In another specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the first air outlet 1112 is disposed on a side of the first air inlet 1111 near the middle position of the smoke exhaust apparatus 1, the second air inlet 2111 is disposed on a side of the second air outlet 2112 near the middle position of the kitchen apparatus 2, the second air curtain is closer to the outer edge of the smoke exhaust apparatus 1, and the first air curtain is closer to the middle position of the smoke exhaust apparatus 1.
The fume exhausting device 1 comprises a casing 12 and a fume collecting hood 13 arranged below the casing 12, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, a fume duct (not shown in the drawings) is arranged in the casing 12, the fume duct comprises a fume inlet (not shown in the drawings) and a fume outlet (not shown in the drawings), a fume airflow generating device (not shown in the drawings) is arranged in the fume duct, the fume airflow generating device can be a fan, for example, the fume airflow generating device generates fume sucking airflow, the fume collecting hood 13 is arranged below the casing 12 and is used for collecting fume, so that the fume exhausting effect of the fume exhausting system is better, a through hole (not shown in the drawings) is arranged in the middle position of the fume collecting hood 13, the through hole is communicated with the fume inlet of the fume duct, an oil net (not shown in the drawings) is arranged at the position of the through hole, the oil net is used for filtering oil in the fume, an oil cup (not shown in the drawings) is arranged at the lower part of the oil net, and the oil cup is used for filtering out the oil net in the oil cup.
