本发明公开了一种覆膜超面积的电热丝加热型防水卷材,防水卷材的左右连接端处平行设置有对接斜面,防水卷材包括:多层布料组成的基布层,多层布料之间通过线料穿设连接;基布层的上下两侧面均粘接有在设定温度下具有流动性的防水层,防水层包括玻璃丝布以及涂覆在玻璃丝布表面的改性沥青;基布层上侧面的防水层表面粘接有防水膜层,防水膜层与防水层之间交错粘接,超出防水层的防水膜层端部的底面涂覆胶粘剂,且胶粘剂表面覆盖有防粘膜;对接斜面上涂覆有粘胶层,粘胶层外面具有塑料覆膜,穿插于所述基布层下侧面的防水层内的多根电热丝,能够改善连接处会出现凸梗的问题,并改善施工不便的缺陷。

一种覆膜超面积的电热丝加热型防水卷材
技术领域
本发明涉及防水材料技术领域,特别涉及一种覆膜超面积的电热丝加热型防水卷材。
背景技术
防水卷材,主要是用于建筑墙体、屋面、以及隧道、公路、垃圾填埋场等处,起到抵御外界雨水,地下水渗漏的一种可卷曲成卷状的柔性建材产品,作为工程基础与建筑物之间无渗漏连接,是整个工程防水的第一道屏障,对整个工程起着至关重要的作用。
目前的防水卷材各处厚度均匀一致,在铺设防水卷材时,为了保证连接处的密封性,一般将相邻的防水卷材边缘搭接,这样会导致连接处形成凸梗,影响平整度和美观度,且防水卷材在水平面施工的状况下,施工后,容易造成积水。
此外,一般来说卷材本体具有热熔性,这样的防水卷材在施工时往往需要加热,或者铺设粘接剂,具有施工不便的缺陷。
综上所述,如何改善防水卷材铺设时,连接处会出现凸梗的问题,提高铺设平整度和美观度,改善施工后表面积水的问题,并改善其施工不便的缺陷,成为本领域技术人员亟待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种覆膜超面积的电热丝加热型防水卷材,能够改善防水卷材铺设时,连接处会出现凸梗的问题,提高铺设平整度和美观度,改善施工后表面积水的问题,并改善其施工不便的缺陷。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了如下技术方案:
一种覆膜超面积的电热丝加热型防水卷材,所述防水卷材的左右连接端处平行设置有对接斜面,所述防水卷材包括:
多层布料组成的基布层,多层所述布料之间通过线料穿设连接;
所述基布层的上下两侧面均粘接有在设定温度下具有流动性的防水层,所述防水层包括玻璃丝布以及涂覆在所述玻璃丝布表面的改性沥青;
所述基布层上侧面的防水层表面粘接有防水膜层,所述防水膜层与防水层之间交错粘接,防水膜层的一端超出防水层的端部,另一端处使防水层裸露在外,超出防水层的防水膜层端部的底面涂覆胶粘剂,且胶粘剂表面覆盖有防粘膜;
所述对接斜面上涂覆有粘胶层,所述粘胶层外面具有塑料覆膜;
穿插于所述基布层下侧面的防水层内的多根电热丝,所述电热丝穿插于玻璃丝布底面的改性沥青内,且所有电热丝的一端在防水层长度方向上的一侧,所有电热丝的另一端在防水层长度方向上的另一侧。
优选的,所述基布层与防水层之间热压粘接在一起。
优选的,所述防水膜层为聚四氟乙烯层。
优选的,所述线料为尼龙线。
本发明所提供的覆膜超面积的电热丝加热型防水卷材,其基布层由多层布料通过线料穿设连接,在基布层的上下两侧面处均设置防水层,其防水层包括玻璃丝布以及涂覆在所述玻璃丝布表面的改性沥青,改性沥青在高于160-190℃的温度下具有流动性,玻璃丝布可以提高防水层的结构强度,增加防水层的柔韧度,在制作防水卷材的过程中,改性沥青以流体形式和基布层接触,可顺着穿线孔和布料本身的孔隙到达相邻层布料之间的空腔内,增加与基布层的接触面积,从而使防水层与基布层的粘接更加牢固,防水膜层的设置可有效做好防水卷材的第一道防水屏障,此外,防水卷材的左右连接端处平行设置有对接斜面,且对接斜面上涂覆有粘胶层,在防水卷材铺设时,通过斜面结构搭接,可进一步改善连接处出现凸梗的现象,使连接更平整,连接斜坡处涂覆粘胶层,可实现快速对接,塑料覆膜起到保护粘胶层的作用,防水卷材对接时应撕下,防水膜层与基布层上侧的防水层之间交错粘接,相邻的防水卷材对接时,超出防水层一端的防水膜层可通过胶粘剂粘接于相邻卷材裸露的防水层上,可将对接的防水卷材之间的连接缝覆盖,增加防水严密性,胶粘剂上的防粘膜在使用时应撕下,此外,在防水卷材底面处的防水层内设置电热丝,这个结构的设置可以使得防水卷材在铺设时无需加热,施工方便,又能增强防水卷材的整体强度,施工时,将防水卷材铺设在要施工的部位,电热丝的端头通电,防水卷材底面的防水层就熔化了,不用另外加热,可进一步改善施工环境,避免工作人员长时间被高温烘烤。

