Abstract

本发明公开了一种缓解家畜屠宰前禁食应激的抗应激剂及其制备方法,所述的抗应激剂按重量百分比计含有20‑50%的葡萄糖、5‑20%的胍基乙酸、5‑15%的谷氨酰胺、5‑10%的L‑赖氨酸、5‑10%的L‑抗坏血酸、5‑10%的甜菜碱、1‑5%氯化钾、1‑5%单宁、1‑5%柠檬酸钾、0‑5%丙酸钙、0‑5%丁酸钠、0‑5%双乙酸钠、0‑5%乳酸、1‑2%新甲基橙皮苷二氢查耳酮。按照0.01‑5%的重量百分含量将所述抗应激剂添加到屠宰前禁食家畜的饮水中。家畜饮用本发明的抗应激剂,能明提高肉水分含量,减少屠宰前综合应激反应,减少失重,减少经济损失。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种缓解家畜屠宰前禁食应激的抗应激剂及其制备方法,属于畜禽养殖技术领域。
背景技术
家畜屠宰前通常禁食不禁水数小时以减少胴体微生物污染。禁食后家畜会出现应激反应,增加胴体水分流失,降低肉品质,增加体重损失,最终增加经济损失。如何缓解屠宰前禁食过程中的应激反应已成为目前家畜养殖行业急需解决的问题之一。养殖场通常在禁食前向饲料中添加抗应激药物减少应激反应,但禁食后没有饲料摄入,应激反应未得到根本解决。因此,开发一种安全无毒的抗应激剂具有现实意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于减少家畜屠宰前禁食应激,提供一种缓解家畜屠宰前禁食应激的抗应激剂及其制备方法,可以提高了肉品质,减少屠宰前综合应激反应,减少失重,减少经济损失。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采取的技术方案是:
一种缓解家畜屠宰前禁食应激的抗应激剂及其制备方法,其特征在于:按重量百分比计,其含有20-50%的葡萄糖、5-20%的胍基乙酸、5-15%的谷氨酰胺、5-10%的L-赖氨酸、5-10%的L-抗坏血酸、5-10%的甜菜碱、1-5%氯化钾、1-5%单宁、1-5%柠檬酸钾、0-5%丙酸钙、0-5%丁酸钠、0-5%双乙酸钠、0-5%乳酸、1-2%新甲基橙皮苷二氢查耳酮。
优选地,所述的缓解家畜屠宰前禁食应激的抗应激剂,按重量百分比计,其含有35%葡萄糖、15%胍基乙酸、12%谷氨酰胺、8%L-赖氨酸、7%L-抗坏血酸、8%甜菜碱、2%氯化钾、3%单宁、2%柠檬酸钾、3%丙酸钙、1%丁酸钠、1%双乙酸钠、2%乳酸、1%新甲基橙皮苷二氢查耳酮。
上述缓解家畜屠宰前禁食应激的抗应激剂在家畜饮水中的应用,其特征在于,按照0.01-5%的重量百分含量将所述抗应激剂添加到家畜饮水中。
优选地,上述缓解家畜屠宰前禁食应激的抗应激剂按照1%或2%的重量百分含量将所述抗应激剂添加到家畜饮水中。
本发明所述缓解家畜屠宰前禁食应激的抗应激剂的应用,应用于非反刍家畜,尤其是猪、犬、驴、兔,特别是规模化养殖的生猪。
上述抗应激剂中的有效成分能为禁食后的家畜提供能量,减少家畜水分流失,减少体重损失,缓解应激反应。葡萄糖和胍基乙酸甘氨酸能为家畜活动提供能量;谷氨酰胺、赖氨酸、甜菜碱和L-抗坏血酸能具有改善肉风味、安神镇定、抗应激和抗疲劳的作用;单宁和氯化钾具有收敛作用,能减少机体水分流失,减少体重损失;柠檬酸钾、丙酸钙、丁酸钠、双乙酸钠和乳酸能够降低胃肠道pH值,减少肠道微生物数量,也可作为防腐保鲜剂,提高抗应激剂保存时间;新甲基橙皮苷二氢查耳酮可以提高香甜味。

