背景技术
随着门窗密封行业的发展和人们对于防火安全意识的不断提高,人们对于门窗的密封性和防火性的要求也不断提高。防火条主要用在钢门或木门的门扇与门框、门扇与门扇之间,当发生火灾时防火条自动膨胀,封堵门缝的缝隙,从而阻隔火势或有毒气体从一个空间蔓延到另一个空间。
现有技术中的防火条,有:水合硅酸钠构成的防火条,该防火条厚重,脆性大,不美观,且没有膨胀性;可膨胀石墨型防火条,没有包覆的该防火条一般不能单独外露使用,因其易损坏,且不美观;也有树脂骨架嵌套可膨胀石墨条形成的防火条,这种防火条的树脂骨架外壳能够对嵌套在其中的可膨胀石墨条起到机械保护作用,并且外形也可以做的比较美观,但是,其制备过程中需要单独制备可膨胀石墨条和树脂骨架外壳,然后将可膨胀石墨条穿入到树脂骨架外壳中,工艺复杂,而且形成的防火条,其中可膨胀石墨条容易掉出来,可膨胀石墨条和树脂骨架外壳之间留有间隙,石墨条在其中容易断裂,且这种缝隙也会使得防火性能受到影响。CN205243381U中还公开了一种加强型石墨防火条,其包括防火条本体和配合包覆于所述防火条本体外的金属网,且所述防火条本体的外表层嵌于所述金属网的网眼内,该设置能够提高防火条的整体强度,避免防火条发生断裂,但是存在金属网的刚性结构一定程度上限制了火灾情况下可膨胀石墨条的膨胀,网眼处漏出石墨条不美观,金属网触感不好等问题。

优选地所述柔性树脂选自聚硅氧烷树脂、聚乙烯树脂、聚氯乙烯树脂;或者优选地,所述成碳剂为季戊四醇、其二聚体或三聚体;或者优选地,所述阻燃剂为磷酸铵、聚磷酸铵、磷酸酯或磷腈化合物,更优选磷酸铵或聚磷酸铵;或者优选地,所述增韧剂为环氧树脂;或者优选地所述无烟剂(又名销烟剂)为氢氧化铝、氢氧化镁或碳酸钙;或者优选地,所述固化剂为三聚磷酸硅。
优选地,本发明所述防火条的制备包括:挤出树脂外壳,冷却树脂外壳到能够保持形状但仍然能够从背面开口处撑开的温度,撑开树脂外壳的背面开口,注入熔融的可膨胀石墨内芯流体,继续冷却,压延。优选可以在整个背面贴合双面胶,以方便使用。优选,硬质塑料外壳的挤出加工温度为150-180℃,注入熔融可膨胀石墨内芯流体时树脂外壳的温度为70-100℃,可膨胀石墨内芯流体注入的温度为160-180℃。
更优选的,本申请的优选方案中,硬质塑料外壳与可膨胀石墨内芯的遇冷收缩性能基本相当,以更好地保证成型加工性,例如,保持宽度不变,选择160℃测试时厚度R1为1厘米的柔性树脂外层,将其冷却到20℃,测得其厚度为R2,选择160℃测试时厚度r1为1厘米的可膨胀石墨内芯,将其冷却到20℃,测得其厚度为r2,由下式计算收缩比S:
S=(R1-R2)/(r1-r2)
其中1≧S%≦1.05。
S值越大,说明加工工程中硬质塑料外壳的尺寸相对可膨胀石墨内芯变化大,在由高温到低温的过程中收缩严重,容易使得所得防火条的外层撑破或者变形,S值越小,说明加工工程中可膨胀石墨内芯的尺寸相对硬质塑料外壳变化大,在由高温到低温的过程中收缩严重,容易使得内芯层与硬质塑料外壳脱离。
本发明还提供一种门,其中,在门扇的侧边缘和/或门框的边缘固定有前述一体化成型硬质防火条。

