本发明公开了一种阻燃电缆料,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:聚氯乙烯树脂90-100,高密度聚乙烯HDPE12-15,二辛酯1.2-2.4、苯二甲酸二丁酯1-2、碳酸钙10-15,改性电石渣粉30-40,复合阻燃剂38-45,CH402钙锌稳定剂2-4、抗氧剂1076?0.4-1.2,沉淀法白炭黑1-4,抗氧剂1010?0.5-1、抗氧剂DLTP?0.3-1.2。

技术领域
本发明涉及电缆料领域,确切地说是一种阻燃电缆料。
背景技术
聚氯乙烯电缆料即PVC电缆料品质的优劣,根本上是由PVC电缆料配方以及所选用的原料来决定的。随着PVC的各种助剂和填充物的不断更新和发展,也使得PVC电缆料的配方不断完善和提高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种阻燃电缆料
上述目的通过以下方案实现:
一种阻燃电缆料,其特征在于:其是由下述重量份的原料制得:聚氯乙烯树脂90-100,高密度聚乙烯HDPE12-15,二辛酯1.2-2.4、苯二甲酸二丁酯1-2、碳酸钙10-15,改性电石渣粉30-40,复合阻燃剂38-45,CH402钙锌稳定剂2-4、抗氧剂10760.4-1.2,沉淀法白炭黑1-4,抗氧剂10100.5-1、抗氧剂DLTP0.3-1.2;
所述的改性电石渣的制备方法为:
(1)首先,取电石渣粉碎,过60-100目筛,再加入为电石渣质量9-12倍的去离子水里,于60-70℃下搅拌均匀后,浸泡8-12小时后,1700-2300r/min离心处理12-15min,干燥;
(2)将步骤(1)干燥后的电石渣在闪烧窑中600-800℃闪烧15-20秒,再向电石渣中倒入相当于电石渣重量4-5倍的浓度3-4mol/L的盐酸溶液中,于35-45℃下,搅拌10-20分钟,再浸泡3-5h,1900-2800r/min离心处理10-19min、去离子水洗涤、烘干,粉碎,过60-100目筛;
(3)反应釜预热至60-70℃,然后在步骤(2)处理后的电石渣中加入相当于其重量1-3%的纳米二氧化硅、1-1.8%的纳米二氯化锡、1-2%的硅烷偶联剂KH570搅拌均匀后,装入反应釜,然后升温至90-95℃时,保温4-8分钟,再加入当于电石渣重量0.2-0.4%的烷基糖苷,0.3-0.5%的硬脂酸钙,0.3-0.5%的聚磷酸铵,升温至120-130℃,保温8-15分钟,冷却至55-65℃,保温5-7分钟,即得。
所述的一种阻燃电缆料,其特征在于:
制备方法为:
(1)取硼酸锌40-50份、氢氧化铝13-15份、氢氧化镁11-12份、硬脂酸钙1-3份混匀,于30-45℃下加入1-2份油酸,0.1-0.2份柠檬酸三丁酯,0.1-0.2份氮化铝,以及适量水,搅拌均匀后,40-45℃下烘干,得复合阻燃剂备用;
(2)将各原料混匀,加入双螺杆挤出机混炼、造粒,控制温度140-170℃,得到成品。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明具有优异的阻燃性能和绝缘性能,延长了电缆的使用寿命。
具体实施方式
一种阻燃电缆料,其是由下述重量份(kg)的原料制得:聚氯乙烯树脂100,高密度聚乙烯HDPE14,二辛酯1.8、苯二甲酸二丁酯1.2、碳酸钙13,改性电石渣粉40,复合阻燃剂39,CH402钙锌稳定剂3、抗氧剂10760.8,沉淀法白炭黑2,抗氧剂10100.7、抗氧剂DLTP0.6;
所述的改性电石渣的制备方法为:
(1)首先,取电石渣粉碎,过100目筛,再加入为电石渣质量12倍的去离子水里,于65℃下搅拌均匀后,浸泡12小时后,1800r/min离心处理15min,干燥;
(2)将步骤(1)干燥后的电石渣在闪烧窑中700℃闪烧20秒,再向电石渣中倒入相当于电石渣重量5倍的浓度3mol/L的盐酸溶液中,于45℃下,搅拌18分钟,再浸泡5h,2800r/min离心处理19min、去离子水洗涤、烘干,粉碎,过100目筛;
(3)反应釜预热至70℃,然后在步骤(2)处理后的电石渣中加入相当于其重量1.3%的纳米二氧化硅、1.8%的纳米二氯化锡、1%的硅烷偶联剂KH570搅拌均匀后,装入反应釜,然后升温至95℃时,保温5分钟,再加入当于电石渣重量0.4%的烷基糖苷,0.5%的硬脂酸钙,0.3%的聚磷酸铵,升温至130℃,保温8分钟,冷却至65℃,保温5分钟,即得。
所述的一种阻燃电缆料,
制备方法为:
(1)取硼酸锌40份(kg)、氢氧化铝15份、氢氧化镁12份、硬脂酸钙3份混匀,于45℃下加入2份油酸,0.2份柠檬酸三丁酯,0.2份氮化铝,以及适量水,搅拌均匀后,45℃下烘干,得复合阻燃剂备用;
(2)将各原料混匀,加入双螺杆挤出机混炼、造粒,控制温度170℃,得到成品。
将本实施例进行性能测试,所得数据如下:
从本实施例测试结果可见,本发明的产品经过100℃×168h的老化和80℃×6h高温压力试验,其机械物理性能变化符合相应标注要求,具有良好的物理机械性能,满足不同温度环境变化的需求。
Claims (1)
