本发明涉及一种PPR全通型截止阀,它包括阀体(1)、阀芯(2)、转轴(3)、手轮(4)和阀盖(5),所述转轴(3)可旋转地与阀盖(5)连接,所述手轮(4)套在转轴(3)上,所述阀芯(2)与转轴(3)连接,所述阀盖(5)与阀体(1)连接;所述阀体(1)内管道为直线全通型管道,阀芯(2)包括锥形密封(202)和棱柱连杆(201),锥形密封(202)与阀体(1)内的锥形沉孔的锥度相同,棱柱连杆(201)与阀体(1)内的棱柱形沉孔配合,并且棱柱连杆(201)上设置有内螺纹,棱柱连杆(201)与转轴(3)连接。本发明的阀体(1)内管道为直线全通型的通道,流动阻力小;阀芯通过螺纹升降,因此阀芯具有节流的功能。

一种PPR全通型截止阀
技术领域
本发明涉及阀门技术领域,特别是一种PPR全通型截止阀。
背景技术
截止阀是管线连接阀门中的一种,又称截门阀,属于强制封闭性阀门。所以在阀门关闭时,必须向阀芯施加压力,以强制密封面不泄露。目前常规截止阀为角式截止阀和直流式截止阀。角式截止阀的阀体内管道分别有向上和向下弯曲的管道结构,两个弯曲的管道结构连接处形成向上和向下的密封面,密封面与阀芯配合达到密封的效果,这种弯曲结构体积大,并且流阻也很大,限制了管道内流体的流动速度。直流式截止阀的阀体内管道形成一定角度,使阀芯正对其中一个管道,阀芯对该管道封闭即完成对整个管道的封闭,流体经过该截止阀需要转向,会形成较大的流阻,并且该截止阀在安装时受到管道的角度的限制,只适用于本身安装存在角度的管道。还有半通式截止阀,半通式截止阀阀芯处的管道内设置有垂直于管道的密封结构,使管道的通过性变小,并且该密封结构同样会形成很大的流阻。以上的截止阀使管道内流体转向,形成很大的流阻,流体传送压力损失大。
还有已公布的直线全通型截止阀,例如公开号为CN102865374A的低流阻截止阀,该截止阀的阀芯为一块盖板,盖板上固定有连杆和摇臂,连杆和摇臂由气缸控制,但由气缸控制的截止阀体积大,不适用于日常家用管道。还有阀芯为球形的截止阀,该截止阀阀体内管道为直线全通型管道,球形阀芯上开有通孔,当阀芯上的通孔与阀体内管道连通时截止阀打开,通过手柄控制阀芯在水平方向上旋转,使阀芯通孔与管道错位,截止阀即关闭。但是低流阻截止阀和球形阀芯的截止阀相比其它的截止阀,对管道内流量的控制能力差,阀芯在半开半闭状态下受到流体的作用力容易发生位移,不能作为节流阀用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺点,提供一种流阻小还具有节流能力的截止阀。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:一种PPR全通型截止阀,它包括阀体、阀芯、转轴和阀盖,所述转轴可旋转地与阀盖连接,所述阀芯与转轴连接,所述阀盖与阀体连接,所述阀体内管道为直线全通型管道。所述阀体内管道上设置有锥形沉孔,所述阀盖上设置有棱柱形沉孔和转轴通孔。阀芯包括锥形密封和棱柱连杆,锥形密封与锥形沉孔的锥度相同,棱柱连杆与棱柱形沉孔配合,并且棱柱连杆上设置有内螺纹,棱柱连杆与转轴螺纹连接,转轴一端穿过转轴通孔。所述阀体由PPR材料制成的全通结构。
锥形密封与普通的球形阀芯相比,截止阀底部可根据阀芯形状制作成相应的沉孔,所以球形阀芯底部与锥形密封的密封性相差不大,但球形阀芯需要放入截止阀阀体内,所以截止阀阀体内放置阀芯的沉孔孔径不小于球形阀芯的直径,而球形阀芯上半部为曲面结构,无法封闭阀体内的通道,所以需要加入密封圈进行密封,而锥形密封则是自上而下进行压紧,直到与阀体内的锥形沉孔全面接触,使截止阀密封,两种结构相比而言锥形密封与锥形沉孔配合可以达到更好的密封效果。
所述阀体是上设置有螺纹套筒,所述螺纹套筒与阀盖连接。
所述转轴上设有限位台阶和棱柱结构,所述棱柱结构与手轮连接。
所述转轴上限位台阶与棱柱结构之间还设置有圆周向的凹槽,所述凹槽内套有密封圈。
本发明具有以下优点:
1、 阀体内管道为直线全通型的通道,流体在阀体内不会受到转弯或密封结构的影响,流动阻力小;