具体实施方式
参阅图1-图4的示意图以及图5-8的照片,可以看到,本发明提供一种一体化成型硬质防火条,该防火条呈条状长方体型,包括可膨胀石墨内芯2和硬质塑料外壳1,所述硬质塑料外壳包括正面、两个侧面以及背面,所述正面、侧面和背面由同种材料形成,共同构成长方体型框体,所述背面延纵向开口,所述可膨胀石墨内芯2紧密贴合在硬质塑料外壳1包围形成的长方体型框体内,并且在背面的纵向开口处呈裸漏状。所述硬质塑料外壳以硬质聚氯乙烯树脂为基础树脂原料,使用过程中能够保持良好的长方体形状并不变形,成型过程中通过控制温度,能够保证可膨胀石墨内芯层流体灌注到其中,并形成良好的铺装,使得最终所得防火条的外壳和内芯呈紧密贴合状。
另外,为了使用方便,可以在所述防火条的背面预先贴合一层双面胶,使用时,只需将双面胶的表层撕掉,就可以将该防火条贴合到门扇或门框上。由于防火条的外壳和内层紧密贴合,且外壳表面光滑,可着色,该防火条也可以直接贴合在门框或门扇上起到装饰的作用。
与本发明所述防火条相对的,如图9的示意图和图10的照片所示,与本申请最接近的现有技术中的防火条,可膨胀石墨芯层4穿入到外壳3之中,二者之间留有不规则空隙,使用时,可膨胀石墨芯层容易从其中掉落,既不美观也不方便使用。
实施例1
1-1硬质塑料外壳的原料组成
包括30重量份聚氯乙烯、30重量份氢化苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚物SEBS、20重量份二氧化硅填料、5重量份聚磷酸铵阻燃剂和5重量份磷酸三丁酯增塑剂。
1-2可膨胀石墨内芯的原料组成
1-3防火条的制备
将可膨胀石墨内芯原料和硬质塑料外壳的原料分别放入到挤出机的相应部件中,控制挤出温度140~160℃,挤出,压纹,冷却,得到所述防火条。
实施例2
其他条件与实施例1相同,不同之处在于2-1硬质塑料外壳的原料组成中,聚氯乙烯树脂的用量为50重量份,氢化苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚物SEBS的用量为10重量份。
实施例3
其他条件与实施例2相同,不同之处在于3-1硬质塑料外壳的原料组成中,聚氯乙烯树脂的用量为60重量份。
实施例4
其他条件与实施例1相同,不同之处在于4-1硬质塑料外壳的原料组成中,氢化苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚物SEBS的用量为40重量份。
实施例5
其他条件与实施例1相同,不同之处在于5-2可膨胀石墨内芯的原料组成中,云母的用量是25重量份。
实施例6
其他条件与实施例1相同,不同之处在于6-2可膨胀石墨内芯的原料组成中,云母的用量是10重量份。
实施例7
其他条件与实施例1相同,不同之处在于7-2可膨胀石墨内芯的原料组成中,云母的用量是30重量份。
实施例8
其他条件与实施例1相同,不同之处在于8-2可膨胀石墨内芯的原料组成中,白炭黑的用量是30重量份。
实施例9
其他条件与实施例1相同,不同之处在于6-2可膨胀石墨内芯的原料组成中,白炭黑的用量是10重量份。
实施例10
其他条件与实施例1相同,不同之处在于用5重量份的氨基硅油代替5重量份磷酸三丁酯增塑剂,其他效果与实施例1类似,效果方面的不同在于提高了防火条外层的着火点,并使得外层具有一定的自熄性。
对比例1
其他条件与实施例1相同,不同之处在于用60重量份的聚氯乙烯树脂代替实施例1中30重量份的聚氯乙烯树脂和30重量份氢化苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚物SEBS。
对比例2
其他条件与实施例1相同,不同之处在于用60重量份的氢化苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚物SEBS代替实施例1中30重量份的聚氯乙烯树脂和30重量份氢化苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚物SEBS。
对比例3
其他条件与实施例1相同,不同之处在于不加入三聚磷酸硅。
对比例4
其他条件与实施例1相同,不同之处在于不加入白炭黑。
对比例5
其他条件与实施例1,不同之处在于不加入云母。

Claims (10)
1.一种一体化成型硬质防火条,一种一体化成型硬质防火条,该防火条呈条状长方体型,包括可膨胀石墨内芯和硬质塑料外壳,所述硬质塑料外壳包括正面、两个侧面以及背面,所述正面、侧面和背面由同种材料形成,共同构成长方体型框体,所述背面延纵向开口,所述可膨胀石墨内芯紧密贴合在硬质塑料外壳包围形成的长方体型框体内,并且在背面的纵向开口处呈裸漏状,所述硬质塑料外壳的材料以硬质聚氯乙烯树脂为基础树脂原料。
2.权利要求1所述的硬质防火条,所述硬质塑料外壳的背面贴有双面胶。
3.权利要求1所述的硬质防火条,所述外壳的制备原料中含有聚氯乙烯和氢化苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚物。
4.权利要求1所述的硬质防火条,所述外壳的制备原料中含有聚氯乙烯、氢化苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚物、二氧化硅填料、阻燃剂和增塑剂。
5.权利要求1所述的硬质防火条,所述外壳的制备原料包括30-50重量份聚氯乙烯、10-30重量份氢化苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚物、10-30重量份二氧化硅填料、2-10重量份阻燃剂和5-10重量份增塑剂。
6.权利要求1所述的硬质防火条,所述可膨胀石墨内芯的制备原料包括柔性树脂、可膨胀石墨、白炭黑、云母、成碳剂。
7.权利要求6所述的硬质防火条,所述可膨胀石墨内芯由含有如下重量份的原料制备而成:
8.权利要求7所述的硬质防火条,所述柔性树脂选自聚硅氧烷树脂、聚乙烯树脂、聚氯乙烯树脂;或者优选地,所述成碳剂为季戊四醇、其二聚体或三聚体;或者优选地,所述阻燃剂为磷酸铵、聚磷酸铵、磷酸酯或磷腈化合物,更优选磷酸铵或聚磷酸铵;或者优选地所述无烟剂为氢氧化铝、氢氧化镁或碳酸钙;或者优选地,所述固化剂为三聚磷酸硅。
9.权利要求1所述的硬质防火条,保持宽度不变,选择160℃测试时厚度R1为1厘米的柔性树脂外层,将其冷却到20℃,测得其厚度为R2,选择160℃测试时厚度r1为1厘米的可膨胀石墨内芯,将其冷却到20℃,测得其厚度为r2,由下式计算收缩比S:
S=(R1-R2)/(r1-r2)
其中1≧S%≦1.05。
10.一种门,其中,在门扇的侧边缘和/或门框的边缘固定有权利要求1-9任一项所述的硬质防火条。
