Detailed Description
The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the attached drawings and detailed description:
as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the escapement speed regulation module of the wristwatch of the present invention comprises an escapement speed regulation mechanism, a lower plate member 7, an escapement plate member 8, a fork plate member 9, a swing plate member 10, and a nail tube 17; the escapement speed regulating mechanism is arranged on the lower clamping plate part 7 through a jewel bearing, the escapement clamping plate part 8 and the fork clamping plate part 9 respectively support part parts of the escapement speed regulating mechanism and control the axial distance of the corresponding parts, the swing clamping plate part 10 and the lower clamping plate part 7 are combined into a whole through the position nail pipe 17 and the clamping plate screw 19, and the speed regulating module is directly assembled into the watch movement as a whole and can be assembled and disassembled integrally.
When two laterally symmetrical fixing clips 21 are added, the nail tube 17 is connected to the lower clip part 7 and the swing clip part 10 by clip screws 19 through the fixing clips 21. The fixed clamping plate 21 is a connecting piece between the speed regulation module and the base plate part 22, and can be an independent part, or can be connected with the base plate part 22 by changing the clamping plate shape in the speed regulation module, and making the clamping plate and the fixed clamping plate 21 into an integrated structure to replace the fixed clamping plate 21.
The escapement speed regulating mechanism comprises an escapement wheel part 2, an escapement fork part 5 and a balance wheel assembly 6; the escape wheel component 2 comprises an escape wheel plate 3 and an escape tooth shaft 4 which are integrally pressed together. The axial clearance of the escape wheel member 2 is controlled by the escape plate member 8 and the lower plate member 7. The axial clearance of pallet fork 5 is controlled by lower plate member 7 and fork plate member 9, while the axial clearance of balance wheel assembly 6 is controlled by lower plate member 7, balance plate member 9, position pin tube 17, together with fixed plate 21, and fixed by plate screw 19.
It is worth noting that: in the wristwatch, the escapement mechanism is used for periodically transmitting energy of an energy source to the vibration system so as to maintain the vibration not damped by the vibration system, and transmitting the vibration times of the vibration system to the indicating device so as to achieve the purpose of measuring time. The output of the original energy source in the watch is one-way because the spring is released to drive the gear to rotate. It is known from the principle of the escapement that escape wheel and wheel component 2 can only rotate unidirectionally with respect to escape wheel and wheel component 5.
The application of the escapement speed regulation module to realize the watch assembly direction selection is now described.
The clockwise rotation of escape wheel member 2 in the drawings will now be described as an example:
the invention discloses a mechanism for realizing the selective assembly direction of a watch by utilizing an escapement speed regulation module, which comprises the escapement speed regulation module, a transmission mechanism and a substrate; the escapement speed regulation module is connected with the base plate part 22 into a whole through the fixed clamping plate 21; the base plate member 22 is formed by laminating a base plate 23 and two pins 18, and two screw holes a, b are formed in the base plate 23. The base plate 23 is symmetrically formed with a through hole or a slot for mounting the escapement speed regulating module in the Y-axis direction, and the escapement speed regulating module can be freely mounted between the watch assembly surface and the watch surface in a switching manner. The transmission mechanism comprises a four-wheel component 12, a intermediate wheel component 15, wherein the four-wheel component 12 is formed by laminating three-wheel pieces 11, four-wheel pieces 13 and four-tooth shafts 14 into a whole, and the two four-wheel pieces 13 and intermediate wheel shafts 16 are formed by laminating two four-wheel pieces 13 and intermediate wheel shafts 16 into a whole; the three-wheel piece 11 is meshed with the four-tooth shaft 14, and the intermediate wheel component 15 idles or participates in transmission according to the installation direction of the escapement speed regulating module; the intermediate wheel part 15 enables the one-way release of the barrel and the one-way rotation of the escapement speed regulating module. It should be noted that the transmission of the intermediate wheel part 15 is satisfied, the escapement gear shafts 4 in the escapement speed regulating module 1 with different reversing surfaces are located at different heights, so that the heights of the meshing gears of the next stage are different, and the intermediate transmission of the intermediate wheel part 15 compensates the height difference on one hand and satisfies the unidirectional rotation requirement of the barrel unidirectional releasing and escapement structure on the other hand.
