本发明公开了一种短纤土工布,包括以下重量份数的组分:40~50份的黄红麻纤维,40~50份的竹纤维,2~5份的氧化镁和1~3份的改性剂。同时,本发明还公开了上述短纤土工布的制备方法。本发明与传统技术相比,质量轻,强度高,表面平滑,美观大方,适用于水利、公路、铁路等领域。

一种短纤土工布及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于无纺布制造领域,具体涉及一种短纤土工布及其制备方法。
背景技术
土工布具有优秀的过滤、排水、隔离、加筋、防护作用,具有重量轻、抗拉强度高、渗透性好、耐高温、抗冷冻、耐老化、耐腐蚀的特性。土工合成材料的应用起源于二十世纪五十年代,国内的土工布是国家的八五计划之一,我国于1998年颁布了《土工合成材料短纤针刺非织造土工布》(GB/T17638-1998)标准,目前土工布已经在多个领域得到了广泛应用。短纤土工布产品具有耐酸碱、耐腐蚀、耐老化、强度高、尺寸稳定、过滤性好等优良性能,在市场上有很广的销售前景。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种短纤土工布。
本发明的另一目的在于提供上述短纤土工布的制备方法。
技术方案:为了达到上述发明目的,本发明具体是这样来完成的:一种短纤土工布,包括以下重量份数的组分:40~50份的黄红麻纤维,40~50份的竹纤维,2~5份的氧化镁和1~3份的改性剂。
其中,所述改性剂为氯化聚乙烯。
一种短纤土工布的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将各原料加入往复式混炼挤出机中进行加热混炼,控制加热温度180~220℃,混炼2~6小时;
(2)将混炼后的混合物料从往复式混炼挤出机中挤出后进入单螺杆挤出机进行高压高温挤出,控制温度120~150摄氏度;
(3)经过高压挤出后的混合物料通过过滤器过滤杂质,然后进入纺丝设备形成纤维,并进行剪切,控制长度在150mm以下;
(4)将生成的纤维通过纺织机进行织布,最后成形后包装入库。
有益效果:本发明与传统技术相比,质量轻,强度高,表面平滑,美观大方,适用于水利、公路、铁路等领域。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
将重量份数40份的黄红麻纤维,43份的竹纤维,2份的氧化镁和3份的改性剂加入往复式混炼挤出机中进行加热混炼,控制加热温度180~220℃,混炼2~6小时;将混炼后的混合物料从往复式混炼挤出机中挤出后进入单螺杆挤出机进行高压高温挤出,控制温度120~150摄氏度;经过高压挤出后的混合物料通过过滤器过滤杂质,然后进入纺丝设备形成纤维,并进行剪切,控制长度在150mm以下;将生成的纤维通过纺织机进行织布,最后成形后包装入库。
实施例2:
将重量份数50份的黄红麻纤维,50份的竹纤维,4份的氧化镁和2份的改性剂加入往复式混炼挤出机中进行加热混炼,控制加热温度180~220℃,混炼2~6小时;将混炼后的混合物料从往复式混炼挤出机中挤出后进入单螺杆挤出机进行高压高温挤出,控制温度120~150摄氏度;经过高压挤出后的混合物料通过过滤器过滤杂质,然后进入纺丝设备形成纤维,并进行剪切,控制长度在150mm以下;将生成的纤维通过纺织机进行织布,最后成形后包装入库。
实施例3:
将重量份数44份的黄红麻纤维,46份的竹纤维,5份的氧化镁和1份的改性剂加入往复式混炼挤出机中进行加热混炼,控制加热温度180~220℃,混炼2~6小时;将混炼后的混合物料从往复式混炼挤出机中挤出后进入单螺杆挤出机进行高压高温挤出,控制温度120~150摄氏度;经过高压挤出后的混合物料通过过滤器过滤杂质,然后进入纺丝设备形成纤维,并进行剪切,控制长度在150mm以下;将生成的纤维通过纺织机进行织布,最后成形后包装入库。

将重量份数45份的黄红麻纤维,48份的竹纤维,3份的氧化镁和2份的改性剂加入往复式混炼挤出机中进行加热混炼,控制加热温度180~220℃,混炼2~6小时;将混炼后的混合物料从往复式混炼挤出机中挤出后进入单螺杆挤出机进行高压高温挤出,控制温度120~150摄氏度;经过高压挤出后的混合物料通过过滤器过滤杂质,然后进入纺丝设备形成纤维,并进行剪切,控制长度在150mm以下;将生成的纤维通过纺织机进行织布,最后成形后包装入库。

1.一种短纤土工布,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的组分:40~50份的黄红麻纤维,40~50份的竹纤维,2~5份的氧化镁和1~3份的改性剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的短纤土工布,其特征在于,所述改性剂为氯化聚乙烯。
3.一种短纤土工布的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将各原料加入往复式混炼挤出机中进行加热混炼,控制加热温度180~220℃,混炼2~6小时;
(2)将混炼后的混合物料从往复式混炼挤出机中挤出后进入单螺杆挤出机进行高压高温挤出,控制温度120~150摄氏度;
(3)经过高压挤出后的混合物料通过过滤器过滤杂质,然后进入纺丝设备形成纤维,并进行剪切,控制长度在150mm以下;
(4)将生成的纤维通过纺织机进行织布,最后成形后包装入库。
