Abstract
本发明公开了一种大口径双板平板阀,包括阀体,阀体内具有阀腔和可沿阀腔上下移动来打开或封闭平板阀的双阀板,双阀板上不具有流道孔,双阀板和阀腔之间通过阀座密封,双阀板的下方设置有横截面呈弧形的限位块,限位块顶面与所述双阀板的底面相适配,保证阀板能够坐封在限位块上,限位块上设有位于双阀板之间的楔形环,楔形环的两侧面由上至下呈倾斜的环面,双阀板的内测设有由下向上的倾斜面;所述限位块为上小下大结构,所述阀座一端顶推在所述双阀板和限位块上部一侧,限位块上、下部之间设有凸台,凸台位于所述阀座底面的下方,通过该限位块和阀体配合对所述阀座定位;在阀体与双阀板配合的两侧面分别设有环形凹槽,环形凹槽内装有密封圈。

技术领域
本发明涉及阀体结构技术领域,具体涉及一种大口径双板平板阀。
背景技术
现有技术中的阀门有多种,如球阀、蝶阀、闸板阀等,这些阀门,像球阀,蝶阀主要针对液体闸控,用于气体闸控显得十分笨重,价格高昂,密封性也不够。闸板阀用在气态流体的开启和闭合时,由于结构的原因,根本不能实现密封功能,且大口径的阀门很少,成本昂贵。
目前,井口装置、节流压井管汇和输油输气管道用的平板阀有以闸板分有两种型式:一种是闸板带流道孔,如图1a所示;另一种是不带流道孔,如图1b所示。带流道孔平板阀的流道孔11设置在平板阀阀板1的下部,阀板1和阀腔3之间通过阀座2密封,流道孔11与阀腔3不在同一轴线上,阀板1封堵阀腔3,平板阀关闭,阀板1上移至流道孔11与阀腔3在同一轴线时,平板阀打开。此种形式的平板阀虽然能够保证平板阀的密封性能,但是由于其加长了阀板的长度,导致平板阀整体体积增大、成本提高、搬运不方便、不利于现场操作。
不带流道孔的平板阀,由于阀座2’是通过阀板1’与阀腔3’的外壳顶推作用将平板阀密封的,受阀腔3’与阀座2’的间隙影响,平板阀的开关,造成该结构平板阀密封性能不稳定。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,克服现有技术中存在的缺陷,提供一种结构简双、密封性能好,可以适用多种安装工况,可应用于气体通道密封,相比球阀,蝶阀,闸阀,不仅更加轻便,而且大幅提高了阀门的密封性能,可制作各种大管径阀门,适于各种通风管路,彻底解决了闸板阀应用在气体流体上尤其是大口径阀门应用在气体流体上无法实现密封技术难题的双板平板阀。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种大口径双板平板阀,包括阀体,阀体内具有阀腔和可沿阀腔上下移动来打开或封闭平板阀的双阀板,双阀板上不具有流道孔,双阀板和阀腔之间通过阀座密封,所述双阀板的下方设置有横截面呈弧形的限位块,限位块顶面与所述双阀板的底面相适配,保证阀板能够坐封在限位块上限位块顶面与所述双阀板的底面相适配,保证阀板能够坐封在限位块上,限位块上设有位于双阀板之间的楔形环,楔形环的两侧面由上至下呈倾斜的环面,双阀板的内测设有由下向上的倾斜面;所述限位块为上小下大结构,所述阀座一端顶推在所述双阀板和限位块上部一侧,所述限位块上、下部之间设有凸台,凸台位于所述阀座底面的下方,通过该限位块和阀体配合对所述阀座定位;在阀体与双阀板配合的两侧面分别设有环形凹槽,环形凹槽内装有密封圈。其中设置在限位块上的楔形环与双阀板内测的倾斜面配合,使得双阀板向下滑动时将双阀板向阀座方向挤压,从而使得阀座与双阀板之间的密封效果显著提高。
为了方便阀门的开关,优选的技术方案是,所述双阀板的上端设有T形卡槽,卡槽与阀杆的一端可转动连接,阀杆穿过安装座,安装座上设有螺孔,阀杆上设有与螺纹孔螺纹配合的螺杆段,安装座通过法兰座、螺栓与阀体固定连接,阀杆的另一端与手轮或伺服电机连接。
为了便于阀座的安装定位,优选的技术方案还有,所述阀体内壁和阀板将所述阀座夹持在两者之间。
为了便于限位块的安装定位,优选的技术方案还有,所述限位块下部相对两侧具有一切面。