一种缓解家畜屠宰前禁食应激的抗应激剂及其制备方法,所述的抗应激剂,按重量百分比计,其含有35%葡萄糖、15%胍基乙酸、12%谷氨酰胺、8%L-赖氨酸、7%L-抗坏血酸、8%甜菜碱、2%氯化钾、3%单宁、2%柠檬酸钾、3%丙酸钙、1%丁酸钠、1%双乙酸钠、2%乳酸、1%新甲基橙皮苷二氢查耳酮。
将上述缓解家畜屠宰前禁食应激的抗应激剂按照1%的重量百分含量将所述抗应激剂添加到家畜饮水中。
实施例2
一种缓解家畜屠宰前禁食应激的抗应激剂及其制备方法,所述的抗应激剂,按重量百分比计,其含有40%葡萄糖、10%胍基乙酸、10%谷氨酰胺、7%L-赖氨酸、8%L-抗坏血酸、9%甜菜碱、3%氯化钾、2%单宁、2%柠檬酸钾、2%丙酸钙、2%丁酸钠、2%双乙酸钠、1%乳酸、1%新甲基橙皮苷二氢查耳酮。
将上述缓解家畜屠宰前禁食应激的抗应激剂按照2%的重量百分含量将所述抗应激剂添加到家畜饮水中。
实施例3
一种缓解家畜屠宰前禁食应激的抗应激剂及其制备方法,所述的抗应激剂,按重量百分比计,其含有50%葡萄糖、5%胍基乙酸、5%谷氨酰胺、5%L-赖氨酸、10%L-抗坏血酸、5%甜菜碱、5%氯化钾、5%单宁、5%柠檬酸钾、0%丙酸钙、0%丁酸钠、0%双乙酸钠、5%乳酸、0%新甲基橙皮苷二氢查耳酮。
将上述缓解家畜屠宰前禁食应激的抗应激剂按照0.01%的重量百分含量将所述抗应激剂添加到家畜饮水中。
实施例4
一种缓解家畜屠宰前禁食应激的抗应激剂及其制备方法,所述的抗应激剂,按重量百分比计,其含有20%葡萄糖、20%胍基乙酸、15%谷氨酰胺、10%L-赖氨酸、5%L-抗坏血酸、10%甜菜碱、1%氯化钾、1%单宁、1%柠檬酸钾、5%丙酸钙、5%丁酸钠、5%双乙酸钠、0%乳酸、2%新甲基橙皮苷二氢查耳酮。
将上述缓解家畜屠宰前禁食应激的抗应激剂按照5%的重量百分含量将所述抗应激剂添加到家畜饮水中。
生猪饮水实验
选取75只42日龄左右的体重基本一致的生猪随机分为5组,试验开始时5组生猪分别称重后禁食,对照组生猪饮用正常水,试验Ⅰ组生猪饮用实施例1 制备的抗应激剂,试验Ⅱ组生猪饮用实施例2制备的抗应激剂,试验Ⅲ组生猪饮用实施例3 制备的抗应激剂,试验Ⅳ组生猪饮用实施例4 制备的抗应激剂。禁食12小时后记录试验结束的生猪体重,计算体重损失。试验结果见下表。
从表中数据可以看出,与对照组相比,试验组生猪饮用实施例1-4 制备的抗应激剂均能显减少体重损失。

1.一种缓解家畜屠宰前禁食应激的抗应激剂及其制备方法,其特征在于:按重量百分比计,其含有20-50%的葡萄糖、5-20%的胍基乙酸、5-15%的谷氨酰胺、5-10%的L-赖氨酸、5-10%的L-抗坏血酸、5-10%的甜菜碱、1-5%氯化钾、1-5%单宁、1-5%柠檬酸钾、0-5%丙酸钙、0-5%丁酸钠、0-5%双乙酸钠、0-5%乳酸、1-2%新甲基橙皮苷二氢查耳酮。
2.根据权利要求1所述的缓解家畜屠宰前禁食应激的抗应激剂,其特征在于:按重量百分比计,其含有35%葡萄糖、15%胍基乙酸、12%谷氨酰胺、8%L-赖氨酸、7%L-抗坏血酸、8%甜菜碱、2%氯化钾、3%单宁、2%柠檬酸钾、3%丙酸钙、1%丁酸钠、1%双乙酸钠、2%乳酸、1%新甲基橙皮苷二氢查耳酮。

4.权利要求1-3任一项所述缓解家畜屠宰前禁食应激的抗应激剂在家畜饮水中的应用,其特征在于,按照0.01-5%的重量百分含量将所述抗应激剂添加到屠宰前禁食家畜的饮水中。
5.权利要求4所述缓解家畜屠宰前禁食应激的抗应激剂在家畜饮水中的应用,其特征在于,按照1%的重量百分含量将所述抗应激剂添加到家畜饮水中。
6.权利要求4所述缓解家畜屠宰前禁食应激的抗应激剂在家畜饮水中的应用,其特征在于,按照2%的重量百分含量将所述抗应激剂添加到家畜饮水中。
7.权利要求1-6任一项所述缓解家畜屠宰前禁食应激的抗应激剂的应用,其特征在于,应用于非反刍家畜,尤其是猪、犬、驴、兔,特别是规模化养殖的生猪。
