Description
Technical Field
Disclosed herein are a water droplet solid type ultraviolet screening cosmetic composition and a method for preparing the same.
Background
The water droplet type cosmetic means a cosmetic in which moisture contained in the cosmetic is released to the outside when applied to the skin, and water droplets are formed on the skin, thereby sufficiently supplying moisture to the skin. Recently, research is continuously being conducted to try to introduce such a water droplet type cosmetic technology into ultraviolet-shielding cosmetics. However, a cosmetic exhibiting excellent ultraviolet protection effect and having formulation stability while maintaining the properties of a water-droplet type cosmetic has not been developed yet. For example, korean patent laid-open publication No. 10-1678559 describes a water-droplet solid type water-in-oil cosmetic composition containing a modified inorganic ultraviolet screening agent powder, and has found problems that the composition is not easily formed into water droplets, the coating feel is reduced due to inherent problems of the inorganic ultraviolet screening agent, the composition has a matte feel, and there are a separation phenomenon of a preparation in which a plurality of components contained in the cosmetic composition are separated, cracks, and the like. Therefore, the moisturizing effect as the first purpose of the water droplet-type cosmetic is not sufficiently exhibited on the skin, and the ultraviolet screening agent is not uniformly dispersed on the skin due to separation of the preparation, so that the effect as the ultraviolet screening agent is very small. Therefore, it is required to develop a cosmetic composition containing an ultraviolet screening agent, which has excellent water droplet forming ability and preparation stability, and also has an excellent ultraviolet screening effect.

Preferably, ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate may be included up to 7.5 weight percent, ethylhexyl salicylate may be included up to 5.0 weight percent, and homosalate may be included up to 10 weight percent.
In the aspect as described above, the composition may contain 30 to 85 weight percent of the aqueous phase portion. The aqueous phase may preferably comprise 50 to 80 wt%, more preferably 60 to 75 wt%, and most preferably 65 to 70 wt%, based on the total composition. The aqueous phase may further contain one or more of an alcohol and a thickener. The above alcohols may include, for example, polyhydric alcohols such as glycerin, butylene glycol, propylene glycol, sorbitol, or polyethylene glycol, but are not limited thereto. The alcohol may be included in an amount of 1 to 10 wt%, preferably 2 to 8 wt%, more preferably 3 to 7 wt%, and most preferably 4 to 6 wt%, based on the total composition weight.
Also, the thickener may include xanthan gum, but is not limited thereto. The thickener may be included in an amount of 0.01 to 1.0 wt%, preferably 0.1 to 0.5 wt%, based on the weight of the total composition.

The method may further include the step of adding a thickener to the mixture of the alcohol and the purified water, and stirring the mixture at a temperature of 70 to 80 ℃ and a stirring speed of 500 to 2000rpm for 5 to 30 minutes to disperse the mixture.
The method further comprises the step of adding the aqueous phase to the oil phase at a temperature of 70 to 80 ℃, wherein the step of adding may comprise performing a first stirring at 500 to 1500rpm for 5 to 30 minutes and then performing a second stirring at 1500 to 2500rpm for 7 to 10 minutes. The method may further comprise a step of defoaming and filtering the composition at a temperature of 65 to 80 ℃ to allow the composition to flow out.
In the above method, each temperature range, stirring speed and stirring time are optimized in terms of preparation of the water-droplet solid type ultraviolet screening cosmetic composition of the present invention, and if the above conditions are not satisfied, there is a problem that the preparation stability is lowered and water droplets are not formed.
Hereinafter, the structure and effects of the present invention will be described more specifically by referring to examples and test examples.
