本发明涉及一种用于炎性肠病的食疗营养素固体饮料及其制备方法,属于食疗营养素固体饮料及其制备方法技术领域。

现有的食疗产品主要采用药食兼备的原材料,针对某些疾病参与治疗,该食疗产品针对的是疾病本身,所以配方庞杂,加工工艺繁琐。其食疗产品的有效性有待进一步论证。对于维生素及微量元素营养组分,选取食品级别优质原料。对于发挥核心调节功能的中药组分,采用多种工艺,旨在最大程度保证药物疗效。在中药组分提取过程中,根据每种药味的不同性质,采用不同的提取方法。对于质地坚硬,有效成分稳定、难以提取的中药材,采用高温煎煮方法进行提取;对于质地轻、受热成分易变化的中药材,采用低温萃取渗漉方法,最大程度的保留了中药的活性药效组分。发挥疗效,该技术的复合应用,根据原物料之特性与产品需求进行组合调整,具有高效率、环保、安全与确保有效成分活性等优点,适用范围广泛。在低温萃取中,操作温度低于60℃,可确保天然物中有效成分的活性,并快速高效去除溶剂,以经济、高效的方式进行萃取分离,可充分保留其热不稳定有效成分与药材固有的芳香气味。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述现有技术存在的问题,进而提供一种用于炎性肠病的食疗营养素固体饮料及其制备方法。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种用于炎性肠病的食疗营养素固体饮料,其有效成分为山药0.9-1.4重量份、白扁豆0.9-1.4重量份、砂仁0.6-1.1重量份、陈皮0.9-1.4重量份和马齿苋0.9-1.4重量份。
用于炎性肠病的食疗营养素固体饮料的制作方法为:取山药和白扁豆两味中药,按比例混合,打成粗粉,过10目筛,加入山药和白扁豆总重量10倍量的水,煎煮,提取两次,每次提取待沸腾后保持45分钟,合并滤液,低温浓缩至稠膏,减压干燥,得干膏,打粉,得提取物粉末1;砂仁和陈皮打成粗粉过10目筛;取马齿苋、砂仁粗粉和陈皮粗粉三味中药,按比例混合,加70%乙醇,低温萃取4小时,40倍量乙醇渗漉,以保证马齿苋、陈皮及砂仁中挥发性成分及大极性成分完全提取,渗漉液减压回收乙醇至无醇味,持续减压干燥,去除水分,得干膏,打粉,得提取物粉末2。将上述提取物粉末1及提取物粉末2按照1:1重量比例,混匀,过筛,装袋(每袋5g)得成品。
中医理论认为,胃肠反复炎症发作,出现腹胀、慢性腹泻,甚则便下脓血粘液,多由脾虚运化失常,湿邪久滞不愈,化热伤血,治疗当益气健脾,利湿清热,兼以涩肠止泻。山药、白扁豆,益气健脾,渗湿止泻;砂仁,行气化湿,和胃止泻,陈皮,理气和胃,燥湿健脾,既可调理脾胃之气,补而不滞,又可燥湿止泻;马齿苋,清热解毒,凉血止痢,在配方中一则清热止泻,二则在补药之中稍作寒凉反佐之用。全方配伍,补益为主,涩肠为辅,稍有寒凉反佐,补而不滞,温而不燥,对于炎症性肠病具有很好的辅助作用。
山药:性甘、味平、无毒。归脾、肺、肾经。功能健脾补肺、益胃补肾、固肾益精。具有抗炎、扶正固本、增强免疫的作用,可将其作为益生元制剂使用。从基因水平验证纳米山药多糖结肠靶向制剂具有扶植优势菌群如双歧杆菌的生长,从而抑制大肠杆菌等致病菌群生产的作用,增加肠道菌群丰富度,提高菌群总DNA数量,改善肠道菌群环境,有助于菌群失调的治疗。中药微生态调节剂具有调节微生态失调、保持微生态平衡的作用。山药多糖具有调节肠道微生态的作用。
