Abstract
本发明涉及一种紧凑型镶嵌式新型三排滚子转盘轴承,主要应用在大兆瓦风机上及工程机械上。包括第一座圈、第二座圈、轴圈和滚子,所述轴圈外径设置有环形凸台,环形凸台的两侧分别设置有第一座圈和第二座圈,环形凸台的两个侧面形成第一滚道和第二滚道,两排滚子分别安装在第一滚道和第二滚道,环形凸台的外圆面向内凹陷形成第三滚道,第三排滚子镶嵌在第三滚道内。本发明轴承能够在同尺寸下,极大的提高承载能力,满足大兆瓦大桨叶风机的需要。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种紧凑型镶嵌式新型三排滚子转盘轴承,主要应用在大兆瓦风机上及工程机械上。
背景技术
随着国家竞价上网,风火同价,传统的小兆瓦风机的已经不能适应目前市场的需要,目前各个风机主机厂家纷纷开始研发3MW以上大桨叶风机,桨叶直径大于140mm,为了满足大兆瓦大桨叶风机的需要,按照传统的设计理念,轴承必须加大加厚,但从风机的销售成本上考虑,轴承必须轻量化,降低风机的采购成本。
发明内容
根据现有技术存在的问题,本发明的目的是提供一种紧凑型镶嵌式新型三排滚子转盘轴承,该轴承的设计特点是结构紧凑,轴承轻量化。为风电行业客户节约大量采购成本。
为实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案为:一种镶嵌式三排滚子转盘轴承,包括第一座圈、第二座圈、轴圈和滚子,所述轴圈外径设置有环形凸台,环形凸台的两侧分别设置有第一座圈和第二座圈,环形凸台的两个侧面形成第一滚道和第二滚道,两排滚子分别安装在第一滚道和第二滚道,环形凸台的外圆面向内凹陷形成第三滚道,第三排滚子镶嵌在第三滚道内。
进一步地,所述每条滚道内的每两个滚子之间分别设有隔离块。
进一步地,所述第三排滚子为径向滚子。
进一步地,座圈内径与第三排滚子接触处设置有定位凸起,定位凸起的外圆面与第三排滚子相配合。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明轴承能够在同尺寸下,极大的提高承载能力,满足大兆瓦大桨叶风机的需要。

具体实施方式
为了使发明的结构和功能更加清晰,下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
一种镶嵌式三排滚子转盘轴承,包括第一座圈1、第二座圈2、轴圈3和滚子4,所述轴圈外径设置有环形凸台5,环形凸台5的两侧分别设置有第一座圈1和第二座圈2,环形凸台5的两个侧面形成第一滚道和第二滚道,两排滚子分别安装在第一滚道和第二滚道,环形凸台的外圆面向内凹陷形成第三滚道,第三排滚子6镶嵌在第三滚道内。
进一步地,所述每条滚道内的每两个滚子之间分别设有隔离块7。
进一步地,所述第三排滚子6为径向滚子。
进一步地,座圈内径与第三排滚子接触处设置有定位凸起8,定位凸起8的外圆面与第三排滚子6相配合。
所述隔离块与滚子接触的两个工作面带有圆弧形凹槽,圆弧形凹槽与滚子滚动面适配,隔离块另外四个非工作面设有储油槽。
本发明具有以下优点:
1.相同外形尺寸下,承载能力高于传统设计机构30%;
当L1=L2,C1=C2,E1=E2时;
滚子4长度:D1=D2+B1,滚动体加长,轴承承载能力自然会提高,预计提高30%承载能力
2.结构紧凑降低制造成本,降低主机厂家采购成本。
当轴承承载要求固定,镶嵌式三排滚子转盘轴承尺寸一定小于传统三排滚子轴承,即L1<L2。镶嵌式三排滚子转盘轴承成品重量一定会小于传统三排滚子转盘轴承,轴承成品重量小制造成本低,主机采购成本低。

1.镶嵌式三排滚子转盘轴承,其特征在于:包括第一座圈、第二座圈、轴圈和滚子,所述轴圈外径设置有环形凸台,环形凸台的两侧分别设置有第一座圈和第二座圈,环形凸台的两个侧面形成第一滚道和第二滚道,两排滚子分别安装在第一滚道和第二滚道,环形凸台的外圆面向内凹陷形成第三滚道,第三排滚子镶嵌在第三滚道内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的镶嵌式三排滚子转盘轴承,其特征在于:所述每条滚道内的每两个滚子之间分别设有隔离块。
3.根据权利要求1所述的镶嵌式三排滚子转盘轴承,其特征在于:所述第三排滚子为径向滚子。
4.根据权利要求1所述的镶嵌式三排滚子转盘轴承,其特征在于:座圈内径与第三排滚子接触处设置有定位凸起,定位凸起的外圆面与第三排滚子相配合。