2、 阀芯与转轴螺纹连接,通过螺纹完成升降,在升降过程中阀芯不会发生旋转,因此阀芯对密封面不会造成旋转摩擦,对密封面的摩擦损耗小,并且由于阀芯通过螺纹升降,阀芯受到流体作用力不会发生位移,具有节流的功能,而且节流效果好。
3、 锥形的阀芯与阀体内锥形沉孔配合,比球形阀芯的全通型截止阀密封性更好。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步的描述,但本发明的保护范围不局限于以下所述。
如图1至图5所示,一种PPR全通型截止阀,它包括阀体1、阀芯2、转轴3、手轮4和阀盖5,所述转轴3可旋转地与阀盖5连接,所述手轮4套在转轴3上,所述阀芯2与转轴3连接,所述阀盖5与阀体1连接,所述阀体1内管道为直线全通型管道。所述阀体1内管道上设置有锥形沉孔,所述阀盖5上设置有棱柱形沉孔501和转轴通孔502。阀芯2包括锥形密封202和棱柱连杆201,锥形密封202与锥形沉孔的锥度相同,棱柱连杆201与棱柱形沉孔501配合,并且棱柱连杆201上设置有内螺纹,棱柱连杆201与转轴3螺纹连接,转轴3一端穿过转轴通孔502。在转轴3转动时阀芯2随着螺纹的转动发生上下位移,从而完成对阀体1内管道的密封。所述阀体1由PPR材料制成的全通结构。
锥形密封202与普通的球形阀芯相比,截止阀底部可根据阀芯形状制作成相应的沉孔,所以球形阀芯底部与锥形密封202的密封性相差不大,但球形阀芯需要放入截止阀阀体内,所以截止阀阀体内放置阀芯的沉孔孔径不小于球形阀芯的直径,而球形阀芯上半部为曲面结构,无法封闭阀体内的通道,所以需要加入密封圈进行密封,而锥形密封202则是自上而下进行压紧,直到与阀体1内的锥形沉孔全面接触,使截止阀密封,两种结构相比而言锥形密封202与锥形沉孔配合可以达到更好的密封效果。
所述阀体1是上焊接有螺纹套筒6,所述螺纹套筒6与阀盖5通过螺纹连接。
所述转轴3上设有限位台阶302和棱柱结构301,所述棱柱结构301与手轮4连接。限位台阶302的直径大于阀盖上转轴通孔502的直径,限制转轴3穿过阀盖5的长度,转轴3的棱柱结构301上方加工有螺纹,通过螺母将手轮4限制与棱柱结构301上,防止手轮4脱落。
所述转轴3上限位台阶302与棱柱结构301之间还设置有圆周向的凹槽303,所述凹槽303内套有密封圈7。
本发明的工作过程如下:
根据阀芯2位置不同,转动手轮4,手轮4的旋转带动转轴3旋转,由于棱柱连杆201位于阀盖5的棱柱形沉孔501内,无法发生旋转,因此在转轴3底部螺纹转动下,棱柱连杆201发生上下位移,即阀芯2的位置上下移动,可以分别控制截止阀进行开启、封闭和节流。

1.一种PPR全通型截止阀,其特征在于:它包括阀体(1)、阀芯(2)、转轴(3)和阀盖(5),所述转轴(3)可旋转地与阀盖(5)连接,所述阀芯(2)与转轴(3)连接,所述阀盖(5)与阀体(1)连接,所述阀体(1)内管道为直线全通型管道,所述阀体(1)内管道上设置有锥形沉孔,所述阀盖(5)上设置有棱柱形沉孔(501)和转轴通孔(502),阀芯(2)包括锥形密封(202)和棱柱连杆(201),锥形密封(202)与锥形沉孔的锥度相同,棱柱连杆(201)与棱柱形沉孔(501)配合,并且棱柱连杆(201)上设置有内螺纹,棱柱连杆(201)与转轴(3)连接,转轴(3)一端穿过转轴通孔(502),所述阀体(1)由PPR材料制成的全通结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种PPR全通型截止阀,其特征在于:所述阀体(1)是上设置有螺纹套筒(6),所述螺纹套筒(6)与阀盖(5)连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种PPR全通型截止阀,其特征在于:还包括手轮(4),转轴(3)上设有限位台阶(302)和棱柱结构(301),所述棱柱结构(301)与手轮(4)连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种PPR全通型截止阀,其特征在于:所述转轴(3)上限位台阶(302)与棱柱结构(301)之间还设置有圆周向的凹槽(303),所述凹槽(303)内套有密封圈(7)。
