一种单层高温钎焊金刚石砂轮工艺,其特征是先使用气焊在金属基体上喷涂1mm~1.5mm厚的Ni-Cr合金层,然后再对已喷涂Ni-Cr合金层的工件在1080℃温度的氩气中进行感应钎焊,直至Ni-Cr合金中的Cr分离、在工件表面富集生成0.8mm~1mm厚的相应碳化物。合金层和金属基体之间具有良好的浸润性,从而可以获得较高的结合强度,操作简便,产品质量稳定可靠、使用寿命长。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种金属焊接方法,特别是一种单层高温钎焊金刚石砂轮工艺。
背景技术
现有技术中,生产加工金刚石砂轮是直接在金属基体上钎焊金刚石磨粒制成,磨粒与基体之间的结合强度不足而影响产品使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种操作简便,产品质量稳定可靠、使用寿命长的单层高温钎焊金刚石砂轮工艺。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用的具体焊接方法是:先使用气焊在金属基体上喷涂1mm~1.5mm厚的Ni-Cr合金层,其中Ni-Cr合金中的Ni含量70%~72%、Cr含量13.5%~14.4%,Ni-Cr合金的固相、液相温度分别为1020℃、1050℃,然后再对已喷涂Ni-Cr合金层的工件在1080℃温度的氩气中进行感应钎焊,直至Ni-Cr合金中的Cr分离、在工件表面富集生成0.8mm~1mm厚的相应碳化物。
本发明由于采用以上工艺方法,合金层和金属基体之间具有良好的浸润性,从而可以获得较高的结合强度,操作简便,产品质量稳定可靠、使用寿命长。
具体实施方式
先使用气焊在钢基体上喷涂1.5mm厚的Ni-Cr合金层,其中Ni-Cr合金中的Ni含量72%、Cr含量14.4%,Ni-Cr合金的固相、液相温度分别为1020℃、1050℃,然后再对已喷涂Ni-Cr合金层的工件在1080℃温度的氩气中进行感应钎焊,直至Ni-Cr合金中的Cr分离、在工件表面富集生成1mm厚的相应碳化物。

1.一种单层高温钎焊金刚石砂轮工艺,其特征是先使用气焊在金属基体上喷涂1mm~1.5mm厚的Ni-Cr合金层,其中Ni-Cr合金中的Ni含量70%~72%、Cr含量13.5%~14.4%,Ni-Cr合金的固相、液相温度分别为1020℃、1050℃,然后再对已喷涂Ni-Cr合金层的工件在1080℃温度的氩气中进行感应钎焊,直至Ni-Cr合金中的Cr分离、在工件表面富集生成0.8mm~1mm厚的相应碳化物。
