Abstract

背景技术

如图4所示,目前的复合底壳/盖板组件110在每个螺栓孔114处具有金属压缩限制器112,以便容纳安装螺栓116。如图5所示,底壳/盖板组件110还包括金属螺纹插入件116,该金属螺纹插入件116与千斤顶螺钉118配合使用,帮助破坏密封剂结合并分离底壳/盖板组件110。

如图2所示,安装螺栓24和可选的螺钉保持器26可以从螺纹安装孔22和压缩限制器20上移除。然后,可以将较大直径的千斤顶螺钉40螺纹地插入到压缩限制器20的内螺纹孔32中,由此使得千斤顶螺钉40的一端接合发动机结构12围绕螺纹安装孔22的表面,并且使得压缩限制器20和底壳/盖板组件14远离发动机机构12提升,从而破坏底壳/盖板组件14与发动机结构12之间的密封剂结合。
两用螺纹压缩限制器20将多个功能集成在一个在复合油底壳及盖板组件中使用的部件内。压缩限制器20通过提供多个撬动点来提高部件的可用性,并且通过消除单独的螺纹插入件来降低成本。压缩限制器20改善了密封周边周围的部件包装以及发动机结构周围的凸台的部件包装。尽管已经结合了发动机组件10来公开本发明的两用压缩限制器20,但应当理解的是,压缩限制器20可以用于发动机、变速器和其他采用了复合材料的工业机械。

Claims (8)

1.一种内燃机,包括:
其内具有多个螺纹螺栓孔的发动机结构;
安装到所述发动机结构并由复合材料制成的盖板,所述盖板包括其内设置有多个压缩限制器的凸缘部分,所述压缩限制器具有内螺纹,所述内螺纹具有大于所述发动机结构中的所述螺纹螺栓孔的直径;以及
多个安装螺栓,所述多个安装螺栓延伸穿过所述压缩限制器并与所述发动机结构中的所述螺纹螺栓孔以螺纹方式接合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的内燃机,还包括螺栓保持器,所述螺栓保持器容纳在所述安装螺栓与所述压缩限制器之间的所述压缩限制器内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的内燃机,其中所述盖板是油底壳。
4.根据权利要求1所述的内燃机,其中所述多个压缩限制器由金属制成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的内燃机,其中所述多个压缩限制器包括径向延伸的凸缘。
6.根据权利要求1所述的内燃机,其中所述多个压缩限制器具有多边形外表面。
7.根据权利要求1所述的内燃机,还包括千斤顶螺钉,所述千斤顶螺钉具有比所述多个安装螺栓更大的内径,并且以螺纹方式容纳在所述压缩限制器中,以将所述盖板从所述发动机结构上撬走。
8.一种从内燃机上移除复合盖板的方法,所述内燃机包括具有多个螺纹螺栓孔的发动机结构以及包括凸缘部分的复合盖板,所述凸缘部分通过密封剂连接到所述发动机结构并且具有设置在其内的多个压缩限制器,所述压缩限制器具有内螺纹,所述内螺纹具有比所述螺纹螺栓孔更大的节径,多个安装螺栓延伸穿过所述压缩限制器并且与所述发动机结构中的所述螺纹螺栓孔以螺纹方式接合,所述方法包括:
从所述发动机结构中的所述螺纹螺栓孔中移除所述安装螺栓,并且将多个螺栓以螺纹方式插入到所述压缩限制器的所述内螺纹中并抵靠围绕所述多个螺栓孔的所述发动机结构,从而向所述盖板施加分离力以克服所述凸缘的密封连接。