为了便于限位块与双阀板之间的紧密配合,优选的技术方案还有,所述限位块上面设有与双阀板下面配合的凹槽。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:该大口径双板平板阀具有结构简双、密封性能好,可以适用多种安装工况,可应用于气体通道密封,相比球阀,蝶阀,闸阀,不仅更加轻便,而且大幅提高了阀门的密封性能,可制作各种大管径阀门,适于各种通风管路,彻底解决了闸板阀应用在气体流体上尤其是大口径阀门应用在气体流体上无法实现密封技术难题等特点。在阀板的下边的阀体内设置了限位块,既保证了阀座能够稳固定位在阀体内的固定位置,又保证了平板阀的密封性能。本发明的低耗平板阀结构简双、体积小、能够适应多种安装工况,在阀门领域具有深远的意义。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
如图2、3、4a、4b、5a、5b所示,本发明是一种大口径双板平板阀,包括阀体,阀体内具有阀腔3.1和可沿阀腔3.1上下移动来打开或封闭平板阀的双阀板1.1,双阀板1.1上不具有流道孔,双阀板1.1和阀腔3.1之间通过阀座2.1密封,所述双阀板1.1的下方设置有横截面呈弧形的限位块4,限位块4顶面与所述双阀板1.1的底面相适配,保证双阀板1.1能够坐封在限位块4上限位块顶面与所述双阀板的底面相适配,保证阀板能够坐封在限位块上,限位块4上设有位于双阀板1.1之间的楔形环44,楔形环44的两侧面由上至下呈倾斜的环面44.1,双阀板的内测设有由下向上的倾斜面1.12;所述限位块4为上小下大结构,所述阀座2.1一端顶推在所述双阀板1.1和限位块4上部一侧,所述限位块4上、下部之间设有凸台41,凸台41位于所述阀座2.1底面的下方,通过该限位块4和阀体配合对所述阀座2.1定位;在阀体与双阀板1.1配合的两侧面分别设有环形凹槽5,环形凹槽5内装有密封圈6。其中设置在限位块上的楔形环与双阀板内测的倾斜面配合,使得双阀板向下滑动时将双阀板向阀座方向挤压,从而使得阀座与双阀板之间的密封效果显著提高。
为了方便阀门的开关,本发明优选的实施方案是,所述双阀板1.1的上端设有T形卡槽7,卡槽7与阀杆8的一端可转动连接,阀杆8穿过安装座9,安装座9上设有螺孔,阀杆8上设有与螺纹孔螺纹配合的螺杆段,安装座9通过法兰座、螺栓与阀体固定连接,阀杆8的另一端与手轮10或伺服电机连接。
为了便于阀座的安装定位,本发明优选的实施方案还有,所述阀体内壁和双阀板1.1将所述阀座2.1夹持在两者之间。
为了便于限位块4的安装定位,本发明优选的实施方案还有,所述限位块4下部相对两侧具有一切面42。
为了便于限位块与双阀板之间的紧密配合,优选的技术方案还有,所述限位块4上面设有与双阀板1.1下面配合的凹槽43。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种大口径双板平板阀,包括阀体,阀体内具有阀腔和可沿阀腔上下移动来打开或封闭平板阀的双阀板,双阀板上不具有流道孔,双阀板和阀腔之间通过阀座密封,其特征在于,所述双阀板的下方设置有横截面呈弧形的限位块,限位块顶面与所述双阀板的底面相适配,保证阀板能够坐封在限位块上,限位块上设有位于双阀板之间的楔形环,楔形环的两侧面由上至下呈倾斜的环面,双阀板的内测设有由下向上的倾斜面;所述限位块为上小下大结构,所述阀座一端顶推在所述双阀板和限位块上部一侧,所述限位块上、下部之间设有凸台,凸台位于所述阀座底面的下方,通过该限位块和阀体配合对所述阀座定位;在阀体与双阀板配合的两侧面分别设有环形凹槽,环形凹槽内装有密封圈。
2.如权利要求1所述的大口径双板平板阀,其特征在于,所述双阀板的上端设有T形卡槽,卡槽与阀杆的一端可转动连接,阀杆穿过安装座,安装座上设有螺孔,阀杆上设有与螺纹孔螺纹配合的螺杆段,安装座通过法兰座、螺栓与阀体固定连接,阀杆的另一端与手轮或伺服电机连接。
3.如权利要求1所述的大口径双板平板阀,其特征在于,所述阀体内壁和阀板将所述阀座夹持在两者之间。
4.如权利要求1所述的大口径双板平板阀,其特征在于,所述限位块下部相对两侧具有一切面。
5.如权利要求1所述的的大口径双板平板阀,其特征在于,所述限位块上面设有与双阀板下面配合的凹槽。
