Technical Field
The present disclosure relates to a feeding device for herbal pieces.
Background
As is well known, the Chinese herbal pieces are in various types, such as root-tuber type, seed-fruit type, flower-leaf type, whole grass, bark type, mineralized stone type, animal type, etc., and the pieces have the specification of block-shaped piece, particle powder type, light bubble type, silk floss type, etc. According to statistics, the types of the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces are as high as more than 1000, and the number of the commonly used decoction pieces is more than 600. In addition, the decoction pieces of traditional Chinese medicine are often sticky after being roasted with honey, so that the automatic preparation of the common decoction pieces of traditional Chinese medicine is difficult. At present, a plurality of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions (prescription filling) in China are mainly finished manually, but the manual prescription efficiency is low, and the precision of the dose is difficult to effectively guarantee, so that the prescription cost of the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces is improved, and the diagnosis and treatment effect of the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces is probably influenced.
Patent document 1 (patent application publication No. CN104229369A) discloses an automatic Chinese herbal medicine taking system. In the automatic Chinese herbal medicine taking system disclosed in patent document 1, several kinds of Chinese herbal medicine decoction pieces in a limited range are automatically dispensed, and the dispensing system is in communication connection with an intelligent electronic scale in each medicine storage box through a main control computer to realize the automatic dispensing function of the whole system. In addition, in the automatic Chinese herbal medicine weighing system, an intelligent electronic scale is used for monitoring the weight of the prepared Chinese herbal medicine decoction pieces in real time.
However, in the automatic Chinese herbal medicine dispensing system in the prior art, the development of standardized system equipment cannot be realized by fully considering the types of the common Chinese herbal medicine decoction pieces, and the unified standard and specification are lacked. Especially, how to automatically grab and put the Chinese herbal pieces with different characteristics is a main problem at present.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments. In the drawings, the same components or components having the same functions are denoted by the same reference numerals, and redundant description thereof will be omitted.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram illustrating a feeding device 1 for herbal pieces of chinese medicine according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in FIG. 1, the present disclosure relates to a feeding device 1 (sometimes referred to as "feeding device 1") for herbal pieces of chinese medicine. In the present embodiment, the feeding device 1 may include a feeding unit 10 and a pair of rollers 20. In the feeding device 1 according to the present embodiment, the feeding unit 10 may have a material inlet 11 and a material outlet 12. A pair of rollers 20 (in this embodiment, a first roller 21 and a second roller 22) may be disposed downstream of the discharge port 12 to receive material (e.g., herbal pieces) from the discharge port 12. At least one of the first roller 21 and the second roller 22 has a flexible layer (in the present embodiment, includes a first flexible layer 212 and a second flexible layer 222).
In this case, the herbal pieces are fed through the feeding port 11 of the feeding unit 10, and transferred to the pair of rollers 20 disposed downstream of the discharge port 12 via the discharge port 12, and since the flexible layer is provided between the first roller 21 and the second roller 22, even if the herbal pieces are pressed by the flexible layer at a certain position during the transfer process, the transfer of the material (described later) between the first roller 21 and the second roller 22 is not affected, thereby effectively controlling the transfer of the material between the pair of rollers 20.
(feeding unit)
In some examples, the dosing unit 10 may be funnel-shaped (see fig. 1). Specifically, the feeding unit 10 is tapered from the feeding port 11 to the discharging port 12, so that the material (for example, herbal pieces) fed from the feeding port 11 to the feeding unit 10 can be collected at the discharging port 12.
In addition, in some examples, the feeding port 11 and the discharging port 12 may be connected in an arc shape. For example, the feeding port 11 and the discharging port 12 are connected in an outwardly curved arc, thereby slowing down the sliding speed of the herbal pieces along the arc surface in the feeding unit 10.
In other examples, the feed unit 10 may also have a cylindrical shape, a prismatic shape, or the like.
In some examples, the feeding unit 10 may also be provided with a striker plate (not shown). Specifically, the striker plate may be disposed at the discharge port 12 of the feeding unit 10 and used to cover the discharge port 12. When the feeding is not needed, the material baffle is normally closed to keep the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces in the feeding unit 10; when the material needs to be fed, the material baffle is opened, so that the Chinese herbal pieces are sent out from the discharge hole 12. Thereby, the feed amount of the feed unit 10 can be effectively controlled.
In other examples, the discharging hole 12 may be connected with a pair of rollers 20 through a supporting device 30 (described later). Thereby, it is ensured that the herbal pieces of chinese medicine from the feeding unit 10 are fed to the pair of rollers 20.
