纸类快餐盒以漂白硫酸盐木浆纸板为原料,在生产与使用过程中对人体无毒、无副作用,目前被广泛推广应用,但目前存在平滑性不足的技术问题。本发明公开了一种高平滑性纸质快餐盒,其原料按重量份包括:杉木浆140‑180份,构树木浆50‑70份,椴木浆40‑50份,木质素纤维10‑16份,果胶3‑5份,海藻酸1‑2份,膨胀珍珠岩3‑5份,碳酸钠2‑4份,稳定剂2‑4份,润滑剂2‑4份,滑石粉2‑4份。本发明提出的高平滑性纸质快餐盒,所得纸质快餐盒抗张强度极高,可显著提高所得快餐盒的平滑性、防水性。

技术领域
本发明涉及快餐盒技术领域,尤其涉及一种高平滑性纸质快餐盒。
背景技术
目前,市场上普遍使用的快餐盒主要有发泡类、纸类,发泡类快餐盒已经逐渐被消费者及国家政策所不允许;纸类快餐盒以漂白硫酸盐木浆纸板为原料,在生产与使用过程中对人体无毒、无副作用,目前被广泛推广应用,但目前存在平滑性不足的技术问题。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种高平滑性纸质快餐盒,所得纸质快餐盒抗张强度极高,可显著提高所得快餐盒的平滑性、防水性。
本发明提出的一种高平滑性纸质快餐盒,其原料按重量份包括:杉木浆140-180份,构树木浆50-70份,椴木浆40-50份,木质素纤维10-16份,果胶3-5份,海藻酸1-2份,膨胀珍珠岩3-5份,碳酸钠2-4份,稳定剂2-4份,润滑剂2-4份,滑石粉2-4份。
优选地,稳定剂为硬脂酸镁、硬脂酸铝中至少一种。
优选地,润滑剂为硬脂酸酰胺、油酸酰胺、芥酸酰胺、硬脂酸正丁酯、甘油三羟硬脂酸酯、微晶石蜡中至少一种。
优选地,果胶为D-半乳聚糖、L-阿拉伯聚糖、D-半乳糖醛酸聚糖、半乳糖醛酸聚糖、半乳聚糖、阿拉伯聚糖中至少一种。
优选地,杉木浆、构树木浆、椴木浆的重量比为150-170:55-65:44-46。
优选地,木质素纤维、果胶、海藻酸、膨胀珍珠岩的重量比为12-14:3.5-4.5:1.2-1.8:3.5-4.5。
本发明采用膨胀珍珠岩配合果胶、海藻酸可有效增加平滑度和防水性能,可有效渗透入杉木浆、构树木浆、椴木浆的混合纤维间,形成高度分散的网络结构,可显著提高本发明的平滑性、防水性和抗张强度。

实施例1
一种高平滑性纸质快餐盒,其原料包括:杉木浆140g,构树木浆70g,椴木浆40g,木质素纤维16g,果胶3g,海藻酸2g,膨胀珍珠岩3g,碳酸钠4g,稳定剂2g,润滑剂4g,滑石粉2g。
实施例2
一种高平滑性纸质快餐盒,其原料包括:杉木浆180g,构树木浆50g,椴木浆50g,木质素纤维10g,果胶5g,海藻酸1g,膨胀珍珠岩5g,碳酸钠2g,稳定剂4g,润滑剂2g,滑石粉4g。

一种高平滑性纸质快餐盒,其原料包括:杉木浆150g,构树木浆65g,椴木浆44g,木质素纤维14g,果胶3.5g,海藻酸1.8g,膨胀珍珠岩3.5g,碳酸钠3.5g,稳定剂2.5g,润滑剂3.5g,滑石粉2.5g。

一种高平滑性纸质快餐盒,其原料包括:杉木浆170g,构树木浆55g,椴木浆46g,木质素纤维12g,果胶4.5g,海藻酸1.2g,膨胀珍珠岩4.5g,碳酸钠2.5g,硬脂酸铝3.5g,油酸酰胺2.5g,滑石粉3.5g。
实施例5
一种高平滑性纸质快餐盒,其原料包括:杉木浆160g,构树木浆60g,椴木浆45g,木质素纤维13g,果胶4g,海藻酸1.5g,膨胀珍珠岩4g,碳酸钠3g,硬脂酸镁3g,微晶石蜡3g,滑石粉3g。
果胶包括D-半乳聚糖、L-阿拉伯聚糖、D-半乳糖醛酸聚糖、半乳糖醛酸聚糖、半乳聚糖、阿拉伯聚糖。

2.根据权利要求1所述高平滑性纸质快餐盒,其特征在于,稳定剂为硬脂酸镁、硬脂酸铝中至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述高平滑性纸质快餐盒,其特征在于,润滑剂为硬脂酸酰胺、油酸酰胺、芥酸酰胺、硬脂酸正丁酯、甘油三羟硬脂酸酯、微晶石蜡中至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述高平滑性纸质快餐盒,其特征在于,果胶为D-半乳聚糖、L-阿拉伯聚糖、D-半乳糖醛酸聚糖、半乳糖醛酸聚糖、半乳聚糖、阿拉伯聚糖中至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述高平滑性纸质快餐盒,其特征在于,杉木浆、构树木浆、椴木浆的重量比为150-170:55-65:44-46。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述高平滑性纸质快餐盒,其特征在于,木质素纤维、果胶、海藻酸、膨胀珍珠岩的重量比为12-14:3.5-4.5:1.2-1.8:3.5-4.5。
