Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a metal part cleaning agent, and belongs to the technical field of cleaning materials.
Background
In the manufacturing process of mechanical and electronic products, the cleaning of grease and dust of metal products is indispensable, which is also one of the necessary ways for maintaining mechanical equipment. The oil stain on the mechanical parts is mainly formed by unsaponifiable oil, dust, impurities and the like. The traditional way of removing the oil stain is to adopt an organic solvent, such as diesel oil, kerosene or gasoline, which not only wastes energy, but also has potential safety hazard. In recent years, along with the enhancement of environmental awareness of people, water-based metal part cleaning agents are gradually widely applied, and along with the improvement of the mechanical automation degree of enterprises, the cleaning process is changed from a traditional hand washing mode to a mechanical automation high-pressure spray washing mode, so that the metal cleaning agent matched with the cleaning agent is required to have the performances of high efficiency, low foam and the like.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a metal part cleaning agent, which can solve the problems of poor cleaning effect, high foaming capacity, environmental pollution and the like of the existing metal part cleaning agent.
The metal part cleaning agent provided by the invention comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
further, the metal part cleaning agent comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
furthermore, the composition of the metal part cleaning agent is as follows by mass percent:
in the metal part cleaning agent, the molecular formula of the fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate is RO (CH)2CH2O)n-SO3Na, wherein n is 2 or 3, and R is 12-15 alkyl.
In the metal part cleaning agent, the sodium gluconate is used as a cleaning agent component, so that the generation of bubbles can be obviously reduced while the cleaning effect is not influenced, and the metal part cleaning agent is pollution-free and nuisanceless; the sodium gluconate is also a good all-round chelating agent, has good chelating capacity for various metal ions, and can effectively remove iron rust. Therefore, the sodium gluconate is added into the cleaning agent, so that the following defects of the existing cleaning agent are overcome: excessive foam during metal cleaning not only weakens the mechanical action, reduces cleaning efficiency, causes a large loss of cleaning solution, but also causes damage to equipment.
In the metal part cleaning agent, triethanolamine exists as a corrosion inhibitor in the water-based metal part cleaning agent, can be adsorbed on a metal/medium interface to form a compact adsorption film, and can effectively prevent water or corrosive substances from contacting the metal, so that the corrosion of the metal is inhibited, and the bright surface of the metal after cleaning is ensured without corrosion and abrasion.
The metal part cleaning agent disclosed by the invention is strong in permeability and detergency, and can effectively remove various dirt and impurities adhered to the surface of a metal part, so that the processing precision of metal equipment is guaranteed; the metal part cleaning agent disclosed by the invention has no corrosivity on metal parts, is easy to rinse, is biodegradable, and is environment-friendly and free of organic solvents such as benzene, halogenated hydrocarbon and the like and toxic and harmful substances.