In some examples, the striker plate may be manually controlled, whereby an operator can manually control the amount of feed of the feeding unit 10. In other examples, the striker plate may also be electrically controlled, in which case the feeding amount of the feeding unit 10 can be precisely controlled by the electric control.
In the present disclosure, generally speaking, the term "decoction pieces of traditional Chinese medicine" refers to the processed and processed traditional Chinese medicine which can be directly used in clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine according to the traditional Chinese medicine theory and the traditional Chinese medicine processing method. The herbal pieces in the present embodiment include, but are not limited to, rhizomes, seeds, fruits, flowers, leaves, herbs, bark, minerals, and animals, and the pieces may be in the form of tablet, granule, foam, floss, etc.
In addition, the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces are often sticky after being processed, such as being roasted with honey, and are easy to cause blockage in the feeding process, and through a plurality of times of experimental researches, the inventor finds that the flexible layer arranged between the first roller shaft 21 and the second roller shaft 22 can adapt to the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces with different specifications, and even if the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces are attached to a certain part between the roller shafts due to stickiness and the like, the feeding of the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces at other parts of the roller shafts is not influenced, so that the bad situations of blockage or excessive feeding can be effectively inhibited.
(roll shaft)
Fig. 2 is a sectional view showing a pair of rollers of the feeding device for herbal pieces-of-chinese medicine according to the embodiment of the present disclosure. Fig. 3 is a perspective view showing a pair of roller shafts 20 of the feeding device 1 for herbal pieces of chinese medicine according to the embodiment of the present disclosure. The structure of the pair of roller shafts 20 according to the present disclosure is described in detail below with reference to fig. 2 and 3.
In some examples, a pair of rollers 20 may be disposed downstream of spout 12. In the present disclosure, a material such as herbal pieces is fed to a downstream pair of rollers 20 via an upstream feeding unit 10. Here, "upstream" refers to the side of the feeding unit 10, and "downstream" refers to the side of the pair of rollers 20.
As described above, the pair of rollers 20 may include the first roller shaft 21 and the second roller shaft 22. The first roller shaft 21 may include a first shaft core 211, and the second roller shaft 22 may include a second shaft core 221 side by side with the first shaft core 211.
In some examples, the first core 211 may be elongated. Specifically, the first axial core 211 may have a long-bar shape such as a prism or a cylinder. Thereby, combination with a transmission unit 40 (described later) can be facilitated.
In some examples, the first core 211 has first and second ends (not shown) at both ends. In some examples, the radius of the first and second ends may be slightly smaller than the first axis 211. Thereby, the connection with the supporting device 30 can be facilitated. In some examples, the first end portion and the second end portion may be integrally formed with the first hub 211.
In the present embodiment, the second shaft core 221 may have the same structure as the first shaft core 211.
In some examples, the first axis 211 and the second axis 221 may be disposed side by side on the same plane. In other examples, the first axis 211 and the second axis 221 may be in a plane parallel to a horizontal plane, or may form an inclined angle with the horizontal plane. Thereby, the material (e.g., herbal pieces) from the feeding unit 10 can be obliquely received.
Fig. 4 is a first rotation direction diagram illustrating a pair of rollers 20 of the feeding device 1 for herbal pieces-of-chinese medicine according to the embodiment of the present disclosure. Fig. 5 is a second rotation direction diagram illustrating a pair of rollers 20 of the feeding device 1 for herbal pieces-of-chinese-medicinal according to the embodiment of the present disclosure. Fig. 6 is a schematic view showing the axial distance between a pair of roller shafts 20 of the feeding device 1 for herbal pieces of chinese medicine according to the embodiment of the present disclosure.
In some examples, the first shaft core 211 and the second shaft core 221 may rotate toward each other, that is, the first shaft core 211 and the second shaft core 221 rotate in opposite directions and each rotate in the opposite direction, for example, the first shaft core 211 rotates clockwise and the second shaft core 221 rotates counterclockwise (as shown in fig. 4). In this case, the pair of rollers 20 may push the material such as herbal pieces from the feeding unit 10 between the first and second rollers 21 and 22 and pass the herbal pieces between the first and second rollers 21 and 22.
Additionally, in some examples, at least one of the first and second mandrels 211, 221 rotates. Specifically, when the first shaft core 211 rotates, the second shaft core 221 may be stopped or may be passively rotated. Similarly, when the second shaft core 221 rotates, the first shaft core 211 may be stopped or may be passively rotated (see fig. 5).
As shown in fig. 6, in some examples, the center distance D of the first axis 211 from the second axis 221 may be adjustable. Thus, the center distance between the first axis 211 and the second axis 221 can be adjusted according to the size and the characteristics of the stored Chinese medicinal decoction pieces. In some examples, the center distance between the first and second mandrels 211, 221 may be adjusted manually or electronically.