本发明的核心是提供一种覆膜超面积的电热丝加热型防水卷材,能够改善防水卷材铺设时,连接处会出现凸梗的问题,提高铺设平整度和美观度,改善施工后表面积水的问题,并改善其施工不便的缺陷。

本发明所提供的覆膜超面积的电热丝加热型防水卷材,防水卷材的左右连接端处平行设置有对接斜面1,防水卷材包括:多层布料组成的基布层2,多层布料之间通过线料3穿设连接;基布层的上下两侧面均粘接有在设定温度下具有流动性的防水层4,防水层包括玻璃丝布41以及涂覆在玻璃丝布表面的改性沥青42;基布层上侧面的防水层表面粘接有防水膜层5,防水膜层与防水层之间交错粘接,防水膜层的一端超出防水层的端部,另一端处使防水层裸露在外,超出防水层的防水膜层端部的底面涂覆胶粘剂51,且胶粘剂表面覆盖有防粘膜52;对接斜面上涂覆有粘胶层6,粘胶层外面具有塑料覆膜7;穿插于基布层下侧面的防水层内的多根电热丝8,电热丝穿插于玻璃丝布底面的改性沥青内,且所有电热丝的一端在防水层长度方向上的一侧,所有电热丝的另一端在防水层长度方向上的另一侧。

本发明所提供的具体实施例中,覆膜超面积的电热丝加热型防水卷材,其基布层与防水层之间热压粘接在一起,具体的,防水膜层为聚四氟乙烯层,线料为尼龙线。

1.一种覆膜超面积的电热丝加热型防水卷材,其特征在于,所述防水卷材的左右连接端处平行设置有对接斜面,所述防水卷材包括:
多层布料组成的基布层,多层所述布料之间通过线料穿设连接;
所述基布层的上下两侧面均粘接有在设定温度下具有流动性的防水层,所述防水层包括玻璃丝布以及涂覆在所述玻璃丝布表面的改性沥青;
所述基布层上侧面的防水层表面粘接有防水膜层,所述防水膜层与防水层之间交错粘接,防水膜层的一端超出防水层的端部,另一端处使防水层裸露在外,超出防水层的防水膜层端部的底面涂覆胶粘剂,且胶粘剂表面覆盖有防粘膜;
所述对接斜面上涂覆有粘胶层,所述粘胶层外面具有塑料覆膜;
穿插于所述基布层下侧面的防水层内的多根电热丝,所述电热丝穿插于玻璃丝布底面的改性沥青内,且所有电热丝的一端在防水层长度方向上的一侧,所有电热丝的另一端在防水层长度方向上的另一侧。
2.如权利要求1所述的覆膜超面积的电热丝加热型防水卷材,其特征在于,所述基布层与防水层之间热压粘接在一起。
3.如权利要求1所述的覆膜超面积的电热丝加热型防水卷材,其特征在于,所述防水膜层为聚四氟乙烯层。
4.如权利要求1所述的覆膜超面积的电热丝加热型防水卷材,其特征在于,所述线料为尼龙线。
