본 실시예에 따른 워터드롭 스틱형 화장료 조성물의 제조방법은 다음과 같다. 메인 가마에서 유상부를 70~80℃의 온도에서 용해, 분산시킨다 (5~15분, Homo mixer 1,000~2,400rpm). 별도의 수상 용해조에 수상부를 투입해 70~80℃로 가온시켜 용해, 분산시킨다. 상기 수상부를 상기 메인 가마에 투입하되 1,800~2,400rpm에서 5~30분간 온도를 70~80℃로 유지하며 유화를 진행한다. 별도의 용기에 방부제를 40~50℃로 가온시켜 용해, 분산시킨 후, 상기 메인가마에 투입하여 균일 분산시킨다(5분, Homo mixer 2,400rpm). 이후 별도의 용기에 추출물 및 향을 각기 계량한 후, 순차적으로 메인가마에 투입하여 균일 분산한다(5분, Homo mixer 2,400rpm). 마지막으로 80℃에서 상기 조성물을 탈포 및 여과하여 유출한다. 이상과 같이 제조된 것을 도 1에 나타내었으며, 도 1의 화장료 조성물은 상기 추출물들이 혼합되어 작용하면서 푸른색 빛깔을 띠는 제형으로 제조된 것을 확인할 수 있다.The manufacturing method of the water drop stick type cosmetic composition according to this embodiment is as follows.