Example 1, application of escapement governor module when mounted on an assembly surface.
As shown in fig. 3, 5 and 9, the speed regulation module 1 is positioned by two pins 18 and is fastened by two fixing screws 20 through these two screw holes. Combining fig. 3 with fig. 5: three wheels 11 at B3, four wheels 12 at B4', intermediate wheel 15 at B4', escape wheel 2 in the speed regulation module 1, pallet 5 in the speed regulation module 1, and balance wheel 6 in the speed regulation module 1 at B7. Four-wheel piece 13 and four-tooth shaft 14 are pressed together to form four-wheel component 12. The two four-wheel plates 13 and the intermediate wheel shaft 16 are pressed together to form the intermediate wheel component 15. The three wheel plate 11 is engaged with the four-tooth shaft 14 in the four-wheel part 12, the four wheel plate 13 in the four-wheel part 12 is engaged with the escape tooth shaft 4 in the escape wheel part 2, and the four wheel plate 13 in the intermediate wheel part 15 is engaged with the four wheel plate 9 in the four-wheel part 12. The transmission direction of each transmission wheel component in the figure is as follows: three wheel plate 11 rotates clockwise and four wheel part 12 engaged therewith moves counter clockwise, four wheel plate 13 in four wheel part 12 simultaneously engaging escape wheel part 2 and intermediate wheel part 15, wherein clockwise rotation of escape wheel part 2 periodically imparts energy to balance wheel assembly 6 via pallet wheel part 5, maintaining the balance wheel in undamped vibration. And the intermediate wheel assembly 15 is rotated clockwise without any load.
Example 2, application of escapement governor module when installed on a dial face.
As shown in fig. 4 and 6, in the drawings: three wheel piece 11 at B3 meshes with four tooth shaft 14 in four wheel part 12 at B4, four wheel piece 13 in four wheel part 12 at B4 meshes with four wheel piece 13 in intermediate wheel part 15 at B4', four wheel piece 13 in intermediate wheel part 15 at B4' meshes with escape tooth shaft 4 in escape wheel part 2 at B5.
After the movement without the speed regulation module 1 is turned over, the three-wheel piece 11 rotates anticlockwise, the four-wheel part 12 meshed with the three-wheel piece rotates clockwise, and the four-intermediate wheel part 15 is meshed with the four-wheel part 12, so that the intermediate wheel part 15 rotates anticlockwise. As shown in fig. 3, the speed regulation module 1 is mounted in the movement, and since the two fixing clips 21 and the base plate member 22 of the speed regulation module 1 are symmetrical with respect to the Y axis, the fixing and positioning are identical to those of the balance wheel in the speed regulation module 1 at the rear cover surface. In connection with fig. 4: escapement gear 4 in speed regulation module 1 meshes with four wheel plate 13 in intermediate wheel part 15 at B4', so escapement wheel part 2 can rotate clockwise, energy is periodically transferred to balance assembly 6 through escapement fork part 5, and the balance is maintained to vibrate unattenuated.
In embodiment 3, the principle is the same as that of embodiment 1 and embodiment 2, and the description is omitted herein, and only the different parts will be described, namely, an even number of intermediate wheels can be added between the four-wheel component 12 at the position of B4 and the intermediate wheel component 15 at the position of B4', so that the purpose that the rotation directions of the intermediate wheel component 15 and the four-wheel component 12 are opposite is achieved, and the speed regulating module 1 is assembled in the movement in a positive and negative free manner without changing other transmission structures of the movement, and the other transmission mechanisms are not required to move, thereby simplifying the installation of the watch movement.
It should be noted that the protection scope of the present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned specific embodiments, and according to the basic technical concept of the present invention, the present invention can be realized by driving the same structure, changing the shape or fixing manner of the parts, so long as the person skilled in the art does not need to perform creative work, and all the embodiments can be considered to belong to the protection scope of the present invention.
