背景技术
陶瓷瓷砖由于具有独特的装饰效果,应用于内外墙装饰具有悠久的历史,但陶瓷瓷砖是刚性饰面砖,环境温度的变化易造成瓷砖膨胀或收缩,使粘接界面材料产生疲劳,导致瓷砖从墙体脱落,给群众的生命财产安全带来隐患。因此,一种可广泛替代瓷砖应用于建筑外墙装饰的柔性饰面砖应运而生。柔性饰面砖是一种采用天然矿砂、耐碱性强及抗紫外线强的材料等制成的新型内外墙饰面装饰材料,是理想的传统装饰建材瓷质面砖的替代材料,适用于混凝土、砌块等各种新建墙体、外墙外保温系统以及既有建筑的节能与饰面改造。但是现有的柔性饰面砖多存在抗压、耐磨效果差的问题,影响其使用寿命。如公开号为CN101994380A的发明专利,提供了一种柔性外墙饰面砖,包括面层、基层和处于基层中的加强层构成,但该饰面砖在应用中,仍存在强度较小、且清洁效果差的问题。
发明内容
本发明针对现有柔性饰面砖抗压、耐磨效果差等问题,提供一种环保型透水柔性饰面砖,以工业固废为主要原料,节能环保,并具有良好的透水效果和自洁效果。
本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种环保型透水柔性饰面砖,该柔性饰面砖包括以下重量份的原料:建筑废料100-180份,粉煤灰40-60份,硅微粉10-20份,石英砂5-10份,纳米碳酸钙3-9份,含氟聚丙烯酸酯弹性乳液10-20份,碳酸钡7-14份,纳米二氧化钛2-8份,陶粒5-10份,氧化锆4-12份,聚丙烯纤维3-9份,粘结剂2-6份。
进一步的,柔性饰面砖包括以下重量份的原料:建筑废料140份,粉煤灰50份,硅微粉15份,石英砂8份,纳米碳酸钙6份,含氟丙烯酸酯弹性乳液15份,碳酸钡10份,纳米二氧化钛5份,陶粒8份,氧化锆8份,聚丙烯纤维6份,粘结剂4份。
进一步的,粘结剂由30%烧结刚玉、20%无机凝胶、10%玻璃纤维、10%碳纤维、30%羟丙基甲基纤维素醚组成。粘结剂的粘结强度大,可有效传递应力,阻止裂纹扩散,从而起到良好的抗裂作用。

(1)将建筑废料和粉煤灰混合后加入振捣机中震碎,筛分得到混合物A;

(3)将混合物B加入混合物A中,再加入陶粒、氧化锆、聚丙烯纤维和粘结剂,置于混炼机中混炼,混炼温度为220℃,时间70min,得到混合物C;
(4)将混合物C注入饰面砖模具中固化成型,固化时间为0.5h,得到饰面砖毛坯;
(5)将饰面砖毛坯加入烧结炉中烧结成型,烧结温度1400℃,烧结时间5h,保温时间70min,得到柔性饰面砖。
实施例3
一种环保型透水柔性饰面砖,该柔性饰面砖包括以下重量份的原料:建筑废料110份,粉煤灰40份,硅微粉12份,石英砂5份,纳米碳酸钙4份,含氟聚丙烯酸酯弹性乳液10份,碳酸钡7份,纳米二氧化钛2份,陶粒6份,氧化锆6份,聚丙烯纤维4份,粘结剂3份。
本实施例的环保型透水柔性饰面砖,通过以下步骤制备:
(1)将建筑废料和粉煤灰混合后加入振捣机中震碎,筛分得到混合物A;
(2)将硅微粉、石英砂、纳米碳酸钙、含氟聚丙烯酸酯弹性乳液、碳酸钡、纳米二氧化钛混合后加入搅拌釜中搅拌,搅拌速率为2200r/min,时间为25min,得到混合物B;
(3)将混合物B加入混合物A中,再加入陶粒、氧化锆、聚丙烯纤维和粘结剂,置于混炼机中混炼,混炼温度为190℃,时间45min,得到混合物C;
(4)将混合物C注入饰面砖模具中固化成型,固化时间为0.5h,得到饰面砖毛坯;
(5)将饰面砖毛坯加入烧结炉中烧结成型,烧结温度1250℃,烧结时间3.5h,保温时间70min,得到柔性饰面砖。
实施例4
一种环保型透水柔性饰面砖,该柔性饰面砖包括以下重量份的原料:建筑废料180份,粉煤灰55份,硅微粉20份,石英砂9份,纳米碳酸钙7份,含氟聚丙烯酸酯弹性乳液16份,碳酸钡12份,纳米二氧化钛7份,陶粒9份,氧化锆10份,聚丙烯纤维7份,粘结剂5份。
本实施例的环保型透水柔性饰面砖,通过以下步骤制备:
(1)将建筑废料和粉煤灰混合后加入振捣机中震碎,筛分得到混合物A;
(2)将硅微粉、石英砂、纳米碳酸钙、含氟聚丙烯酸酯弹性乳液、碳酸钡、纳米二氧化钛混合后加入搅拌釜中搅拌,搅拌速率为2800r/min,时间为35min,得到混合物B;
(3)将混合物B加入混合物A中,再加入陶粒、氧化锆、聚丙烯纤维和粘结剂,置于混炼机中混炼,混炼温度为210℃,时间65min,得到混合物C;
(4)将混合物C注入饰面砖模具中固化成型,固化时间为1h,得到饰面砖毛坯;
(5)将饰面砖毛坯加入烧结炉中烧结成型,烧结温度1350℃,烧结时间4.5h,保温时间70min,得到柔性饰面砖。
实施例5
一种环保型透水柔性饰面砖,该柔性饰面砖包括以下重量份的原料:建筑废料130份,粉煤灰55份,硅微粉14份,石英砂7份,纳米碳酸钙4份,含氟聚丙烯酸酯弹性乳液16份,碳酸钡14份,纳米二氧化钛3份,陶粒10份,氧化锆7份,聚丙烯纤维3份,粘结剂5份。
本实施例的环保型透水柔性饰面砖,通过以下步骤制备:
(1)将建筑废料和粉煤灰混合后加入振捣机中震碎,筛分得到混合物A;
(2)将硅微粉、石英砂、纳米碳酸钙、含氟聚丙烯酸酯弹性乳液、碳酸钡、纳米二氧化钛混合后加入搅拌釜中搅拌,搅拌速率为2600r/min,时间为32min,得到混合物B;
(3)将混合物B加入混合物A中,再加入陶粒、氧化锆、聚丙烯纤维和粘结剂,置于混炼机中混炼,混炼温度为210℃,时间50min,得到混合物C;
(4)将混合物C注入饰面砖模具中固化成型,固化时间为0.5h,得到饰面砖毛坯;
(5)将饰面砖毛坯加入烧结炉中烧结成型,烧结温度1280℃,烧结时间5h,保温时间70min,得到柔性饰面砖。
实施例6
一种环保型透水柔性饰面砖,该柔性饰面砖包括以下重量份的原料:建筑废料140份,粉煤灰50份,硅微粉15份,石英砂8份,纳米碳酸钙6份,含氟聚丙烯酸酯弹性乳液15份,碳酸钡10份,纳米二氧化钛5份,陶粒8份,氧化锆8份,聚丙烯纤维6份,粘结剂4份。
本实施例的环保型透水柔性饰面砖,通过以下步骤制备:
(1)将建筑废料和粉煤灰混合后加入振捣机中震碎,筛分得到混合物A;
(2)将硅微粉、石英砂、纳米碳酸钙、含氟聚丙烯酸酯弹性乳液、碳酸钡、纳米二氧化钛混合后加入搅拌釜中搅拌,搅拌速率为2500r/min,时间为30min,得到混合物B;
(3)将混合物B加入混合物A中,再加入陶粒、氧化锆、聚丙烯纤维和粘结剂,置于混炼机中混炼,混炼温度为200℃,时间55min,得到混合物C;
(4)将混合物C注入饰面砖模具中固化成型,固化时间为1h,得到饰面砖毛坯;
(5)将饰面砖毛坯加入烧结炉中烧结成型,烧结温度1300℃,烧结时间4h,保温时间70min,得到柔性饰面砖。
将实施例1-6中制得的柔性饰面砖性能进行测试,结果如表1所示。

