%的水中,并搅拌均匀得到富硒有机液肥;
B、然后将富硒有机液肥稀释成500倍,然后均匀的淋施在种植桑树的土地上,同时进行翻土搅拌,三个月后进行检测,若硒元素含量不足则继续进行淋施与搅拌,直至土壤中的硒含量富集到大于0.4mg/kg时停止淋施与搅拌,土壤改善在桑椹成熟期半年以上完成;

F、将富硒桑椹干果与、黑芝麻、黑豆、黑米、干豌豆、荷包豆、紫薯、山药、芡实、核桃、枸杞、冰糖混合后、粉碎、筛分即得干粉;
G、装袋、包装成型。
实施例3,一种富硒桑椹粉。其组份按下列比例混合:
富硒桑椹干果1000份、黑芝麻175份、黑豆175份、黑米175份、干豌豆100份、荷包豆100、紫薯250份、山药75份、芡实50份、核桃125份、枸杞50份、冰糖100份;
一种富硒桑椹粉的生产方法。按下列步骤进行:
A、调配富硒营养液:将硒30%、有机质22%、硅1%、镁0.92%、铁0.78%、锌0.76%、硼0.71%、全部混合于43.83%的水中,并搅拌均匀得到富硒有机液肥;
B、然后将富硒有机液肥稀释成500倍,然后均匀的淋施在种植桑树的土地上,同时进行翻土搅拌,三个月后进行检测,若硒元素含量不足则继续进行淋施与搅拌,直至土壤中的硒含量富集到大于0.4mg/kg时停止淋施与搅拌,土壤改善在桑椹成熟期半年以上完成;

1.一种富硒桑椹粉,其特征在于:其组份按下列比例混合:富硒桑椹干果1000份、黑芝麻150-200份、黑豆150-200份、黑米150-200份、干豌豆50-150份、荷包豆50-150、紫薯200-300份、山药50-100份、芡实30-80份、核桃100-150份、枸杞30-80份、冰糖80-120份;
一种富硒桑椹粉的生产方法,按下列步骤进行:
(A)调配富硒营养液:将硒30%、有机质22%、硅1%、镁0.92%、铁0.78%、锌0.76%、硼0.71%、全部混合于43.83%的水中,并搅拌均匀得到富硒有机液肥;
(B)然后将富硒有机液肥稀释成500倍,然后均匀的淋施在种植桑树的土地上,同时进行翻土搅拌,三个月后进行检测,若硒元素含量不足则继续进行淋施与搅拌,直至土壤中的硒含量富集到大于0.4mg/kg时停止淋施与搅拌,土壤改善在桑椹成熟期半年以上完成;
