技术领域
本发明涉及一种螺母,特别涉及一种改良型焊接螺母。
背景技术
焊接螺母具有强度比较大,使用范围广等优点,薄厚都可以,但是由于高温会导致被连接件变形,且不可拆卸,而且一些活泼金属不能用通常方法焊接,比如铝,镁等,需要保护气或氩弧焊,要求加工工艺和精度,焊接时,如果焊锡过多,会导致焊锡层厚薄不均,从而可能使焊接螺母倾斜;而如果焊锡较少,则可能导致焊接螺母无法牢固地焊接在部件上,从而不能保证牢固性。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于提供一种设计新颖,操作方便,结构牢固的改良型焊接螺母。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是这样的:本发明的改良型焊接螺母,包括螺母本体,螺母本体上设置有螺纹孔,所述螺母本体一端设置有带螺孔的环形挡片,环形挡片一侧面与螺母本体固定连接,另一侧面设置有挡环和焊点,所述挡环设置在靠近螺孔的位置,焊点设置在环形挡片边缘,所述焊点按质量计算包括如下组分:92.78份-99.98份锡,0.0001份-0.01份铝,0.001份-0.02份抗氧化剂,0.02份-7份晶粒细化剂,1份-4份助焊剂。
作为优选,所述螺母本体另一端设置有端盖,端盖通过凸起与螺母本体螺纹连接。
作为优选,所述端盖侧面设置有焊环。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:本发明设计新颖,操作方便,结构牢固,通过设置带挡环和焊点的环形挡片,隔离了螺纹孔的开口处,同时焊接面为凹凸不平的面,使得受热区避开了螺纹开口处,有效的减少了螺纹孔螺纹入口处的受热变形,辅助焊接凸起的设置可以使得焊接时更加均匀,同时有效的消除焊接表面的缺陷,使得焊接面更加完整美观。

参见图1,本发明的改良型焊接螺母,包括螺母本体1,螺母本体1上设置有螺纹孔2,所述螺母本体1一端设置有带螺孔的环形挡片3,环形挡片3一侧面与螺母本体1固定连接,另一侧面设置有挡环4和焊点5,所述挡环4设置在靠近螺孔的位置,焊点5设置在环形挡片3边缘,所述焊点5按质量计算包括如下组分:92.78份-99.98份锡,0.0001份-0.01份铝,0.001份-0.02份抗氧化剂,0.02份-7份晶粒细化剂,1份-4份助焊剂,所述螺母本体1另一端设置有端盖6,端盖6通过凸起7与螺母本体1螺纹连接,所述端盖6侧面设置有焊环8。

1.一种改良型焊接螺母,包括螺母本体,螺母本体上设置有螺纹孔,其特征在于:所述螺母本体一端设置有带螺孔的环形挡片,环形挡片一侧面与螺母本体固定连接,另一侧面设置有挡环和焊点,所述挡环设置在靠近螺孔的位置,焊点设置在环形挡片边缘,所述焊点按质量计算包括如下组分:92.78份-99.98份锡,0.0001份-0.01份铝,0.001份-0.02份抗氧化剂,0.02份-7份晶粒细化剂,1份-4份助焊剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的改良型焊接螺母,其特征在于:所述螺母本体另一端设置有端盖,端盖通过凸起与螺母本体螺纹连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的改良型焊接螺母,其特征在于:所述端盖侧面设置有焊环。