In other examples, the center distance between the first axis 211 and the second axis 221 may also be adaptive. Specifically, when the first roller 21 and the second roller 22 push the large-sized herbal pieces, the first shaft 211 and the second shaft 221 will automatically separate to both sides. In particular, the adaptation of the center distance between the first axis 211 and the second axis 221 may be achieved by mechanical means, such as springs. In addition, the center distance between the first shaft core 211 and the second shaft core 221 may be adapted by a driving device, for example, by a sensor sensing the pressure between the first roller shaft 21 and the second roller shaft 22, and when the pressure exceeds a threshold value, the center distance between the first shaft core 211 and the second shaft core 221 is increased. Under the condition, the putting of the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces with large size change can be more effectively controlled.
(Driving device)
Fig. 7 is a schematic view showing the driving of a pair of rollers 20 of the feeding device 1 for chinese herbal pieces prepared for decoction according to the embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 2, in some examples, the pair of roller shafts 20 may further include a transmission unit 40 that relatively rotates the first shaft core 211 and the second shaft core 221. Specifically, the transmission unit 40 may cause, for example, the second shaft core 221 to remain stationary or rotate relative to the first shaft core 211 as it rotates. In this case, the rotation of the roller shaft can be controlled by the transmission unit 40, so that the material conveyed by the feeding device 1 can be more precisely controlled.
In some examples, the transmission unit 40 may further include gears 42,43,44 (i.e., a first gear 42, a second gear 43, and a third gear 44). This allows the gears 42,43, and 44 to control the rotation of the pair of roller shafts 20. In other examples, the transmission unit 40 may also control the rotation of the pair of rollers 20 by using a belt transmission or a chain transmission.
As shown in fig. 7, in some examples, the first shaft core 211 and the second shaft core 221 may be connected with the gears 43 and 44 respectively, that is, the first shaft core 211 is connected with the gear 43 and rotates synchronously with the gear 43, and the second shaft core 221 is connected with the gear 44 and rotates synchronously with the gear 44. In addition, the second gear 43 and the third gear 44 mesh with each other. Specifically, the first gear 42 can rotate in the clockwise direction L3, so as to bring the second gear 43 into rotation in the clockwise direction L2, and the third gear 44 rotates in the counterclockwise direction L1, i.e. the second gear 43 and the third gear 44 rotate in opposite directions. In this case, when the gears 43 and 44 are the same in size, the first and second shafts 211 and 221 rotate at the same speed, so that the pair of rollers 20 can push the material such as herbal pieces from the feeding unit 10 between the first and second rollers 21 and 22 and can pass the herbal pieces between the first and second rollers 21 and 22.
In other examples, the second gear 43 and the third gear 44 mesh with each other, wherein the second gear 43 and the third gear 44 may not be the same size. Thereby, the relative rotational speed between the first shaft core 211 and the second shaft core 221 can be controlled by the size of the gears 43, 44.
In other examples, the second gear 43 connected with the first shaft core 211 and the third gear 44 connected with the second shaft core 221 may be separated from each other. In this case, the second gear 43 and the third gear 44 are separated from each other, so that the first roller shaft 21 and the second roller shaft 22 can be allowed to have a plurality of rotation modes, which can be applied to different cases.
In some examples, the transmission unit 40 may drive the gears 42,43,44 manually. In particular, the gears 42,43,44 may be operated to rotate by a manual rocker connected to the gears 42,43, 44.
In some examples, the gears 42,43,44 may be driven by a drive motor 41. Thereby, the influence of human operation on the accuracy of the feeding device 1 can be reduced. Specifically, the drive motor 41 is connected to the first gear 42, and the first gear 42, the second gear 43, and the third gear 44 are sequentially meshed. In this case, the first gear 42 is driven to rotate by the driving motor 41, and the driving gears 43 and 44 rotate, so that the pair of roller shafts 20 are finally controlled.
In other examples, two driving motors may be provided, for example, on both sides of the pair of rollers 20. In this case, the first roller shaft 21 and the second roller shaft 22 may be controlled by the drive motors, respectively, and thereby the rotations of the first roller shaft 21 and the second roller shaft 22 may be controlled by controlling the two drive motors, respectively.
(Flexible layer)
Fig. 8 is a schematic view showing a state of use of a pair of rollers 20 of the feeding device 1 for herbal pieces-of-chinese-medicinal according to the embodiment of the present disclosure.
