技术领域
本发明属于农业用剂,涉及一种化学保果剂,具体涉及一种翠冠梨用化学保果剂的应用。
背景技术
翠冠梨是蜜梨,比北方的鸭梨及砀山酥梨早2至3个月上市;原产于横立山,平均单果重250克,可达325克,果肉细嫩而松脆,耐贮运,符合出口标准。翠冠梨称“六月雪”,果皮细薄、肉脆汁多、味浓鲜嫩、汁丰味甜。现有的翠冠梨的栽培方法通常需要使用硼酸、萘乙酸钠等进行化学保果,保果效果一般。
发明内容
本发明目的是为了克服现有技术的不足而提供一种翠冠梨用化学保果剂的应用。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种翠冠梨用化学保果剂的应用,所述翠冠梨用化学保果剂包括以下重量份数的组分:乙醇80~100份、硼酸三戊酯3~5份、赤霉酸2~5份、油菜素甾醇1~2份、褐藻酸寡糖2~5份、喹啉酸1~3份、海藻酸钠5~10份和乳化助剂8~10份,它包括以下步骤:
(a)将所述翠冠梨用化学保果剂用水稀释得浓度为5~10μg/ml的水剂;
(b)在翠冠梨果树开花前使其施加所述水剂以使所述水剂接触花蕾即可。
优化地,步骤(b)中,使用喷雾器从植株下部向上均匀喷雾。
优化地,所述乳化助剂为选自脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚和聚氧乙烯脂肪酸酯中的一种或多种组成的混合物。
优化地,所述褐藻酸寡糖的分子量为1000~5000Da。

在本公司在江苏吴江的自耕果园中,用实施例1-3、对比例1-2中的保果剂(5μg/ml、7.5μg/ml、10μg/ml三种浓度,即保果剂兑水至对应浓度;每亩施加水剂100kg),在果树开花前分别用上述的水剂进行喷施(使用喷雾器从植株下部向上均匀喷雾),统计其对梨树的座果率的影响,见表1。

(a)将所述翠冠梨用化学保果剂用水稀释得浓度为5~10μg/ml的水剂;
(b)在翠冠梨果树开花前使其施加所述水剂以使所述水剂接触花蕾即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述翠冠梨用化学保果剂的应用,其特征在于:步骤(b)中,使用喷雾器从植株下部向上均匀喷雾。
3.根据权利要求1所述翠冠梨用化学保果剂的应用,其特征在于:所述乳化助剂为选自脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚和聚氧乙烯脂肪酸酯中的一种或多种组成的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述翠冠梨用化学保果剂的应,其特征在于:所述褐藻酸寡糖的分子量为1000~5000Da。