由表1可知,本发明制得的柔性饰面砖具有良好的抗压强度和耐磨性能,饰面砖具有一定的孔隙率,能达到很好的透水效果。同时具有优异的抗菌自洁性能,环保性能佳。且柔性饰面砖的制备工艺简单,通过各原料的搅拌混合,固化烧结,即可得到,有利于大规模推广应用。

Claims (9)

1.一种环保型透水柔性饰面砖,其特征在于,所述柔性饰面砖包括以下重量份的原料:建筑废料100-180份,粉煤灰40-60份,硅微粉10-20份,石英砂5-10份,纳米碳酸钙3-9份,含氟聚丙烯酸酯弹性乳液10-20份,碳酸钡7-14份,纳米二氧化钛2-8份,陶粒5-10份,氧化锆4-12份,聚丙烯纤维3-9份,粘结剂2-6份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保型透水柔性饰面砖,其特征在于,所述柔性饰面砖包括以下重量份的原料:建筑废料140份,粉煤灰50份,硅微粉15份,石英砂8份,纳米碳酸钙6份,含氟丙烯酸酯弹性乳液15份,碳酸钡10份,纳米二氧化钛5份,陶粒8份,氧化锆8份,聚丙烯纤维6份,粘结剂4份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的环保型透水柔性饰面砖,其特征在于,所述粘结剂由30%烧结刚玉、20%无机凝胶、10%玻璃纤维、10%碳纤维、30%羟丙基甲基纤维素醚组成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的环保型透水柔性饰面砖,其特征在于,所述含氟聚丙烯酸酯弹性乳液为含氟丙烯酸酯单体或含氟甲基丙烯酸酯单体与丙烯酸酯或甲基丙烯酸酯共聚形成的共聚物水性乳液。
5.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的环保型透水柔性饰面砖,其特征在于,通过以下步骤制备:
(1)将建筑废料和粉煤灰混合后加入振捣机中震碎,筛分得到混合物A;
(2)将硅微粉、石英砂、纳米碳酸钙、含氟聚丙烯酸酯弹性乳液、碳酸钡、纳米二氧化钛混合后加入搅拌釜中搅拌,得到混合物B;
(3)将混合物B加入混合物A中,再加入陶粒、氧化锆、聚丙烯纤维和粘结剂,置于混炼机中混炼,得到混合物C;
(4)将混合物C注入饰面砖模具中固化成型,得到饰面砖毛坯;
(5)将饰面砖毛坯加入烧结炉中烧结成型,得到柔性饰面砖。
6.根据权利要求5所述的环保型透水柔性饰面砖,其特征在于,步骤(2)中的搅拌速率为2000-3000r/min,时间为20-40min。
7.根据权利要求5所述的环保型透水柔性饰面砖,其特征在于,步骤(3)中混炼温度为180-220℃,时间40-70min。
8.根据权利要求5所述的环保型透水柔性饰面砖,其特征在于,步骤(4)中固化时间为0.5-1h。
9.根据权利要求5所述的环保型透水柔性饰面砖,其特征在于,步骤(5)中烧结温度1200-1400℃,烧结时间3-5h,保温时间70min。