In some examples, a first flexible layer 212 may be disposed on an outer periphery of the first core 211, and a second flexible layer 222 may be disposed on an outer periphery of the second core 221. In some examples, in this case, the first flexible layer 212 and the second flexible layer 222 may be in contact, so that the first flexible layer 212 and the second flexible layer 222 can completely press (block) the material (such as the herbal pieces), thereby effectively controlling the transportation of the herbal pieces.
As shown in fig. 8, in some examples, for example, when the herbal pieces are transported by the feeding device 1, the herbal pieces pass through the feeding unit 10 and then reach the pair of rollers 20, and pass between the first roller 21 and the second roller 22 under the pressure of the first roller 21 and the second roller 22. In some examples, when the herbal pieces 2 pass between the first roller 21 and the second roller 22, there is a possibility that the herbal pieces 2 are sandwiched between the first flexible layer 212 and the second flexible layer 222 (see fig. 8), and even in such a case, other portions between the first roller 21 and the second roller 22 can be kept in contact, thereby enabling to effectively control the transport of the material between the pair of rollers 20.
As shown in FIG. 6, a material such as herbal pieces is fed between a pair of rollers 20 in a direction M. In some examples, the sum of the thickness R1 of the first flexible layer 212 and the thickness R2 of the second flexible layer 222 may be at least greater than the dimension D1 of the material. This allows the herbal pieces to pass between the pair of rollers 20. In this case, the conveyance of the material such as herbal pieces between the pair of rollers 20 can be further effectively controlled.
In some examples, the first flexible layer 212 and the second flexible layer 222 may also be separate from each other (see fig. 6). In this case, by adjusting the gap between the first flexible layer 212 and the second flexible layer 222, the transport of material greater than the sum of the thicknesses of the first flexible layer 212 and the second flexible layer 222 can be controlled.
In some examples, the flexible layers (first flexible layer 212, second flexible layer 222) may be one or more of rubber, fabric, or plastic. Therefore, damage to the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces can be reduced in the process of conveying the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces.
In some examples, the flexible layers (first flexible layer 212, second flexible layer 222) may be at least one or more selected from among polyurethane, silicone rubber, nitrile rubber, shadowless rubber (UV), silicone rubber, fluoro rubber, polysulfide rubber, urethane rubber, chlorohydrin rubber, acrylate rubber, natural rubber, isoprene rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, neoprene rubber, flexible ABS, and the like.
(supporting Structure)
In some examples, the feeding device 1 may also be provided with a supporting device 30 supporting the feeding unit 10.
In other examples, the support device 30 may also be used to support a pair of rollers 20. In this case, the supporting device 30 supports the feeding unit 10 and the pair of rollers 20 at the same time, whereby the complexity of the structure can be reduced and the disassembly can be facilitated. In other examples, the pair of rollers 20 may be detachable. This facilitates replacement of the first roller shaft 21 or the second roller shaft 22. In the present disclosure, the bracket 30 is disposed around the pair of roller shafts 20, and fixes the positions of the pair of roller shafts 20 by fixing the first shaft core 211 and the second shaft core 221 without affecting the rotation of the pair of roller shafts 20.
In some examples, support 30 also has a baffle that closes the gap between spout 12 and pair of rollers 20. Thereby, the connection together can form a closed environment. In other examples, a pair of rollers 20 may also be sealingly secured together. Under the condition, the whole equipment forms a closed body, so that dust can not be raised in the operation process, and the cleanness and tidiness of the equipment and the working environment are ensured.
In some examples, the supporting device 30 may be further provided with a cleaning device 31 for cleaning the pair of rollers 20. In this case, the material adhered to the first roller shaft or the second roller shaft can be swept down by the sweeping means 31, so that the surface of the roller shaft can be kept clean.
As described above, in some examples, both ends of the sweeping device 31 may be connected with the supporting device 30. This enables the cleaning device 31 to be fixed by the supporting device 30. In some examples, the cleaning device 31 may be disposed on both sides of the pair of rollers 20. In other examples, the sweeping device 31 may be disposed below the pair of rollers 20. In this case, the cleaning device 31 can clean the materials adhered to the pair of roller shafts 20 in time, and reduce errors in the feeding process.
In some examples, the cleaning device 31 may be a blade that is disposed and fixed along the length of the pair of rollers 20, and the length of the blade may be equal to or greater than the length of the pair of rollers 20. This enables the outer peripheries of the pair of roller shafts 20 to be cleaned when the pair of roller shafts 20 rotate. In some examples, the scraper may be made of metal, plastic, or polymer. Thus, the cleaning device 31 can effectively clean the materials adhered to the pair of roller shafts 20.
In other examples, the sweeping device 31 may be a brush, which is fixed and disposed along the length direction of the pair of rollers 20, and the length of the brush may be equal to or greater than the length of the pair of rollers 20.
