After the folding is completed, the second hydraulic cylinder 11, the third hydraulic cylinder 14 and the slowly-descending hydraulic cylinder 25 are reset, the user drives the electric forklift to drive the lifting fork to drive the cigarette frame to move upwards, the cigarette frame supporting plate 18 is pushed to move inwards to the lower part of the bottom frame 32 of the cigarette frame along the first supporting plate 8 through the action of the first hydraulic cylinder 10, the user places the cigarette frame on the cigarette frame supporting plate 18, and the lifting fork moves downwards to fold another cigarette frame.
