Abstract
本发明提供的一种环保水松纸,至少由以下重量份的组份制成:松木40‑60份、桉木20‑50份、竹子10‑20份、甲基三甲氧基硅烷1‑3份、二氧化硅2‑4份、硅藻土2‑4份、白土1‑3份、沸石粉2‑4份、硅酸钙1‑3份、麦饭石1‑3份、膨润土1‑3份、薄荷1‑3份、艾叶1‑3份、海藻胶4‑6份、琼脂4‑6份。该水松纸主要采用天然材料制得,阻燃性好,形态好,不会润湿掉纸,加入桉木、竹子、薄荷、艾叶等不仅具有抗菌作用,而且可改善口气。

技术领域
本发明涉及卷烟材料领域,特别涉及一种环保水松纸。
背景技术
吸烟是人类的一大嗜好,但卷烟烟雾中含有多种有毒物质,吸烟后这些有害成份沉积在人体内会引发肺部、呼吸道以及胃部等脏器产生多种疾病,如咳嗽痰喘、咽炎等,每吸一口烟至少会产生10万个自由基,就有可能导致全身性的癌症、加速癌细胞生长、造成许多慢性病,吸烟也会增加心血管疾病和脑卒中的发病率。此外,烟能刺激肝脏产生药物代谢酶,加速药物的代谢,降低血液药物浓度,从而降低药物疗效,所以对于正在患病需要服药的患者来说,吸烟无异于雪上加霜。虽然吸烟有害健康,但大多烟民仍难于戒掉,随着人们对健康的关注越来越高,近年来,“吸烟与健康”问题已越来越受到重视,人们对卷烟提出了更高的要求,不但要求其具有很好的口感,而且要能降低卷烟对人体的危害。
水松纸这种用作滤嘴香烟嘴棒外包装的卷烟包装材料,属特种工业用纸。水松纸的得名源于日本,20世纪初期,日本仙台东北纸工株式会社首次生产此纸,根据其外观与当地名为水松的一种植物外皮相似,故命名为水松纸。20世纪30年代,水松纸销往上海,其名也随之传入中国。现在的标准名称为接装纸;生产的未印刷的纸称为白水松原纸或称接装原纸。
水松纸同吸烟者嘴唇直接接触,因此水松纸的印刷油墨和涂层必须要求无毒,符合食品卫生标准,并且具有一定的抗水性和湿强度。按加工工艺的不同,水松纸分为印刷型水松纸和涂布型水松纸两大类。印刷型水松纸采用凹版印刷工艺印刷而成,表面美观,流平性好,技术要求较高,适用于中、高档卷烟;涂布型水松纸采用涂布工艺加工而成,工艺简单,表面图案质量、流平性均较印刷型水松纸差,常用于低档卷烟。
发明内容
技术问题:为了解决现有技术的缺陷,本发明提供了一种环保水松纸。
技术方案:本发明提供的一种环保水松纸,至少由以下重量份的组份制成:松木40-60份、桉木20-50份、竹子10-20份、甲基三甲氧基硅烷1-3份、二氧化硅2-4份、硅藻土2-4份、白土1-3份、沸石粉2-4份、硅酸钙1-3份、麦饭石1-3份、膨润土1-3份、薄荷1-3份、艾叶1-3份、海藻胶4-6份、琼脂4-6份。
作为改进,环保水松纸,至少由以下重量份的组份制成:松木50份、桉木35份、竹子15份、甲基三甲氧基硅烷2份、二氧化硅3份、硅藻土3份、白土2份、沸石粉3份、硅酸钙2份、麦饭石2份、膨润土2份、薄荷2份、艾叶2份、海藻胶5份、琼脂5份。
本发明还提供了上述环保水松纸用涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将松木、桉木、竹子加入2-3倍的水进行煎煮,过滤,滤液待用;取滤渣加入16倍重量份的浓度为1%的氢氧化钠浸泡8小时,加热至沸腾,小火蒸煮2小时,然后水洗不溶物至无色,再用浓度为5%的盐酸和浓度为4%的碳酸钠水溶液反复洗涤,直至不溶物的pH值为7±0.2,然后干燥不溶物,即得植物纤维;
(2)将植物纤维、薄荷、艾叶放入水力碎浆机碎解,再经打浆机,打浆浓度控制在3.5-4.5%,叩解度在66~740SR,制得浆料;
(3)将甲基三甲氧基硅烷、二氧化硅、硅藻土、白土、沸石粉、硅酸钙、麦饭石、膨润土混合均匀,研磨成40-60目的粉末,再加入海藻胶、琼脂,搅拌均匀,烘干得混合料;
(4)将混合料加入浆料中,搅拌均匀,加入步骤(2.1)中滤液以及适量的水调浆至固含量为2.6-3.5%,加热至65-72℃,将调好的浆料经网部及压榨部脱水成形,湿纸页进入前干阶段;
(5)在0.05-0.08Mpa的真空条件下对成型后的湿纸进行抽吸脱水,然后电热鼓风干燥5-6min,最后在光机上进行压光,即得。
有益效果:本发明提供的水松纸主要采用天然材料制得,阻燃性好,形态好,不会润湿掉纸,加入桉木、竹子、薄荷、艾叶等不仅可改善口气,而且还具有抗菌作用。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明环保水松纸作出进一步说明。
实施例1
环保水松纸,至少由以下重量份的组份制成:松木40份、桉木50份、竹子10份、甲基三甲氧基硅烷1份、二氧化硅4份、硅藻土2份、白土3份、沸石粉2份、硅酸钙3份、麦饭石1份、膨润土3份、薄荷1份、艾叶3份、海藻胶4份、琼脂6份。
其制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将松木、桉木、竹子加入2-3倍的水进行煎煮,过滤,滤液待用;取滤渣加入16倍重量份的浓度为1%的氢氧化钠浸泡8小时,加热至沸腾,小火蒸煮2小时,然后水洗不溶物至无色,再用浓度为5%的盐酸和浓度为4%的碳酸钠水溶液反复洗涤,直至不溶物的pH值为7±0.2,然后干燥不溶物,即得植物纤维;