白扁豆:性甘、味微温,归脾、胃经。功能补气以健脾,兼能化湿,适用于脾虚湿滞,食少、便溏或泄泻。炒制后增强健脾止泻的作用。其子充实,白而微黄,其气腥香,其性温平,得乎中和,脾之谷也。人太阴气分,通利三焦,能化清降浊,故专治中宫之病,消暑除湿而解毒也。其软壳及黑鹊色者,其性微凉,但可供食,亦调脾胃。卫生部药典委员会编的《中国药典》也说:白扁豆“健脾胃,清暑湿。用于脾胃虚弱、暑湿泄泻、白带”。
砂仁:性辛,味温。入脾、胃、肾经。功能化湿行气,温胃止呕,温脾止泻,温肾下气。具有显著抗腹泻、抗溃疡、抗菌、促进胃肠推进运动、抗炎及镇痛等作用,其中关于砂仁对胃肠道疾病的治疗作用较为集中。现代研究表明,砂仁对正常小鼠的胃肠运动均有促进作用,砂仁含挥发油高达3%以上,有芳香健胃作用,并能刺激胃肠肌,促进胃液分泌以助消化,舒张小肠肠肌起到镇痛的作用。
陈皮:味辛、苦,性温。归脾、胃、肺经。功能理气和中,燥湿化痰,利水通便。陈皮挥发油、陈皮水煎液能降低正常家兔肠道收缩频率、收缩振幅,提示陈皮对肠道运动具有一定的抑制作用。
马齿苋:性酸,味寒。归肝、大肠经。功能清热解毒,凉血止血,止痢。为马齿苋科药食两用植物,含有多种化学成分,包括蛋白质、脂肪、维生素、微量元素、氨基酸、多糖、生物碱黄酮类、去甲肾上腺素、强心苷和蒽醌苷等,具有抗氧化、抗菌、增强免疫功能等药理活性作用,用于治疗消化道炎症,对溃疡性结肠炎疗效显著,临床主要用于治疗溃疡性结肠炎和痢。
食用方法:将一袋本发明的固体饮料投入到200~350ml温水中溶解饮用。也可放入粥、汤等食物中食用。每天两次,每次一袋。
食疗观察:选有炎性肠病症者30人,其中腹胀9人、慢性腹泻16人,便下脓血粘液5人,其中男15人,女15人,平均年龄45.7岁。食用1个月后,腹胀症状消失的7人,减轻的2人;慢性腹泻症状消失的12人,减轻的3人,症状没有改变的1人;便下脓血粘液消失的4人,减轻的1人。说明本发明的用于炎性肠病的食疗营养素固体饮料,对大部分炎性肠病症状人群有一定的效果。
对于炎性肠病患者来说,静态营养评定水平非常重要,通过连续服用本产品4周以上,炎性肠病患者的体质量指数、三头肌皮褶厚度、上臂肌围、握力、人体成分分析均有改善,并促进恢复机体氮平衡,提升前白蛋白水平;连续服用8周后,可提升患者的血红蛋白与血浆蛋白水平,促进患者的贫血症状改善。患者由于持续慢性炎症,引起机体长期处于炎性体质状态,通过服用本产品,可改善患者体内炎症细胞因子(IL-1、IL-6、IL-8等)水平,改善血沉指标中的α2-球蛋白和γ-球蛋白水平,并调节肠道菌群中的球杆比。同时,本产品还可改善患者自身的若干主观评价指标,促进患者饮食摄入,改善患者面色光泽,减少患者腹泻次数及腹痛次数,改善患者腹胀情况,并对炎性肠病患者经常出现的失眠及体倦乏力状况有明显改善。
本发明的固体饮料不同于保健食品及同类食疗产品,本发明的固体饮料食用后不是直接针对疾病,而主要是对由疾病引起的相关症状群体起到补充缺失营养成分的作用,故使症状消失或缓解。方法中采用水提结合低温萃取醇提工艺,保证有效成分溶出,且活性不被破坏。采用粉末形式,体积小、易服用,便于携带。

本实施例所涉及的一种用于炎性肠病的食疗营养素固体饮料,其有效成分为山药0.9-1.4重量份、白扁豆0.9-1.4重量份、砂仁0.6-1.1重量份、陈皮0.9-1.4重量份和马齿苋0.9-1.4重量份。