环保水松纸,至少由以下重量份的组份制成:松木60份、桉木20份、竹子20份、甲基三甲氧基硅烷3份、二氧化硅2份、硅藻土4份、白土1份、沸石粉4份、硅酸钙1份、麦饭石3份、膨润土1份、薄荷3份、艾叶1份、海藻胶6份、琼脂4份。
其制备方法与实施例1相同。
实施例3
环保水松纸,至少由以下重量份的组份制成:松木50份、桉木35份、竹子15份、甲基三甲氧基硅烷2份、二氧化硅3份、硅藻土3份、白土2份、沸石粉3份、硅酸钙2份、麦饭石2份、膨润土2份、薄荷2份、艾叶2份、海藻胶5份、琼脂5份。
其制备方法与实施例1相同。

1.一种环保水松纸,其特征在于:至少由以下重量份的组份制成:松木40-60份、桉木20-50份、竹子10-20份、甲基三甲氧基硅烷1-3份、二氧化硅2-4份、硅藻土2-4份、白土1-3份、沸石粉2-4份、硅酸钙1-3份、麦饭石1-3份、膨润土1-3份、薄荷1-3份、艾叶1-3份、海藻胶4-6份、琼脂4-6份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保水松纸,其特征在于:松木50份、桉木35份、竹子15份、甲基三甲氧基硅烷2份、二氧化硅3份、硅藻土3份、白土2份、沸石粉3份、硅酸钙2份、麦饭石2份、膨润土2份、薄荷2份、艾叶2份、海藻胶5份、琼脂5份。
3.权利要求1所述的一种环保水松纸用涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)将松木、桉木、竹子加入2-3倍的水进行煎煮,过滤,滤液待用;取滤渣加入16倍重量份的浓度为1%的氢氧化钠浸泡8小时,加热至沸腾,小火蒸煮2小时,然后水洗不溶物至无色,再用浓度为5%的盐酸和浓度为4%的碳酸钠水溶液反复洗涤,直至不溶物的pH值为7±0.2,然后干燥不溶物,即得植物纤维;
(2)将植物纤维、薄荷、艾叶放入水力碎浆机碎解,再经打浆机,打浆浓度控制在3.5-4.5%,叩解度在66~740SR,制得浆料;
(3)将甲基三甲氧基硅烷、二氧化硅、硅藻土、白土、沸石粉、硅酸钙、麦饭石、膨润土混合均匀,研磨成40-60目的粉末,再加入海藻胶、琼脂,搅拌均匀,烘干得混合料;
(4)将混合料加入浆料中,搅拌均匀,加入步骤(2.1)中滤液以及适量的水调浆至固含量为2.6-3.5%,加热至65-72℃,将调好的浆料经网部及压榨部脱水成形,湿纸页进入前干阶段;
(5)在0.05-0.08Mpa的真空条件下对成型后的湿纸进行抽吸脱水,然后电热鼓风干燥5-6min,最后在光机上进行压光,即得。
